Head of Marketing – Aventus DAO

Aventus DAO is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead all marketing strategy and execution for the DAO.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth – driving awareness of the Aventus ecosystem, deepening engagement among token holders and partners, and supporting client appchain launches.

You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the overall marketing strategy, managing the marketing budget, leading a small team of in-house contributors and external partners, and reporting performance directly to the DAO Council.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting long-term direction and driving day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Aventus DAO’s overarching marketing strategy aligned with growth, awareness, and community objectives.
• Plan and oversee integrated campaigns focused on token awareness, community engagement, and MQL generation.
• Coordinate launch marketing with client projects building on Aventus, ensuring consistent positioning and co-branding.
• Lead brand strategy and communications, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.
• Manage Aventus’ marketing contributors – including social media and content creators, community managers, and PR agency partners.
• Oversee content strategy and production across blogs, social, and community channels.
• Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance, producing actionable insights for the DAO Council as well as regular community updates.
• Own the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across all initiatives.
• Represent the DAO externally at select events, conferences, and industry discussions.

Requirements & Experience

• Strong understanding of Web3 marketing principles, DAO governance, community engagement, and token marketing. 
• B2B marketing experience is highly desirable, ideally in technology or blockchain sectors.
• Experience managing distributed teams and multiple marketing partners or agencies.
• Demonstrable success in leading campaigns that drive measurable awareness and engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.

Compensation & Reporting

• Compensation: $60,000 annual salary, paid in USDT + performance-based bonus.

What you’ll get to do:

Serve as an Agile Scrum team member providing software development and maintenance for the delivery of releasable software in short sprint cycles. Responsible for activities associated with delivery of software solutions associated with customer-defined systems and software projects by working in close collaboration with software developers/engineers, stakeholders, and end users within Agile processes. Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Assist in the management and analysis of operational and financial data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and aid decision-making. Experience with tools such as Excel, and Python for data analysis is preferred.
• Communication: Work cross-functionally with teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements. The ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner is essential.
• Conduct a detailed analysis of key trends and growth drivers for the DeFi products. Assist leadership in formulating a launch strategy for each chain
• Set up and monitor KPIs for Stader Labs on each chain
• Formulate and execute data-driven growth strategies to expand product penetration on each chain.
   

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience after undergraduate school
• Candidates must be from Tier 1 startups/Web3/Blockchain/Crypto domain.

Join Our Team as a Site Reliability Engineer

Imagine being at the helm of a production environment, where your mission is to ensure that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and reliably. As a Site Reliability Engineer, your role is crucial in maintaining the health of our entire system. You will monitor service availability with a holistic perspective, ensuring that our infrastructure is always performing at its best.

In this role, you will devise innovative procedures and automated actions to manage both applications and underlying infrastructure. Your goal is to enhance the availability and accelerate the time to market of our cutting-edge software solutions. By measuring and optimizing system performance, you will help us meet and exceed our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while continuously promoting improvement.

What you'll do:

• Maintain and Scale Services: You'll be responsible for ensuring our services can handle complex, high-throughput demands.
• Build and Monitor Infrastructure: You'll create and sustain comprehensive monitoring systems for our infrastructure, implementing alerting and mitigation strategies using cloud-native solutions.
• Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Your expertise will be key in establishing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

What you’ll need: 

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering and cloud technologies, particularly on Azure.
• Linux Proficiency: Extensive knowledge and skills in Linux.
• Cloud Native Infrastructure: Experience in building and operating cloud-native infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Container Technologies: 2+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container technologies.
• Observability Tools: Proficiency in creating full observability stacks using tools like ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, SumoLogic, Jaeger, and Zipkin.
• Web Architecture: Understanding of modern web architecture and technology stacks.
• Programming Languages: 3+ years of experience with languages such as Bash, Go, Python, Ruby, TypeScript, and Rust.
• Deployment Automation: Experience with tools like Ansible, Packer, and Terraform for deployment automation.
• Version Control Systems: Proficient with GitHub, Bitbucket, and similar systems.
• Artifact Repositories: Experience with repositories like Nexus and Artifactory.
• Azure DevOps: Familiarity with working in the Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Database Support: Experience supporting various databases, including MySQL, SQL, Redis, and various NoSQL engines.
