We are looking for a GTM Engineer, Marketing Systems who is passionate about building the systems that make revenue teams faster, smarter, and more effective.
As a GTM Engineer, Marketing Systems at DigitalOcean, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing our go-to-market engine. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will own the critical tools, data flows, and automations that enable our Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to function efficiently and at scale. The ideal person for this role will combine marketing technology expertise with automation engineering and AI innovation to architect systems that power personalized customer journeys, accelerate revenue, and multiply team effectiveness.
What You’ll Do:
Architect next-generation AI-powered workflows by building automation systems using tools like Clay, Zapier, and the ChatGPT API to streamline lead enrichment, routing, and outreach.
Unlock a personalized customer experience by developing scalable and predictive personalization engines for web and email, using behavioral, firmographic, and product-usage signals to improve engagement and conversion.
Drive continuous experimentation and optimization by identifying opportunities to test, refine, and scale automated GTM systems, staying ahead of emerging martech and AI trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions, ensuring fast iteration cycles and measurable impact on our GTM motions.
What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean
Technical mastery of marketing systems: Hands-on experience with APIs and webhooks (building and troubleshooting integrations), comfort with JSON data structures, and proven ability to design and manage martech architecture.
Martech platform expertise: Strong background with tools such as Segment, Marketo/HubSpot, enrichment platforms, and workflow automation systems.
AI & automation skills: Practical experience building AI-powered GTM workflows using Clay, Zapier/Make, ChatGPT API, or similar tools.
Analytical & problem-solving skills: Ability to diagnose system issues, design solutions, and automate processes that improve efficiency and unlock insights.
Data literacy & scripting: : Familiarity with basic SQL to pull, validate, and troubleshoot data flows, plus comfort with basic scripting in Python and/or JavaScript to extend automations when needed
AI & Innovation Interest: Strong interest in AI/automation trends and eagerness to apply new tools (e.g., LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering) to real GTM workflows.
Builder Mentality: Bias for action and a maker mentality—you enjoy tinkering, testing prototypes, and evolving them into production-grade workflows.

Job Summary:
A Senior Account Executive (SAE) on the Client Service Team functions as the principal day-to-day representative with respect to the project development, execution, and servicing of assigned accounts. SAEs facilitate client meetings, communicate internal and external problems/opportunities, move projects forward in a timely fashion, and provide day-to-day account management. As a SAE, you will be responsible for ensuring that all current and emerging client needs are met across multiple projects and clients. You will be driving forward the day-to-day work on the brand and work closely within a cross-functional team of strategists, project managers, creatives, developers, and partner agencies.
As part of the Client Service team, you will also collaborate with the client to identify the brand’s needs, help make data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations, document the decisions, communicate them to the team, and own the final delivery of all projects. You will be responsible for supporting client relationships and helping your Client Service team drive organic growth within your client portfolio. To achieve this, you’ll have to understand the science behind the product, the brand’s commercial strategy, and the strategy that will drive client revenue and growth.
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Learns Relevate Health product offerings and capabilities and where they fit within both the healthcare industry and the client’s environment
• Learns and follows Relevate Health processes and systems
• Writes clear, concise emails, status reports, and conference reports with minimal oversight
• Manages client projects from initiation to completion and ensures that clients are delighted with each project deliverable
• Establishes collaborative relationships with internal team and excellent rapport with clients
• Develops and distributes productive meeting agendas and summaries with minimal oversight
• Updates weekly internal and client status reports
• Leads internal and client status meetings with minimal oversight
• Work with PM to ensure appropriate individuals attend internal meetings
• Proactively identifies upcoming work and communicates with PM to secure resources
• Owns and prepares effectively for medical, regulatory, and legal review processes and will ultimately be a key player in marketing material submissions through client platforms
• Efficiently prepares for meetings and follows through on task list
• Cross-checks team content updates vs client direction and edits
• Engages internal team members as necessary for perspective or subject matter expertise
• Follows through with clients and internal teams to ensure action items are completed according to timelines
• Prepares finance reports and tracks project budget utilization, shares updates with team in a timely manner
• Works with manager to hit billable/utilization goals to ensure focus remains on client work and value

Job Title: Editorial Intern
Reports To: The Editorial Team Lead and the Managing Editor
The Editorial Intern contributes to ONC’s mission of providing nonpartisan news, opinions, and policy solutions by completing essential tasks for the Editorial Team at ONC. The Editorial Desk is one of the last sets of eyes on everything ONC produces, including but not limited to books, policy proposals, solutions, op-eds, and newsletters. Editorial Interns will be responsible for correcting grammatical and stylistic errors in ONC written content, as well as fact-checking this content to prevent errors and maintain accuracy. Editorial Interns collaborate with our Policy Content Writers as well as the rest of the organization. They will keep in constant communication with the Editorial Team Lead and Managing Editor about the status of current projects and deadlines. This intern may have the opportunity to learn how to operate the backend of our website to review external writer’s submissions and approve them.
A competency assessment will be given to candidates who are selected for interviews. This assessment will simply require interviewed candidates to edit an article to resolve grammatical and stylistic errors.
This position is remote, with work primarily conducted over Zoom and Slack, so applicants must be comfortable coordinating in a remote environment and are expected to maintain a high level of communication. Interns must commit to at least the end of the Fall semester (December 8th, 2025). However, many people choose to extend their internship past the amount of time they initially committed to, provided their performance meets the required standards.
