This role owns the full technical engagement lifecycle for strategic accounts, from pre-sales architecture and technical discovery through integration delivery, deployment, and handoff to customer success.This is not a sales support role. It is an engineering leadership role with deep customer accountability. The team embeds with enterprise accounts, builds production-grade integrations, and creates the documentation and systems that customers can run independently long after the engagement ends.
