Toggl: Events & Field Marketing Manager
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-08-04
Headquarters: Tallinn, Estonia
URL: https://toggl.com/jobs/
We are looking for an Events & Field Marketing Manager to own Toggl's presence made physical, the person who turns a conference badge, a booth conversation, or a dinner reservation into real business.
The salary for this position is €70,000 annually, and we are committed to reviewing salaries every year based on company and individual performance.
You can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location is between UTC-5 and UTC+2. This role runs events on both sides of the Atlantic, so you'll need to be able to travel to both North America and Europe.
Overview
We believe, now more than ever, that in-person moments cut through marketing noise in a way nothing digital can: a handshake, a shared meal, a five-minute conversation where someone finally "gets it." This role is responsible for engineering those moments on purpose, again and again, and ensuring they don't evaporate the second the event ends.
You are someone who has done this before (preferably in a B2B SaaS setting) and can negotiate a vendor contract in the morning, rewrite an invitation email by lunch, and walk a trade show floor in the afternoon, reading which conversations are worth a follow-up call.
The role
As Events & Field Marketing Manager, you own the full lifecycle of Toggl's in-person and hybrid presence, turning sponsorships, trade shows, and owned experiences into a genuine pipeline engine, not just a brand awareness play.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Sponsored event execution: Take full, end-to-end operational coordination ownership for all major external sponsorships and industry trade shows. You'll manage vendor communications, booth layout architecture, graphic dimension configurations, compliance logistics, and swag sourcing & distribution, owning the event budget and negotiating with vendors along the way.
Event content & communications: Write and produce all content required to run an event end-to-end — invitations, landing pages, promotional emails, social posts, on-site materials, and post-event follow-up sequences. You'll also create post-event recap content (summary emails, LinkedIn posts, short highlight videos, and case studies where relevant) to extend the life of each event well beyond its final day.
Pipeline coordination: Eliminate post-event pipeline latency by building strict cross-departmental SLAs before any event takes place. You'll work directly with Sales and our Demand Gen Manager to build pre-event ad layers, account matching lists, and post-event outbound sequencing so event contacts are in active sales conversations within 24 hours.
Owned experiential events: Research, conceptualize, and execute curated physical event touchpoints (think micro-roundtables and private VIP executive dinners) specifically designed for upmarket decision-makers, managing everything from venue negotiation and culinary curation to guest list outreach and on-site execution.
Other responsibilities include:
Owning the event lead capture process and ensuring all attendee data flows cleanly into HubSpot with correct source attribution.
Reporting on cost-per-opportunity for each activation to showcase the impact of event and field marketing activities.
Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to align event initiatives with overall pipeline and business goals.
Using AI tools extensively in your daily work for research, synthesis, analysis, drafting, and exploration. AI fluency is not optional. It's part of how you increase your speed, depth, and impact.
What success looks like
Success in this role means every event Toggl touches has a clear plan for turning attendees into pipeline before it even happens. It means vendor logistics and budgets are handled without drama, event content extends the life of each activation for weeks afterward, and no lead ever sits untouched for more than 24 hours.
Over time, this role builds a repeatable playbook for events, one where Toggl knows its cost-per-opportunity by activation type and can confidently decide which trade shows, sponsorships, and owned experiences are worth doing again.
About you
You will thrive in this role if you:
Know exactly how to run events that convert, and you've been doing it for at least 3-5 years. You love bringing new ideas to the table and have experience with event logistics, vendor negotiation, and field marketing strategies.
Have run in-person B2B events in the North American market. You know the conference circuit there, how sponsorship packages get priced and negotiated, which venues and vendors actually deliver, and what North American buyers expect from a booth conversation. Experience in European markets too is a plus, since roughly half the calendar sits here.
Are great with people. The thought of hosting a room full of decision-makers, whether at a trade show booth or an intimate executive dinner, is something that excites you. You know how to make people feel looked after without losing sight of the commercial goal.
Are incredibly autonomous (and love it). You have run successful B2B events and sponsorships in the past and know what works, what doesn't, and what metrics you need to track (major bonus points if you've specifically marketed software before). You can effectively convey how you will build a similarly high-performing events motion at Toggl.
Are equal parts operator and creative, but most importantly, you are relentless about follow-through. You know an event is only as good as what happens in the 24 hours after it ends, and you build the systems to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Want to have fun with marketing. You will be proactive in bringing new event formats and ideas to the table, finding opportunities for Toggl to show up in the room where it matters most.
Are hands-on with AI tools. You actively use AI for research, analysis, drafting, and prototyping as a core part of how you work, not a side experiment.
Don't need to be managed. You set your own direction, keep people in the loop, and ask for help when it matters.
Have excellent written communication skills and are as comfortable drafting a sharp event invitation as you are briefing Sales on a post-event handoff plan. Asynchronous communication is something you are happy with, and you can concisely express ideas without having to jump on a call.
