About This Role:

We are seeking a Junior Social Media Manager, French Speaker, to join our Marketing Team. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us increase the reach of Dealabs, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. As a key part of our team, you'll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Share our best deals on our Social Media ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement on our Socials using a data-driven approach to constantly test and optimize results.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly to inform the team of the success of our social media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.

Your Profile:

  • Strong budgeting and financial planning skills, with a track record of meeting performance targets.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation technologies in a creative or marketing environment.

The Role
We are looking for an exceptional and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this board-level position offers the opportunity to shape our international growth strategy and participate in the company’s equity.

Tasks

Als AdTech Consultant besteht deine Aufgabe darin, alle Tools im Zusammenhang mit Advertising Technology (AdTech) zu verstehen und deren Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung hin zu einer vollstÀndig datengesteuerten Media Activation zu begleiten. Die wichtigsten Tools der Google Marketing Platform, mit denen du arbeiten wirst, sind Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Display & Video 360 und Campaign Manager 360.

Aufgaben
  • Als AdTech Consultant berĂ€tst du Kunden in deinem Fachgebiet und lieferst strategische Empfehlungen und praxisorientierte Erkenntnisse.
  • Du setzt die BedĂŒrfnisse und Ziele der Kunden in effektive EntwicklungsplĂ€ne und Strategien um, die ihnen helfen, ihre GeschĂ€ftsziele zu erreichen.
  • Du leitest die Umsetzung von Projekten und fĂŒhrst Kunden in die Google Marketing Platform (GMP) ein.
  • Du wirst bei der Entwicklung unserer AdTech-Dienstleistungen mitwirken, indem du unser Dienstleistungsangebot vertiefst und unser Portfolio an digitalen Produkten erweiterst.
  • Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, deinen Kunden bei der Entwicklung eines vollstĂ€ndig automatisierten, datengesteuerten Activation Setups zu unterstĂŒtzen. Um ihnen dabei zu helfen, dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wirst du alle Tools innerhalb und außerhalb des GMP einsetzen.
  • Über AdTech hinaus erwirbst du auch Fachkenntnisse in verwandten Plattformen und Tools wie Looker Studio, Google Studio, Google Analytics und Google Tag Manager sowie in Bereichen wie Digital Analytics, Cloud und Data Science.
Qualifikationen
  • Du hast einen Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, E-Commerce, E-Business oder Data Science oder hast eine Ausbildung absolviert (z. B. als Marketing Communications Specialist).
  • Du bringst 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Suchmaschinenmarketing mit und hast einschlĂ€gige Erfahrung mit Google Ads und/oder Search Ads 360.
  • Du fĂŒhlst dich in Startup-Umgebungen wohl und hast Spaß daran, Dinge von Grund auf aufzubauen.
  • Du bist versiert in der Analyse von Daten, der Erstellung und Bearbeitung detaillierter Reports.
