This is an on-site position with an office-first work culture – while 1–2 days of home office per week are possible, the majority of the work will take place in our office near Berlin to ensure close collaboration with the team.

Tasks
  • Customer Engagement: Manage communication with Italian customers regarding inquiries, feedback, and service – mainly via phone and email – ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with our marketing team to launch and localize campaigns for the Italian market, including website content, online marketing, and social media activities.
  • Sales Development: Support the setup and growth of our Italian sales network to ensure sustainable, long-term success.
  • Service & Quality Control: Help establish local service structures and ensure a consistently high quality standard for Italian customers.
Requirements
  • Languages: Native-level Italian and fluent English (C1 or higher). German skills are a plus.

Tasks

As a Founders Associate, you’ll be the right hand to the founders. You’ll work at the intersection of Company Building, M&A, Operations, and Post-Merger Integration and have real impact from day one.

  • Strategy & Execution: From large strategic projects to fast ad-hoc topics; You’ll always be in the middle of the action.
  • M&A: Support our acquisition process; From due diligence and financial modeling to integrating acquired companies into our group.
  • Transformation: Understand existing processes, rethink them, and make them scalable with automation and AI.
  • Own Projects: You take full ownership from idea to execution.
Requirements
  • University degree (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in operations, process optimization, or project management is a plus
  • Very high level of self-initiative; you don’t wait for tasks, you take them
  • Ambitious, hands-on, solution-oriented - and maybe a future founder yourself
  • Native German and excellent English skills

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll join our cross-functional product team working on the core cofenster platform. You’ll be involved in developing exciting new features, maintaining and improving our existing systems, and ensuring our technology remains scalable, accessible, and reliable.

Tasks
  • Shape the future of our AI agents by designing and building impactful new features
  • Strengthen our codebase through smart refactoring, innovative solutions, and continuous improvements that make our platform more robust and scalable
  • Champion accessibility, ensuring everyone - including people with disabilities - can use cofenster effectively
  • Drive excellence in key engineering areas like security, performance, testability, and overall product performance
  • Collaborate closely with a passionate, cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and our customer success team to turn bold ideas into reality and deliver impactful user experiences
Requirements
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (preferably TypeScript), as it is used from frontend to backend, as well as part of infrastructure
  • An eye for product design, including knowledge of digital accessibility in order to keep improving our product for all our customers
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and building interfaces with code (HTML, CSS, accessibility, interface design)
  • Comfort in backend technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, Prisma and AWS
  • Experience with automated testing in order to contribute to the development of our QA pipeline (for instance Jest, Cypress or other testing frameworks)
  • Ability to work efficiently in an agile team, ideally with some experience having worked on a SaaS product before