This Role Is NOT
A booth babysitter or a logistics coordinator whose job ends when the stand comes down.
A pure brand awareness play where "impressions" and "booth visits" are the headline metric.
An order-taker who executes the event list someone else decided on.
A role that hands leads to Sales and walks away.
A role for people who need heavy process, frequent approvals, or top-down direction to do their best work.

Our Risk & Compliance team is hiring a Senior AML Analyst who will improve the effectiveness, resilience, and scalability of our financial monitoring program. You will own Lithic's AML and financial crime monitoring program at the SOP and monitoring-engine level, and you will be the person who turns our agentic monitoring and investigation tooling into realized, defensible capacity. This is an ownership role, not purely a queue-based execution role: you’ll certainly handle escalations, exceptions, and perform population sampling, but the goal is routine, documented volume is increasingly absorbed by automation, and you own the design, tuning, and exception handling that sit around it.
What You’ll Do
Own and continuously improve the AML and financial crime transaction monitoring SOPs, keeping them aligned to current regulatory requirements, evolving typologies, and operational reality
Own the feedback loop into Lithic's monitoring engine: partner with your Analytics, Engineering, and Product peers to evaluate alert logic, assess rule and scenario effectiveness, and tune thresholds to reduce false positives while preserving coverage
Lead the testing, deployment, and tuning of agentic transaction monitoring and investigation solutions, including documenting the investigative context the tooling needs to produce repeatable, examiner-ready output
Investigate complex suspicious activity independently and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs; own escalations and the judgment-heavy cases automation cannot close unattended
Supervise and quality-check alert review and investigative output, including AI-assisted output, so decisions hold up to bank partner and regulatory scrutiny
Synthesize monitoring performance data, operational trends, and emerging financial crime risks into actionable program insights, and define and influence AML KPIs and KRIs
Lead governance preparation for relevant oversight forums and support bank partner and exam-readiness deliverables
Train and mentor analysts on investigations, money laundering typologies, and the agentic tooling, so program knowledge scales beyond any one person
What You'll Need
3+ years of AML/BSA and transaction monitoring experience in fintech, payments, or a bank-partnered environment
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end AML programs or work streams with limited guidance, including authoring and maintaining SOPs and preparing governance materials
Deep knowledge of money laundering typologies and emerging financial crime trends, with the ability to investigate complex activity and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs independently
Hands-on experience evaluating alert logic and assessing or tuning transaction monitoring rules and scenarios for effectiveness
Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic tooling, including how to test, tune, document, and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners and regulators
Self-starter who can create structure where none exists and knows when to escalate and collaborate
Strong written and verbal communication
Solid grasp of the BSA/AML regulatory framework (USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and sanctions, SAR requirements)
Nice to Have
CAMS or CFE (preferred, or willing to obtain)
Experience deploying or tuning AI, automation, or agentic tooling in a compliance or investigations context
Experience with OSINT tooling and SQL or Snowflake for investigative data retrieval
Card issuing, payments, or fintech experience with exposure to sponsor bank relationships

Stability AI: Research Scientist, Professional Creative Workflows
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-08-04
Headquarters: Remote
Research Scientist, Professional Creative Workflows<REMOTE>
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our Research team. The role focuses on advancing the next generation of generative AI systems for professional creative workflows, spanning image, video, 3D, vector graphics, and design.
This is a general research role with room for academic publication, long-horizon exploration, and technically ambitious work, while remaining grounded in real projects with meaningful product impact. The ideal candidate can move fluidly between frontier research, rigorous experimentation, and prototype systems that inform how professional creators work with generative AI.
We are looking for a broad, technically deep researcher who can combine ideas across fields and modalities, connecting concepts from areas such as computer vision, graphics, generative modeling, and design to address complex creative workflows.
You will work on research that enables creators and enterprises to generate, edit, structure, refine, and reuse visual assets across modalities, supporting workflows in which different forms of media and design intent work together rather than as isolated generation tasks.
Responsibilities
Conduct original research in generative AI for professional creative workflows across image, video, 3D, vector graphics, and design.
Develop new methods that advance the state of the art while remaining relevant to real creative and production workflows.
Publish research at leading academic venues where appropriate, while also contributing to high-impact internal projects.
Explore multimodal generative systems that integrate image, video, 3D, vector graphics, and design, with an emphasis on controllability, editability, and reusable asset creation.
Translate research insights into prototypes, experiments, and model capabilities that can inform product direction.
Work with researchers, engineers, designers, and product teams to identify important research problems with meaningful downstream impact.
Design datasets, benchmarks, and evaluation protocols for professional workflows where quality, editability, consistency, brand adherence, and production usefulness matter.
Stay at the frontier of generative media research and identify opportunities to combine ideas across computer graphics, vision, language, video, and creative tooling.
Contribute to a research culture that values technical depth, intellectual breadth, publication quality, and practical relevance.
