Huntress: Senior Sales Operations Business Partner

Company:
Location: Remote
Published: 2026-10-10

Headquarters: Remote US What We Do: Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact. Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection. Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other. Reports to: Manager, Sales Operations Location: Remote US Compensation Range: $120,000 to $135,000 base plus bonus and equity What You’ll Do:  You are a strategic operator who helps go-to-market leaders see what is happening, understand why it is happening, and act on what matters most. You turn business questions into clear analysis, practical recommendations, and operating improvements that help sales teams make better decisions and deliver stronger results. Give a $h*t means you do not wait for a perfect handoff or a complete answer. You find the problem, bring the right people together, and own the path to a better outcome. You are Outcome-Obsessed about the work behind the number, from pipeline health and forecast confidence to seller productivity, account coverage, and operational adoption. You bring useful proposals to leaders, make complex information easier to act on, and measure whether a change actually improved the business. Responsibilities:  Partner with go-to-market leaders to translate business goals into performance reviews, KPI analysis, trend reporting, forecast and pipeline insights, and clear recommendations. Diagnose performance and operational problems through data, root-cause analysis, stakeholder input, and a practical understanding of how sellers and leaders run the business. Own high-impact operational initiatives from current-state discovery and requirements definition through solution design, cross-functional execution, adoption, and measurement of business outcomes. Improve sales processes, workflows, CRM hygiene, CPQ quoting practices, rules of engagement, and assignment models while partnering with Systems and other stakeholders on durable solutions. Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready insights that give individual contributors, managers, and leaders the visibility they need to make informed decisions. Evaluate capacity, meeting and lead distribution, book of business coverage, and related success metrics to identify opportunities that improve productivity, fairness, growth, and accountability. Use AI, automation, analytics, and other available tools to build reusable workflows that accelerate analysis, reduce operational friction, and elevate the sales team while applying sound judgment to the outputs. What You Bring To The Team:    You have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related business operations role. You understand enterprise selling motions and can navigate the operating realities of direct sales, channel sales, and VAR or reseller relationships. You have experience partnering with sales leaders, shaping recommendations from incomplete information, and independently driving cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes. You understand sales processes, funnel management, forecasting, pipeline inspection, CRM hygiene, CPQ, and the operational levers that influence seller productivity. You have experience with Salesforce reporting and can use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze complex data sets and build practical operating tools. You can turn analysis into clear, decision-ready communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you proactively identify and solve problems without waiting for permission. You use AI and automation tools as part of your operating system, combining multi-step workflows, reusable systems, and human judgment to make analysis, reporting, and sales execution more effective. What We Offer:  100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015 Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays 12 weeks of paid parental leave Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans  401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution Life and Disability insurance plans Stock options for all full-time employees  One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance  $75 USD/month digital reimbursement Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth   Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.  We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.   We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes. Location: Remote
Published: 2026-10-10

