Promote  Enterprise Products of Western Digital to IT System Integrators & Value Added Resellers 

Develop solid business relationships with Enterprise & Data Center SI partners & Premium channel partners in the West (Mumbai) India Region.

Achieve your QTRLY sales targets.

Develop and Manage your sales pipeline

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotes.

Qualifications

Min 8-10 Years of Work  Experience with  Focus on Storage Solutions.

Domain knowledge of Enterprise & Data Centre hardware products.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. This includes understanding of building relationships and making long-term connections.

    As a Sr. UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for our conversational commerce platform - DoubleTick.io. This role requires a strategic mindset, a passion for creating elegant, intuitive digital experiences, and an ability to transform complex user needs into seamless, effective interactions.

    The Challenge 

    In this fast-paced startup environment, you will craft engaging and high-converting solutions that cater to businesses in over 140 countries. You'll own the end-to-end UX design process, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex problems into elegant solutions.


    What You'll Create

    • Lead UX strategy and design process for new and existing features

    • Simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces

    • Maintain design system that ensure consistency across products

    • Create high-impact user experiences that drive growth

    • Pioneer AI-enhanced design workflows

    • Build compelling prototypes and high-fidelity designs


    Your Superpowers

    • 4-5 years of UX design experience in SaaS or e-commerce

    • Strong expertise in user-centered design and usability principles

    • Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping

    • Experience with mobile-first applications (iOS and Android)

    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

    • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX process and impact

    • Experience with AI tools such as GPT, Claude and Builder.io for design workflows

Our mission is to create a product that not only teaches new skills but also fosters meaningful cross-cultural conversations.

    Location: remote, comfortable to work between 12:00 and 16:30 (UTC +3). The working hours could be adjusted.

    Your role will be to:

    As a Community Moderator, you will be responsible for cultivating a safe and vibrant space for meaningful language exchange. Your primary focus will be to ensure that interactions remain respectful, engaging, and in line with our Community Guidelines. A strong command of English and exceptional intercultural communication skills are essential for this role. Prior experience in customer support or content moderation is highly valued, and proficiency in multiple languages is a definite advantage, helping us cater to our diverse global community more effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review member reports in line with Tandem's Community Guidelines;

    • Review new member applications;

    • Respond promptly to members' questions and inquiries;

    • Collaborate with the broader community team to swiftly resolve reported issues.

    This role is pivotal to the smooth operation and growth of Tandem. You will report to the Community Manager and work closely with other community moderators.


    You are the right fit for the role if you:

    • Proficient in English. Strong command of other languages is a plus (with preference to Turkish);

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

    • Proactive problem solver with a keen interest in mobile apps and new software tools;

    • Familiarity with content moderation and an understanding of the challenges associated with sensitive topics. Prior experience in customer support or content moderation is a plus;

    • Owns a laptop or desktop computer with stable internet connection;

    • Must be able to send an invoice each month.

    Additional Details:

    • Fully remote

    • 60-65 hours per month

    • Hourly rate: From 7 EUR per hour

    • Includes weekend work
