The core mission of a senior software engineer is to lead and drive the development of high-quality software solutions while providing technical expertise and mentorship to the engineering team. This role involves designing and architecting complex systems, ensuring code quality and performance, and making strategic technical decisions that align with business objectives. A senior software engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand requirements and deliver robust, scalable and maintainable software. COMPENSATIONWe have built a data-driven compensation philosophy at Reforge, with the intent of enabling all employees to do their best work.
