What youâll do as a Senior Product Manager at Vanta:
Own the document & policies creation workflows and build the Agent features to automate those processes
Help customers evolve their security programs by building Agent workflows for surfacing recommendations and completing relevant actions
Deeply understand our customers and market, and translate their needs into clear Agent experiences that solve real compliance challenges
Partner with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patternsâacross chat, inline actions, and background automationsâthat make the Agent reliable, explainable, and safe
Shape and scale the Agentâs interoperability: building the catalog of tools and integrations that enable meaningful, trusted actions across Vanta

How to be successful in this role:
Have 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B and AI products
Have strong technical skills and experience working directly with LLMs, including writing and iterating on prompts, evaluating outputs, and driving systematic quality improvements
Possess a customer-focused mindsetâ proactively reach out to customers, synthesize feedback, and partner with go-to-market teams

Work Location: This is a remote role. We are open to either US or Canada.
Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 USD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidateâs overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program.
