Day in the Life
Manage a team of 4 engineers, including recruitment and onboarding.
Oversee the development and delivery of features within the assigned product area.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and the Agile Delivery Manager.
Implement and maintain Scrum methodology with 2-week sprints.
Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
Participate in bi-weekly Stakeholder Demos.
Manage technical debt and refactoring efforts.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
What You Bring to the Team
Proven experience in engineering management or team leadership.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
Understanding of microservices architecture and containerisation (Kubernetes).
