Filestage: Product Marketing Manager
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-04-29

About Filestage
Filestage is the review and approval platform that helps teams get their work over the finish line with confidence. As AI speeds up content creation, the process of verifying and approving that work has become a major bottleneck. We provide the AI-powered infrastructure that ensures every file is checked, compliant, and approved before it is published.
We are a fully remote team by design, built on a culture of high ownership, transparency and fast execution. Together, our mission is to create the trust layer for content creation in times of AI.
With millions of users across thousands of companies—including Lufthansa, Rabobank, Sixt, and Sharp—we are an ambitious team solving real problems for the world's biggest brands. If you’re looking for a key role in that mission, you’ve found it!
⭐For this role, we’re looking for someone based in Europe to make sure there’s a high time overlap with our team members.
What you’ll be working on as our Product Marketing Manager
As AI accelerates content production, the human capacity to verify that content has become the ultimate bottleneck. At Filestage, we provide the Trust Layer—the automated governance pipeline that ensures every asset is safe, on-brand, and compliant before it is published. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own our narrative and drive the adoption of this new standard in content review.
You will lead the product narrative: You’ll define our positioning and messaging, turning complex technical features like AI-driven quality checks and audit trails into clear business value for our customers.
You will build the Revenue Enablement toolkit: You’ll create the high-impact assets our Sales and Success teams need to win, including refined pitch decks, competitive battle cards, demo environments, and workflow guides that help close deals and defend our market position.
You will support customer lifecycle communication: Working alongside our interdisciplinary Growth Squads, you’ll help audit, plan, and scale our communication across email and in-app channels (using tools like Customer.io and Jimo). You’ll ensure the messaging is consistent as users move from their first "Aha!" moment to full product adoption.
You will lead the feature launch engine: You’ll own the end-to-end go-to-market process for new features. This means coordinating with Product and customer-facing teams to ensure every release reaches the right audience with the right message across all marketing channels, using AI and automation to scale tactical execution where appropriate.
You will be the voice of the market: You’ll conduct customer research, product usage audits, and win/loss analysis to understand the "why" behind user behavior. You’ll turn these insights into actionable strategies to improve conversion and product-market fit.
You will own our social proof: You take ownership of our profiles on platforms like G2, Capterra, and OMR, ensuring they are accurate, compelling, and used strategically as social proof and as an asset for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
In this role, you bridge the gap between our product and our customers - helping teams understand what to say, when to say it, and why it matters, so that our product is better understood, adopted, and remembered
Life at Filestage
We believe people are more productive when they can choose their own schedule. So we’re proud to offer fully-remote roles that give you the perfect balance between work and life.
Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to at Filestage:
Work from where you're happiest and enjoy a flexible schedule. We've been fully remote from the start, giving you the opportunity to meet people all over the world and broaden your horizons.
⭐ For this role, we’re looking for someone based in Europe to make sure there’s a high time overlap with our team members.
Meet up in real life. We all travel together at least once a year at our team retreat to have fun and get to know each other.
Enjoy a strong team culture. We're a group of knowledge seekers, reflective thinkers, clear communicators, goal owners, problem solvers, and team players. These are the values we strive for to help us achieve our mission.
Join a happy team. We've been rated five stars on Glassdoor by our lovely team.
Create a workspace that suits you. You'll get a €1,500 budget for hardware, as well as €500 for your home office — including a computer, webcam, or standing desk.
Get 38 days of holiday. Plenty of time for city breaks, summer escapes, and everything in between. You'll also get a half day on your birthday to celebrate!
Volunteer/Charity Day. Enjoy a dedicated day to support a cause close to your heart.
Continue to grow and develop your career. After six months, you'll get a personal development budget to invest in yourself.
️ Make your voice heard. We trust our team members to make the best decisions to achieve their goals — no micromanagers here.
Say goodbye to pointless meetings. Flat hierarchies, fast iterations, and no bullshit meetings.
Job requirements
You have a proven track record in Product Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing. You bring 3--6 years of experience in a PLG (Product-Led Growth) environment and understand how product communication influences activation, expansion, and retention.
️ You communicate with clarity. You have excellent English skills (C1-level minimum) and know how to turn complex product logic into clear, compelling value stories, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials.
