About the Role
As a core member of our marketing and creative team, the copywriter is tasked with managing all Copywriting processes, from task management in Asana to the development of compelling brand voices across various platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to creating distinctive packaging copy, engaging web content,memorable product names, taglines, and slogans that resonate with our audience while maintaining rigorous organizational standards to streamline our content creation. The copywriter will continuously refine our messaging to ensure it is aligned with our brand standards, contributes to our marketing initiatives, complies with regulations, and enhances our presence on key retail channels, thereby driving our brand's success and visibility
1. Task Management
Objective: Effectively manage copywriting tasks using Asana.

Our Customer Support Analyst’s primary responsibility is providing outstanding customer service to all our clients, both external and internal. The role is focused on accuracy, timely feedback and customer satisfaction. In addition, it requires the incumbent to have a deep level understanding of the customer’s implementation and environment and be able to utilize tools (i.e. scanner logs, error logs) to determine root cause(s).