Headquarters: Canada - Remote (ON, AB, BC, or NS Only) We're transforming the grocery industry At Instacart, we invite the world to share love through food because we believe everyone should have access to the food they love and more time to enjoy it together. Where others see a simple need for grocery delivery, we see exciting complexity and endless opportunity to serve the varied needs of our community. We work to deliver an essential service that customers rely on to get their groceries and household goods, while also offering safe and flexible earnings opportunities to Instacart Personal Shoppers. Instacart has become a lifeline for millions of people, and we’re building the team to help push our shopping cart forward. If you’re ready to do the best work of your life, come join our table. Instacart is a Flex First team There’s no one-size fits all approach to how we do our best work. Our employees have the flexibility to choose where they do their best work—whether it’s from home, an office, or your favorite coffee shop—while staying connected and building community through regular in-person events. Learn more about our flexible approach to where we work. Why this role is on the menu Most companies are layering AI onto existing processes. This role is about something different: rebuilding those processes from the ground up, so teams can do work that actually matters. Instacart's Marketing team has set ambitious AI goals — and this is the person who makes them real. You'll be the first role of this kind in Marketing, embedded in the org with a clear mandate: identify what's slow, manual, or broken across the Marketing organization and rebuild it into something fundamentally better. The benchmark isn't marginal improvement. It's transformation — building solutions that make people wonder how they ever worked without them. This is a builder role. Strategy is a means to an end. The end is something shipped, adopted, and measurable. You'll also be the connective tissue for Marketing's AI ambitions — convening the people who own AI goals, unblocking what's stuck, and creating internal momentum that makes the whole org move faster.   What you'll cook up in your first year Building (60%) Identify high-impact workflows, systems, and processes across Marketing that are slow, manual, or duct-taped together — and rebuild them AI-natively, from the ground up Own the full cycle: understand the current state, design the solution, build it, ship it — then measure what changed. Establish the before, prove the after, and make the case to leadership Walk in with work already queued. Early builds include: Recurring leadership and planning narratives — transforming how Marketing produces its MBR, quarterly planning summaries, budget variance write-ups, and channel performance narratives; currently manual synthesis across multiple inputs, rebuilt into a faster, more consistent, AI-native output Integrated campaign launch process — automating key steps from campaign ideation to launch, reducing the manual handoffs and coordination overhead that slow campaigns down across teams Brief quality and standardization — an AI review layer that evaluates briefs before they leave the building, flags what's missing or unclear, and raises input quality across the org before downstream teams absorb the cost of a bad brief Build with portability in mind — your solutions should be constructed so others can pick them up, adapt them for their own context, and extend what you've built without starting from scratch; you're not just solving a problem, you're creating infrastructure others can build on Develop and maintain an intake framework: gather inputs from across the org, evaluate feasibility and impact, and make a defensible call on what gets built next — including what doesn't; prioritization discipline means saying no to low-value requests as readily as yes to high-value ones Driving Adoption (20%) Own the change management side of every build: create the conditions for people to trust what you've built, use it consistently, and not revert to old habits when something feels unfamiliar Evangelize internally — write up wins, build case studies, show other teams what's possible; your goal is to generate more demand than you can supply, which means the org needs to see what AI can actually do, not just hear about it Create energy around AI across Marketing — not as a cheerleader, but as someone who shows people things they didn't know were possible and makes it easy for them to take the next step Orchestration & Thought Partnership (20%) Lead the MarComms AI KR forum: convene AI KR owners across Marketing, create momentum behind shared goals, surface blockers, and hold the operating cadence Act as a working partner to AI goal owners — unblocking vendor delays, solving capability gaps, helping people get unstuck   The secret ingredients we're looking for Must-have pantry staples (Minimum Qualifications) 7+ years in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a closely adjacent discipline — you understand how marketing orgs work, where the friction lives, and what it costs to leave it unfixed Proven builder with a track record of impact — you have shipped AI-powered workflows and processes that demonstrably changed how teams work; you can name the problem, describe the solution, and quantify the result.  You’re so invested in AI that you’ve applied it beyond the scope of your current role. Hands-on daily experience with frontier AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4o, or Gemini, including writing prompts that produce reliable, production-quality output at scale Experience building agentic systems where AI components interact with each other, including multi-agent design, orchestration layers, and workflows that run without a human in the loop at every step An adoption-minded approach to building: designing for adoption from day one and taking accountability for whether what you built actually gets used Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain what you're building, why it matters, and where it stands, for audiences from ICs to CMO-level leadership Prioritization discipline — you can evaluate a request and tell someone their problem isn't a good AI candidate right now, or that the cost of building outstrips the benefit; you know what not to build   Optional garnishes (Preferred Qualifications) A framework for evaluating AI vendors and tools quickly, including running comparison pilots and making principled decisions about what earns a place in the stack Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here. Company:
Location: Remote
Published: 2026-10-10

