Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the QE Practice Lead to create comprehensive test plans that outline the testing scope, objectives, and strategies
Develop detailed test cases based on requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Work with automation testing frameworks – prepare, implement and run test cases. Contribute to existing test case repositories and suites
Execute test cases to validate software functionality, identify defects, and ensure that the software meets quality standards
Perform Sprint testing to validate new code changes and perform stress testing of features as per impact analysis
Ensure Quality of architectural foundations of the software
Document defects found during testing in a clear and structured manner and report into defect management tool
Manage test data and ensure its availability, relevance, and consistency for testing purposes
Test reporting and metrics
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
5+ years of hands-on experience in software Quality Engineering
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Practical experience with automation testing methodology and frameworks
Experience using test and defect management tools (i.e. Jira / TestRail)
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Set up and maintain test labs with multiple testing environments
Reproduce reported customer problems to help developers troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues
Understanding of distributed, complex systems and architectural concepts (queues, cache, web sockets)
Knowledge, experience and ability to utilize AI in QA practices is a plus
Knowledge of testing on both Linux and Windows operating system
Good understanding of API’s and API testing methods
Ability to think outside of the box to identify edge cases
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins is a plus

What Your Impact Will Look Like
Understands the confidential nature of HR data and adheres to all Granicus policies related to confidentiality and security of personal information in all communications and transactions.
Provides exemplary customer service through effective, proactive interaction and the appropriate and timely escalation of issues to the Benefits Analyst or HR Management as needed.
Manages the Benefits inbox, responding to basic inquiries and escalating complex issues to the Benefits Analyst, insurance providers, or broker.
Leads benefit orientation presentations for new hire groups and ad hoc throughout the year.
Assists in developing and distributing benefits communications such as FAQs, intranet updates, and newsletters to enhance employee understanding and engagement.

What You’ll Do:
Manage bank reconciliations and Cash Accounting
Collect and review invoices, managing accounts payable for 150 vendors, code and route appropriately in Bill.com
Serve as the point of contact for employee expenses, fielding questions and managing monthly reimbursements via Expensify
Credit card accrual and reconciliation
Maintain lease schedules and manage payment and reconciliation
Reconcile expected debt payments and book debt cash entries monthly
Review P&L and book accrued expenses not yet billed
Prepare and pay taxes and insurance as needed
What You’ll Bring:
2-4 years general accounting experience including accounts payable, expenses, and bookkeeping
Experience with bank reconciliations, accrual accounting, and month close
Expertise with financial operations platforms (we use Bill.com)
Experience with expense management software (we use Expensify)
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
Self-starter who can succeed with minimal direction
Strong communication and collaboration skills
