As a Senior UX Writer, you'll play a key role in creating user-centric content that drives adoption, engagement, and retention of new users across our suite of fitness and wellness apps.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to craft compelling content that not only attracts and converts users but also aligns seamlessly with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute a content strategy to maximize conversion and enhance the experience of new users discovering our fitness and wellness apps.

  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various touchpoints, including in-app messaging, onboarding sequences, notifications, and more.

  • Advocate for content that is scalable, localization-friendly, inclusive, and accessible to a global audience.

  • Collaborate with teams to develop style guides, frameworks, and content patterns that ensure consistency across all products.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner closely with designers and researchers to integrate content seamlessly into the overall design, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.

  • Establish and maintain best practices for collaborating with Content Design across product teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX writing/ Content design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects written in English.

  • Experience writing for American (USA) audiences

  • A genuine interest in fitness and wellness, with a deep understanding of industry trends and user needs in the digital space.

  • Experience distilling complex information into concise content that guides users across different flows.

  • Strong empathy for users and a solid grasp of user-centered design principles and inclusive writing.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs.

  • Comfortable defining your own priorities and advocating for a content-first approach when needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

As our marketing team continues to evolve, we are looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join us. If you're an expert in generating impactful concepts, collaborating across disciplines, and driving creative innovation, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic support
  • Proactively help to improve and develop marketing creative strategy with further implementation across a variety of ad networks (Facebook, TikTok, Google).

  • Translate insights into actions that resonate with our target audience.

  • Innovate using new tools, frameworks and methodologies to enhance creative output.

Creative excellence
  • Generate fresh and user-centric creative ideas that are highly relevant to the strategy. Write briefs.

  • Analyze UA results and creatives’ performance in order to improve metrics.

  • Conduct consistent market research and competitor analysis to extract industry trends and insights. Apply this knowledge to drive innovative and effective solutions.

  • Give constant feedback and share best practices with the team. Act as a mentor for less experienced teammates.

Strong management
  • Manage full-cycle creatives’ production: from idea to final implementation. Act as a leader who motivates the team to achieve the best possible result within the project.

  • Plan and coordinate your own workload, prioritize tasks and goals.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to optimize processes and amplify operational efficiency.

Required professional skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Creatives Producer or similar position.

  • Excellence in ideation and execution across diverse ad networks: Meta, TikTok and Google.

  • Experience in creating user-generated (UGC) and storytelling content and writing persuasive direct response communications.

  • Outstanding skills in generating creative concepts that regularly outperform the benchmarks, coupled with a proven track record of consistently achieving marketing KPIs.

  • Strong background in performance marketing that is driven by insights and analytics.

  • Excellent project and time management skills.

  • Empathetic team development skills that foster both individual growth and teamwide success.

  • Experience in presenting work with confidence and elegance. Ability to clarify underlying reasoning behind creative choices within a broader context.

  • Open and effective communication aimed at building trust with various stakeholders.

  • Operate autonomously and proactively.

  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English level.

Additional qualities that may be helpful:

  • Knowledge of the specifics of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or TikTok’s algorithm, features, and trends is a plus.

  • Ability to utilize AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc., for creating and iterating ads.

  • Profound awareness of trends within the health and fitness vertical. 

  • Experience with subscription-based applications and mobile advertising market.