Qualifications
Strong academic research track record in computer vision, computer graphics, machine learning, generative modeling, computational imaging, visual computing, or a related field.
PhD or equivalent research experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to conduct original research, publish papers, and build working systems or prototypes.
Experience in generative and multimodal modeling, including areas such as diffusion models, transformers, 3D generation, neural rendering, inverse rendering, video generation, image editing, controllable generation, or design automation.
Broad technical background across several of the following areas:
Generative image models
Video generation or video editing
3D asset generation, reconstruction, neural rendering, or geometry processing
Differentiable rendering, inverse rendering, materials, lighting, or relighting
Vector graphics, layout, typography, or design systems
Multimodal representation learning
Professional media, VFX, games, e-commerce, design, or creative tooling
Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch, with the ability to implement, adapt, and extend modern research code.
Ability to reason about both research quality and workflow quality, including controllability, iteration speed, editability, consistency, reliability, and integration into existing creative processes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain research ideas clearly to both research and product-oriented collaborators.
Evidence of creative technical judgment: the ability to combine ideas from different fields into new research directions rather than only incrementally improving existing systems.
Highly Desirable
Publications at top-tier venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, SIGGRAPH, SIGGRAPH Asia, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, or related venues.
Research experience spanning more than one modality, especially across image, video, 3D, vector graphics, design, or multimodal generation.
Experience with professional creative domains such as VFX, games, animation, product visualization, advertising, graphic design, or 3D asset production.
Experience with controllable generation, layered image editing, material and lighting decomposition, multi-view consistency, relightable assets, vector-aware generation, or structured design outputs.
Experience building research prototypes that influence product direction or enable new product capabilities.

Stability AI is a community and mission-driven, open artificial intelligence company that cares deeply about real-world implications and applications. Our most considerable advances grow from our diversity in working across multiple teams and disciplines. We are unafraid to go against established norms and explore creativity. We are motivated to generate breakthrough ideas and convert them into tangible solutions. Our vibrant communities consist of experts, leaders, and partners across the globe who are developing cutting-edge open AI models for Image, Audio, Video, and 3D.
As the Senior Product Engineer, Growth & Lifecycle Infrastructure, you will own the ground-up build of PLG growth and lifecycle infrastructure for our music and audio products — greenfield across web, desktop, plugin, and mobile. You'll choose the stack, design the event model, wire the integrations, and run the system. The output is a measurable, attributable funnel from anonymous visitor to paying customer to expanded account. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, product lifecycle, and community-driven PLG — the systems, how they live inside the product, and how they drive real conversion.
What you'll do…
Select and own the stack for the Music & Audio vertical: CDP, product analytics, lifecycle/messaging, experimentation, warehouse, reverse-ETL, and entitlements — including writing defensible recommendations with cost model and tradeoffs
Design event taxonomy with consistent schema and identity resolution across anonymous → free → paid → multi-device
Build and attribute the full growth funnel across paid, organic, partner, and in-product virality
Architect in-app PLG motion: viral loops, referral mechanics, upgrade prompts, and sharing hooks
Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategy: segmentation, behavioral triggers, and messaging cadences across activation, habit, and expansion
Ship free-to-paid logic: trial mechanics, paywalls, in-app messaging, and entitlement checks across web and native runtimes
Build onboarding, churn-risk, reactivation, and win-back sequences
Instrument A/B experimentation with exposure logging and statistical guardrails
Own the growth dashboard: activation, conversion, ARPU, LTV, retention cohorts, and expansion rate
What you'll bring…
6+ years of end-to-end ownership of product or growth infrastructure inside a B2C or PLG B2B company
Deep expertise in growth marketing and product lifecycle marketing — you walk in knowing how to implement it, not just what it is
Hands-on production experience across the modern martech stack: CDPs, product analytics, lifecycle/messaging, billing, reverse-ETL, and transformation layer
Proven ability to ship in-app PLG mechanics where the product itself drives growth
Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and SQL
Fluency with AI-augmented development tools in daily workflow (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent)
Experience building event taxonomies that hold up without schema drift
A history of shipping paywall and entitlement logic in production where revenue depended on it
Comfort operating without a product manager: setting milestones, owning the schedule, and escalating when needed
Not dealbreakers, but great if you had…
Experience with B2C subscriptions in creative tools, music, or design
Exposure to music or creative-platform go-to-market motions
Open-source contributions to data tooling
Experience as the first PLG/growth engineer at a company
A track record of building in public: Product Hunt, YC network, or active presence on X or Reddit
What success looks like…
Day 30: Stack chosen and approved, contracts signed, identity resolution working in development, event taxonomy v1 drafted
Day 60: Full event taxonomy live across primary surfaces, first lifecycle sequence in production, baseline dashboard up
Day 90: Paywall and entitlement logic in production, attribution closing the loop on at least one paid channel
Day 120: Experimentation framework in active use, first growth experiment results read out to leadership
Equal Employment Opportunity: We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
