Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for our core Fraud & Risk product line, with a specific focus on Device Intelligence and Behavioral Biometrics. This is a pivotal, high-impact role responsible for defining the future of products that are fundamental to our customers' security and our company's growth.
You will be the catalyst for transforming our advanced fraud detection technologies into a globally scalable, market-leading solution. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in the fraud and identity space, a proven track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS products, and a relentless passion for solving complex customer problems.
How You Will Make an Impact at Bureau
Own the Product Vision & Strategy: Define and evangelize a clear, compelling vision and multi-year strategy for the Device Intelligence and Behavioral Biometrics product lines, aligning with Bureau's mission and international growth objectives.
Drive the Product Roadmap: Develop and manage a prioritized roadmap that balances innovation, competitive differentiation, customer needs, and strategic business goals. You will be responsible for making tough prioritization decisions and communicating the "why" behind them.
Lead Product Discovery & Delivery: Collaborate intensively with Engineering, Data Science, and Design partners to translate the roadmap into clear requirements. Lead the team through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and iteration.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand market needs, emerging fraud patterns, and competitive dynamics. Translate these insights into actionable product initiatives.
Enable Go-To-Market Success: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to develop compelling positioning, define pricing & packaging, and create the necessary collateral to ensure the commercial success of your products in both our core Indian market and new international regions.
Define and Measure Success: Establish and analyze key product metrics to measure performance, drive adoption, and inform future product decisions.
What It Takes to Succeed in This Role
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Domain Expertise: Direct experience building products in device fingerprinting, behavioral biometrics, account takeover (ATO) prevention, or closely related fraud detection technologies is required. You must be fluent in the language of modern fraud prevention.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in owning and shipping complex, data-intensive products from concept to launch, with a clear impact on business outcomes. Experience working with products that include SDKs is highly desirable.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into data, identify trends, and synthesize market signals into a coherent product strategy.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be our boots on the ground - closing deals at provider groups and health systems across the country.