Headquarters: Remote Manchester, UK BeyondTrust is a place where you can bring your purpose to life through the work that you do, creating a safer world through our cybersecurity SaaS portfolio. Our culture of flexibility, trust, and continual learning means you will be recognized for your growth, and for the impact you make on our success. You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. The Role BeyondTrust is a global leader in privileged access management. Our products provide remote access and privileged control capabilities that are deployed across thousands of enterprise environments worldwide. That makes us a high-value target. Nation-state actors, ransomware operators, and sophisticated threat groups actively target companies like ours—not just to compromise our corporate environment, but to reach the customers who trust our software to protect their most sensitive systems. A compromise of BeyondTrust is a compromise of the privileged access layer inside our customers’ networks. We take that responsibility seriously. As a Cyber Defense Engineer on our Cyber Defense Operations team, you will serve as a front-line defender responsible for protecting both BeyondTrust’s enterprise infrastructure and the integrity of the products our customers depend on. You will monitor, investigate, and respond to security events in an environment where the stakes are real and the adversaries are capable. You will work alongside experienced threat hunters, incident responders, and detection engineers in a collaborative team that values sharp analytical thinking over checkbox compliance. This team is building toward an AI-augmented operating model. You will be expected to use AI-driven tools in your daily work and to contribute to how we integrate these capabilities into our detection, triage, and response workflows. We are not looking for people who are waiting to be told what to do—we are looking for people who want to build something. What You’ll Do Alert Triage & Monitoring  Monitor and triage security alerts across SIEM, EDR, and CSPM platforms covering both corporate and product environments. Investigate alerts to determine scope, severity, and whether escalation is warranted. Leverage AI-assisted triage and enrichment tools to accelerate analysis and reduce mean time to detect. Classify, document, and track alerts through the full lifecycle using ticketing and case management systems. Incident Response & Investigation  Participate in or lead incident response engagements from detection through remediation, including evidence collection, forensic analysis, root cause determination, and stakeholder communication. Conduct investigations across SIEM, EDR, CSPM, and cloud-native log sources including identity provider logs, cloud audit trails, and network flow data—spanning both corporate and product infrastructure. Execute established IR runbooks across identity, endpoint, cloud, and email investigation workflows. Manage or assist with evidence handling, forensic artifact collection, and chain-of-custody procedures. Produce clear, decision-ready incident summaries and post-incident reports for both technical and leadership audiences. Detection Engineering & Threat Intelligence  Contribute to the design, implementation, and tuning of detection rules across SIEM and EDR platforms, with a focus on reducing false positives and closing coverage gaps. Translate threat intelligence (CVE advisories, CISA alerts, vendor bulletins, open-source feeds) into actionable detection content, with particular attention to threats targeting privileged access tooling and supply chain attack vectors. Help maintain and evolve detection coverage mapped to MITRE ATT&CK. Partner with threat hunting peers to validate detection logic through hypothesis-driven hunts. AI Integration & Automation  Use AI-driven tools for alert triage, enrichment, and investigation as a standard part of daily operations. Contribute to the evaluation, integration, and optimization of AI and automation capabilities across the team’s workflows. Assist in designing prompts, agent workflows, or LLM-based pipelines that augment analyst capabilities and reduce manual effort. Partner with engineering teams to improve log ingestion, data quality, and tool integrations. Operational Excellence  Maintain daily operational notes and shift handoff documentation. Contribute to and refine IR runbooks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours incident escalation. Track and report on operational metrics (MTTD, MTTR, MTTC, false positive rate) and identify improvement opportunities. Participate in tabletop exercises, purple team activities, and post-incident reviews.  What You’ll Bring 4+ years of experience in a SOC, security operations, or incident response role. Understanding of common attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK), network protocols, and endpoint behavior. Experience with at least one SIEM platform and familiarity with writing search or detection queries. Familiarity with EDR platforms and cloud environments (IaaS preferred). Comfort using AI systems (e.g., LLM-based assistants, copilots, or AI-driven analysis tools) as part of security workflows. Strong written communication skills; able to document findings clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences. Nice To Have Experience leading or co-leading complex incident response engagements from triage through remediation. Experience with identity and access management platforms and cloud security posture management tools. Scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, or equivalent) applied to security workflows. Familiarity with SOAR platforms or orchestration tools for automated response and enrichment. Experience designing or implementing AI agent architectures, LLM-based automation pipelines, or prompt engineering for security use cases. Experience building or contributing to threat intelligence programs or detection-as-code pipelines. Understanding of the privileged access management landscape and the threat actors that target it. Track record of evaluating and adopting emerging technologies in a production security environment. Pendo: Senior Pre- & Post-Sales Customer Engineer, Enterprise

Company:
Location: Remote
Published: 2026-10-10

Headquarters: San Francisco, CA / Seattle, WA / Denver, CO / Remote The Team + The Role Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team. This is a remote role supporting a West Coast territory.  What this looks like day-to-day New customer acquisition and selling: Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition, product expansion, and expansion across lines of business. You identify customer pain, craft and deliver tailored demos, and lead technical evaluations through requirements gathering, success criteria, installation guidance, and hands-on workshops. Complex implementations and value realization: Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, integrations, and training. You build customer-specific implementation playbooks, guide complex deployments with executive visibility, and ensure customers realize value during onboarding and over time. Adoption, expansion, and growth: Identify opportunities to expand adoption across underutilized features, untapped products, and new lines of business. When adoption stalls, you diagnose root causes, design a path forward, and connect technical work to measurable business outcomes. Technical escalation: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges raised by other Customer Engineers. You resolve ambiguous problems with multiple variables and tradeoffs, involving Product or Engineering only when truly needed. Team capability building: Build playbooks, document repeatable fixes, coach peers, and improve how Customer Engineering work gets done across the team. You use AI tools to accelerate content creation, surface patterns across accounts, and share practical workflow findings with the broader team. Early account impact: Assess account health, risks, stakeholder relationships, and the highest-priority problems to solve within your portfolio. You establish trust with Account Directors and customer stakeholders, then independently lead complex customer interactions that move accounts forward. Quarterly business outcomes: Drive measurable improvement in customer health, retention, expansion, and technical resolution across strategic accounts. You contribute reusable frameworks, playbooks, or processes that other Customer Engineers use and become a trusted advisor to Account Directors on account health and technical strategy. Who You Are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Senior Customer Engineers don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work. You're AI-curious - genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, implementation, professional services, or solutions architecture. Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs, with the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex front-end implementations. Proven experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive-level stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex technical or business requirements. Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems involving multiple variables, constraints, and tradeoffs. Experience connecting technical execution to business outcomes such as retention, expansion, ROI, and value realization. Hands-on use of AI tools for account research, content creation, or workflow automation, with demonstrated integration into day-to-day work rather than light experimentation. Experience mentoring or coaching more junior technical team members. Nice-to-haves Experience with Pendo, digital adoption platforms, product analytics, or in-app experience tooling in an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with mobile app development, including Swift, Android, or React Native. Familiarity with data architecture, AI or machine learning concepts, or advanced analytics instrumentation. Track record of building reusable frameworks, playbooks, or processes that were adopted by a broader team. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Come join one of the fastest-growing startups, supported by best-in-class institutions like Battery Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech. Pendo Core Values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus. Location: Remote Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split. Benefits: Pendo offers highly competitive United States benefits, including employer-heavy coverage with $0 premium options, strong 401(k) match, equity, and flexible time off. Pendo: Lead Product Marketing Manager - Novus

