What will you work on

You’ll join our React Native efforts around our Video, Chat, and Feeds SDKs. This will be an opportunity to learn from experienced and talented engineers and work on a product that impacts more than 1 billion end-users.

You will have the opportunity to also collaborate with the other SDK teams (native mobile, Flutter, React), the backend API, Design, and Devrel teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance existing React Native SDKs

  • Integrating new features from our roadmap (Chat, Video, Feeds)

  • Work across multiple teams to provide technical insight on product and feature development

  • Be present in collaborations with backend teams to ensure feature parity across SDKs

  • Assist with implementation, GitHub issues, and open-source contributions

About You

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer working with React Native

  • Proficiency in English (able to conduct technical and non-technical conversations)

  • Computer Science fundamentals

  • Experience with REST API integrations

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and support client implementations of TRAILD’s AP automation platform with Acumatica

  • Assist the sales team to demonstrate how TRAILD can assist a prospect to streamline automate and protect their accounts payable. 

  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption. 

  • Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP/AP solutions. 

  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients, particularly with escalated issues or complex ERP-related inquiries. 

  • Create and maintain clear documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles. 

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success and solution excellence. 


Who You Are:  

  • 3+ years of experience with Acumatica (administration, development, or solution consulting) 

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes—especially Accounts Payable 

  • Experience in additional ERP’s such as SYSPRO, Epicor, Sap B1, NetSuite highly regarded.

  • Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to solve them 

  • Confident, articulate, and professional when interacting with customers 

  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow with a scale-up

SimSpace is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a new team developing the Individual Training platform within the SimSpace ecosystem which will allow individual users to train on our cyber range platform. The ideal candidate must have strong management skills to lead teams in delivering high-quality software using Agile methods. This person will be devoted to continual improvement and fostering a team culture that values collaboration, inclusion, and creativity.

In this position, you’ll lead your team through complex technical projects and collaborate closely with other teams to build scalable, reliable software. The focus is on providing oversight, guidance, work plans, and engineering know-how for a new platform being built largely from scratch. Specifically, this position will be tasked with:

  • Standing up and leading a new engineering team dedicated to the Individual Training platform.

A Glimpse into the Daily Routine of a Cloud Storage Engineer

Lead engineering of state of the art, automated, fault-tolerant, and scalable AWS environments following AWS best practices in standard and GovCloud regions. Engage in cross-functional collaboration to modernize and maintain a cloud platform. Migrate infrastructure and system/application workloads to AWS Cloud including - Rehosting (Lift and Shift), Replatforming, Repurchasing, Refactoring/Re-architecting, Retiring, and Retaining. Deploy and manage storage platforms with appropriate tiering and lifecycle management while ensuring scalability and high performance. Support data teams in implementing pipelines and optimizing data storage. Manage cloud infrastructure with supporting data-related tasks for efficient and reliable solutions.
