We're seeking a curious, technically-minded Demand Generation Engineer to join our demand generation team and build the automation backbone that scales our revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, marketing operations, and growth engineering - you'll architect and deploy demand generation systems that become pivotal drivers of our revenue growth. What you’ll do:

  • Build an intent-based auto outbound program leveraging buying intent signals on our website, open-source community and 3rd party sources. You’ll own the program end-to-end from identifying the best signals and segments to trigger outreach, deanonymizing and filtering your audience, writing and automating personalized sales sequences, to monitoring and experimenting to improve performance.
  • Improve our marketing-sales handoff systems, including but not limited to enriched email and Slack sales alerts, “hot account” buying signal Slack digests for sales reps, and a “surging accounts” dashboard in Salesforce. You’ll partner closely with Sales Ops and have access to tools like Common Room, Scarf, Sumble, Lusha and Clearbit to build processes with.
  • Research and recommend a roadmap for “Digital SDRs”, finding creative ways to automate more inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting activity. You’ll own the strategy for audience segmentation based on firmographics and behavior, leverage AI for personalized emails, and build the automation flows to operationalize the program.
  • Evolve our product-led-sales strategy to drive pipeline and MRR from ClickHouse Cloud signups and trial users. This includes collaborating with the growth and product teams to ensure our product value is effectively communicated and understood by potential users. It also includes collaborating with our operations and sales team to create automated sales outreach funnels.
  • Continuously analyze the demand funnel and proactively identify opportunities to optimize key conversion rates (INQ→MQL, MQL→SQO). You’re able to clearly communicate your ideas and results to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies in our space. Identify new demand generation opportunities and innovative approaches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a demand generation, marketing operations or growth engineering role in the database or developer tooling space. Bonus if you have experience at a company with an open-source product.
  • Experience with tools like n8n, tray.ai, or Workato building marketing automation flows.
  • Experience working with AI models and APIs.
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo. Prefer experience with intent-based selling tools like Common Room.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content targeting developers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 

The typical starting salary for this role in the US is$145,000—$195,000 USDThe typical starting salary for this role in US Premium Markets is$165,000—$225,000 USDCompensation

Job Description: 

The Moderate Writer Intern contributes to ONC’s mission of providing nonpartisan news, opinions, and policy solutions by completing essential tasks in the Core Content Department. The Moderate Writer Intern will focus on writing political content for ONC, including but not necessarily limited to high-quality OpEds and Policy Proposals for ONC’s website. Though Writers will be responsible for producing their own content, the process will be very collaborative, with lots of political discussion in a respectful, nonpartisan environment. Exceptional writers may be given the opportunity to help write a book that will be published by ONC. In addition to ensuring that diverse content appears on the site, this intern will participate in podcasts, events, and other assignments as needed. Furthermore, this intern must ensure that ONC's commitment to nonpartisanship, ideological diversity, and civil debate is evident in all published work. The Core Content Writers will consist of conservative, progressive, and moderate writers, and the team will continue to focus on our 8 policy areas, Governance, Economics, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Foreign Policy and Defense, Justice and Public Safety, Social Issues, and Science, Environment and Technology. This intern must have interest and experience in at least one of these areas, preferably two or three. The Core Content Department will meet on Friday’s at 6:30pm (EST) with all writers, mentors, the Core Content Team Lead, and the Managing Editor. Lastly, Applicants must submit a writing sample with their application.

This position is remote, with work primarily conducted over Zoom and Slack, so applicants must be comfortable coordinating in a remote environment and are expected to maintain a high level of communication. This intern must commit to at least the end of the Fall semester (December 8th, 2025). However, many people choose to extend their internship past the amount of time they initially committed to, provided their performance meets the required standards.

You will make an impact: 

As a Senior UI/UX Engineer, you will be a member of the elluminate product development team. elluminate is a next generation data integration and analytics cloud platform that enables life sciences organizations to optimize the aggregation, standardization, and analysis of their data throughout the clinical development life cycle. You are primarily responsible for the design and development of the front-end for core modules of the platform and will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle such as reviewing functional specifications, design, development, unit testing, code reviews and release management.

Your day to day:

  • Work with the Engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy highly interactive and data driven web applications 
  • Apply good technical practices and contribute to the application usability with a focus on user interfaces, user experience, scalability, and maintainability 
  • Design and build high performance web based rich UI applications
  • Design and write unit tests and participate in code reviews 
  • Research, learn, and utilize new technologies on an ongoing basis 
  • Collaborate with the Product Management, UI/UX, and Software Quality Assurance teams as needed
  • Collaborate with the Software Quality Assurance team to test the system functionality 
  • Provide diagnostic support and fix defects as needed 
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to other engineers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of English 
  • 5+ years of experience building elegant web-based UI for database driven applications preferred
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser and cross-devices UI compatibility issues 
  • Extreme attention to UI specific details such as colors, styles, sizing and placement of UI elements and applying good practices to ensure consistency throughout the application
  • Expert level proficiency in Angular with demonstrated experience building enterprise scale applications
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Master level knowledge of the fundamentals of Web UI design and development
  • Solid understanding of good UX principles and the ability to apply the right approach based on the application type, user type and specific needs
  • Thorough understanding of the fundamentals of software design principles, patterns, and practices 
  • Ability to write optimized yet clean code that performs well and is also easy to maintain 
  • Good documentation skills and ability to contribute to relevant software documents such as features description, acceptance criteria, design documents, release notes, etc. 
  • Experience working with Test Engineers in test driven design – where developers work in collaboration with Test Engineers to write test cases against new features before implementation 
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as with other team members (Start-Up environment experience is a plus) 
  • Must be a critical thinker and able to analyze and evaluate trade-offs in making design decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience in the Life Science industry and/or working with clinical trial data is a plus 
  • Experience creating data visualizations in a SaaS product is a plus
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including C# and ASP.Net MVC is a plus