Company:
Location: Remote
Published: 2026-10-10

Headquarters: Remote / San Francisco, CA / New York, NY / Raleigh, NC The Team + The Role Software is being written faster than ever, and AI coding agents are accelerating how teams build and ship. Novus is Pendo's answer to what happens after software ships: helping fast-moving teams understand what is actually happening in their products and where to focus next. This is a new product, in a new category, for an audience Pendo has not traditionally sold to before: product engineers and application owners building AI-native software. As Lead Product Marketing Manager for Novus, you are the marketing lead and GTM owner for the product. You own the narrative, positioning, demand strategy, community presence, launch moments, and early commercial outcomes end to end. This is a 0-to-1 role for someone who can write the playbook, execute it hands-on, and drive clarity across product, sales, marketing, and leadership. This is a remote role in the US. We have offices in San Francisco, CA, Raleigh, NC, or New York, NY. What this looks like day-to-day Narrative and positioning: Own the messaging, positioning, and talk tracks for Novus, including the breakthrough narrative, category story, and positioning documentation. Keep product, sales, marketing, and leadership aligned as the product and market evolve. End-to-end GTM ownership: Build and run the full go-to-market plan across audience targeting, channel strategy, campaign strategy, sales readiness, launch moments, and success metrics. Own the outcomes rather than handing strategy off to another team. Top-of-funnel and conversion: Partner with revenue marketing to define the acquisition channel mix, run campaigns, and drive early-access signups. Connect demand activity to free-to-paid conversion and early commercial signals. Community building: Build Novus' presence where builders already spend time, including developer forums, social channels, influencer relationships, and event-driven activation. Earn trust with audiences that are skeptical of traditional marketing. PLG motion: Partner with product and growth to design self-serve onboarding, activation flows, and freemium-to-paid conversion paths. Use data and feedback to improve how users discover, try, activate, and expand with Novus. Novus and Pendo positioning: Define how Novus and Pendo exist together in the market. Shape the path for customers moving from fast-moving AI-native teams into more complex product organizations. Sales and partner enablement: Build the materials, messaging, and proof points that help sales and partner teams have credible conversations with product engineers. Translate the product for a buyer that is meaningfully different from Pendo's traditional PM audience. Metrics and commercial impact: Work with revenue marketing to define and track the metrics that connect Novus activity to pipeline and early revenue outcomes. Focus on activation, free-to-paid conversion, marketing-sourced ARR, and other signals that show whether the motion is working. At Pendo, great Product Marketing Directors don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work. Must-haves 7+ years of marketing experience with real ownership of positioning and narrative for a product or category at the individual contributor level. Proven ability to drive a launch, repositioning, or category story end to end, including the writing and strategic thinking behind the work. Strong content instincts, with the ability to create crisp narratives, sharp positioning documents, and launch materials that audiences actually engage with. Active, practical fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, with evidence that AI has meaningfully changed how you work and what you ship. High bias to action, with a track record of shipping, gathering feedback, iterating, and filling gaps without waiting for perfect information. Ability to translate technical depth into clear, compelling messaging without oversimplifying a novel product. Strong cross-functional influence with product, sales, marketing, and leadership stakeholders, especially in environments where you need to drive alignment without direct authority. Experience with PLG motions, including self-serve acquisition, freemium conversion, activation, or community-led distribution. Credibility with developer or builder audiences, including an understanding of how technical users discover, evaluate, and build trust in new tools. Nice-to-haves Hands-on experience building community among developers or other technical builder audiences. Technical fluency from building software or working closely enough with engineers to understand codebases, pull requests, and deploy cycles. Experience in product analytics, instrumentation, observability, developer tools, open source, or AI coding tools. Growth-hacking experience in an early-stage or 0-to-1 product environment. About Pendo Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software.
