About the role 

CapIntel is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to build and lead our product marketing function from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll shape how wealth advisors and retail investors understand, adopt, and gain value from CapIntel. This role is about creating clarity in our product story, enabling powerful go-to-market strategies, and driving measurable business impact in close partnership with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.

What You’ll Do 
  • Build the foundation: Establish core product marketing processes, frameworks, and playbooks that scale as the business grows.
  • Lead launches: Drive strategy and execution for major launches, aligning to roadmap priorities and adoption goals.
  • Measure what matters: Define and track KPIs for adoption, enablement, and campaign performance—using data to inform decisions and iterate.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing with a track record of leading launches and driving adoption.
  • Experience building product marketing from 0–1 in a start-up or scaling environment.
  • A strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Metrics-driven, with confidence using data to guide decisions and measure impact.

About this team and role:

We’re now seeking a Business Development Lead (Individual Contributor) to drive enterprise adoption of Firefox across Europe. What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales/business development experience in Europe with consistent full-cycle, quota-carrying success; experience in security/IT tooling or adjacent domains is a plus.
  • Proven record of sourcing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (often six-figure ARR) and managing pilots/POCs to successful rollout.
  • Credibility selling to CIOs, CISOs, and IT administrators; familiarity with public-sector procurement in the EU/UK (frameworks, tenders) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills: size opportunities, build ROI/TCO cases, and forecast with precision using CRM and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences; fluent English required, French and/or German strongly preferred (additional European languages a plus).

In addition to leading others and providing feedback, this role will also require the ability to create 3D asset content and material work as a production artist.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Studio Art Director and dev team to define and communicate direction for a tactical Remaster.
  • Lead a team in amending RTS assets and terrain to have a modern PBR response and updated aesthetic.