️ You are an excellent project manager. You can take a complex idea from concept to full execution and coordinate effectively across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
️ You have a get-your-hands-dirty mindset. You are highly proficient with marketing automation, CMS, and AI tools, and are comfortable implementing technical setups and orchestrating execution across tools, automation, and delegation.
You are data-informed. You are comfortable using product usage analytics to understand behavioral cohorts, personalize communication, and measure success against conversion, activation, and NRR goals.
You think strategically. You understand how to position products and features in a way that makes sense in your customers' world, and you can connect market signals, customer needs, and product ambitions into a sharp narrative.
You take ownership and play fair. You actively want to work in a startup to accomplish great things, and you're a collaborative teammate who enjoys the interdisciplinary nature of Growth Squads.
You are coachable and keen to learn. You take direction well, implement feedback quickly, and stay curious about PLG mechanics, AI-supported workflows, and emerging opportunities in product communication.
You are a strong cross-functional bridge-builder. You work well with Product Managers, Growth Marketers, Sales, Customer Success, Designers, Copywriters, and Developers, and can align stakeholders around a shared message.
You're based in Europe to ensure a high time overlap with our team members.

Creative Force: Product Support Jedi – Remote, APAC
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-04-29
Headquarters: Creative Force
URL: https://www.creativeforce.team/
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, self-driven SaaS pro who’s as comfortable navigating staging environments as they are navigating human conversations.
Our APAC client base is growing fast and we need someone who can keep up. Our software isn’t your average plug-and-play; it has a steep learning curve so you’ll need to be technically savvy while also being the kind of person clients genuinely enjoy talking to. If you’ve got SaaS in your DNA, thrive in async/remote environments, and can juggle multiple threads without breaking a sweat — keep reading.
The role
You’ll join a lean, high-performing global support team working across two SaaS products, Award Force and Good Grants. Day to day you’ll be communicating with colleagues and clients across countries, cultures, and time zones.
Support happens across email tickets, phone, and 1-1 Zoom calls. Once you’ve leveled up on product knowledge, you’ll run onboarding sessions and client meetings covering issue resolution, best practices, and product adoption.
You’ll also be hands-on with bug testing and reporting, feeding considered feedback to our product teams— always pushing to make our products better.
We have a startup mindset. We experiment with new tools, iterate on processes, and move fast. Got a great idea? Pitch it. We’re not big on bureaucracy, only results. We don’t expect you to be a slave to your chair but flexibility is a must.
You’ll need to tick these boxes
You’re based in the UTC +8 to UTC +11 timezone range. This is non-negotiable. Our APAC team and clients operate in this window and we don’t allow shift work. If you live outside this range, this one’s not for you
2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a SaaS support or client-facing role
Native-level English fluency (bilingual? Even better!)
Terms like HTML, CSS, JS, API, integrations, dev console, staging & production environments, GitHub repos, and database queries don’t make you flinch. You don’t need to write code, but you need to get it
You’ve got exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—written and verbal
Client calls energise you. Four to five Zoom meetings a day? Bring it on
You’re a natural problem solver who loves helping others untangle theirs
Your writing is clean, well-structured, and detail-oriented
You’re curious by nature and love learning new things
You’re not allergic to upselling or fielding “sales-y” questions
You’re organised and process-driven. Multiple tools for different workflows? No problem — you thrive in that setup
You’re self-motivated and independent, but you also value being part of a tight-knit team
Remote work isn’t just something you dabble in—it’s where you do your best work. You’ve got fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace ready to go
Responsibilities
Product support
Go deep on product knowledge through self-driven learning—become the expert
Be the first point of contact on all inbound support via email/tickets, phone, and eventually live chat
Run 1-1 Zoom sessions with clients for technical consultation and query resolution
Maintain our consistently impressive first-reply-time metric (yeah, we’re proud of it)
Provide technically accurate responses backed by hands-on testing of scenarios
Collaborate with engineering to squash bugs and keep clients in the loop with timely updates
Spot patterns in user issues and flag them for product improvement
Be seriously good with clients
Speed matters. Respond quickly and decisively
Listen deeply—get to the root of the issue and own it until it’s resolved
Treat every client interaction with genuine respect and appreciation
Build trusting, long-term relationships rooted in honesty and transparency
