Your RoleWe are looking for a Mid-Senior level Brand Designer who is eager and excited to help craft a category-defining brand through visual experiences across large corporate conferences, tradeshows, campaign launch activations and more. You will be closely collaborating with our talented team of brand marketers, product marketing, growth strategists, and across the broader organization to help bring Zipâs vision and mission to life.
What you will do at ZipOwn projects throughout the entire design process from creative conception to execution.
Help develop new concepts as well as expand the Zip brand system across a range of surfaces for our events program: signage, staging elements, wall decals, print-outs, swag, on-site activations, pop-ups, keynote content and more.
Partner with animators to create motion-based assets for our keynote content, social, webinars and live stream events.
Collaborate and coordinate closely with our corporate events and field marketing team to execute consistent branded experiences.
Continue to elevate our brand templates and systems used for event promotion.
Actively contribute to the evolution of Zipâs brand by exploring novel solutions that support our vision and mission.
4+ years of experience working as a designer in-house or start up
A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums
Excellence in typography, color theory, layout, and composition
Effectively communicate concepts and design rationale
Strong skills around critical thinking and storytelling
Embrace an iterative design process and receptive to feedback
Able to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly
Detail-oriented ensuring every touchpoint across digital and print is production ready
Foster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners
Comfortable in your soft skills: listening, negotiating, and decision-making
High proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
