About the RoleWe’re the Stitch Fix word people and the internal experts on how to say things. This means we translate complex programs and products into engaging and fun marketing copy (think emails, ads, social) that drives clients and prospective clients to engage with our brand and product: personal online styling services.
While words are the most recognizable thing that we do, writing isn’t necessarily what we spend all-day doing, there’s much more to this role than wordsmithing. We use data to inform how and what we write and spend a lot of time researching, thinking, tweaking, formatting and brainstorming. It’s all in service of one goal: Creating relevant, interesting and informative stories that result in a strong emotional connection with our clients.

This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. This isn’t a high-volume outbound sales role. We’re looking for someone who excels in consultative, technically complex sales - someone who can engage with technical decision-makers, understand their infrastructure challenges, and position Blackwall as the right solution. You’ll build strong commercial relationships, represent us with industry partners, and play a direct role in driving revenue and long-term growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, especially for technically sophisticated clients.
Understand and translate client infrastructure challenges into tailored solution proposals.
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Blackwall’s goals for market expansion and revenue growth.
Identify and engage new business opportunities across hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure sectors.
Build strong, consultative relationships with technical stakeholders, including engineering and IT leaders.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and contribute to the product roadmap.
Represent Blackwall at key industry events and conferences across the region.

What you bring:
7+ years of sales, business development, or product experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, hosting, or infrastructure sectors.
Proven ability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers.
Experience engaging with clients and understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; another language is a plus.
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.
Bonus points if you bring:
Previous experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical presales roles.
Familiarity with technologies such as CDNs, WAFs, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.
