About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner – Data Products to lead the execution of Inspectorio's data product strategy, encompassing AI/ML solutions, Analytics & Business Intelligence tools, and data-driven product innovations. What you'll do

  • Gather User & Market Insights: Conduct user research and market analysis specific to data and analytics needs, understanding pain points in data accessibility and AI adoption barriers. Identify highest-value opportunities for AI/ML applications, self-service analytics, and stay current with industry trends in AI/BI tools.
  • Prioritization & Roadmap: Prioritize the data product backlog balancing quick analytics wins with strategic AI initiatives, considering data readiness, implement complexity, and ROI potential. Support to develop a data product roadmap aligned with Inspectorio Product Roadmap and Value offering.
  • Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define requirements for AI features or Analytics Dashboards. Validate use cases with stakeholders, establish success metrics, and ensure data governance and ethical AI considerations are embedded in solutions.
  • Monitoring & Iteration: Monitor data product performance including model accuracy, analytics adoption rates, and dashboard usage patterns. Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving data accessibility and AI feature adoption, establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, with at least 2 years focused on data products, analytics platforms, or AI/ML solutions.
  • Product Development: Good knowledge and embracement of Agile principles/Scrum methodology.
  • Prioritization Frameworks: Good knowledge of prioritization frameworks such as RICE/Kano/MoSCoW/Scoring Model.
  • Data & Analytics Expertise: Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and understanding of data analysis patterns.

Overview

As part of Gallagher's global digital experience team, the Digital Content Writer will help move our business forward by creating dynamic digital experiences that drive leads to Gallagher websites through compelling and optimised written content.

 

It’s an exciting time to be a part of our Corporate Digital Marketing team as we work to unify our global and regional business units. As the company navigates its digital transformation, the Digital Experience team will lead the Digital Marketing team on user-centric research, user experience, content strategy and SEO to improve digital customer experience on our digital marketing platforms.

 


How you'll make an impact

  • Write and edit compelling content for digital properties, including new global and existing websites, using SEO best practices to engage audiences and drive leads.
  • Initiate and plan content from conducting research, gathering information and developing content briefs with stakeholders to interviewing stakeholders and reviewing drafts with stakeholders to approve optimized content including prototypes of content in Figma.

We have two key existing products: Prospect Path, a customer acquisition platform that allows software companies to find best fit customers, and Software Path, a software comparison site, that helps people find great software for their team.   • Experience in developing client-side functionality using HTML, JavaScript with JQuery, and CSS.
  • 1+ years experience working with MySQL, including schema design and query tuning.
  • 1+ years deploying on Linux servers, using command-line tools and performing basic server administration tasks and system performance analysis.
  • An excellent “system intuition.” We have complex systems built up over more than 8 years which require a strong ability to debug and quickly understand what is going on.
  • Excellent planning, communication and collaboration skills.
