Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecting: 

  • You will work with customer technical leads, customer executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of Graph+GenAI solutions becoming a trusted advisor to decision-makers throughout the engagement.
  • You will propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of Graph+GenAI solutions according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
  • You will work directly with customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into AI-powered solutions that leverage graph databases and LLMs. This includes gathering requirements, understanding existing data landscapes, and identifying opportunities to apply graph-based AI to solve business challenges.

Solution Engineering: 

  • You will develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI applications that integrate graph databases with LLMs and orchestration frameworks. This involves writing production-level code, optimizing for performance and scalability, and ensuring seamless integration with customer systems.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, scalability, and efficiency of deployed AI applications, incorporating new techniques and technologies as they emerge.

Education & Enablement:

  • You will work with other teams at Neo4j (Product and Marketing) to influence the roadmap and provide insights from the field, and package approaches, best practices, and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
  • You will share your expertise internally with other Neo4j teams and also with customers through workshops, training sessions, and documentation to empower them to effectively utilize, maintain, and reproduce the AI solutions you deliver.
  • Maintain continuous learning and stay up-to-date with the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape, proactively seeking knowledge of new trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Enterprise Application Development: 5+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-class applications, demonstrating a strong understanding of software development lifecycle principles.
  • LLM Proficiency: 2+ years of Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integrating LLMs into applications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of different LLM providers and their strengths and limitations (e.g., OpenAI’s GPT and O families, Anthropic’s Claude family, Google’s Gemini, xAI’s Grok, as well as open-source LLMs like LLama, DeepSeek, and Mistral).
  • Programming Proficiency: Competence and hands-on experience in at least one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code is essential.
  • Deployment and Version Control: Hands-on experience with deployment software on major platforms, such as Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, and proficiency in source control software, including Git and SVN.
  • Cloud Computing Expertise: Practical experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and demonstrated proficiency in deploying applications within cloud environments.

Summary:

Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Director of Product Security to provide leadership and execution for industry-leading Product and Cloud Security programs. This critical leadership role will be responsible for overseeing and maturing Delinea’s Product Security function and developing best-in-class capabilities to secure Delinea’s product offerings.

This is a challenging and impactful role with security responsibilities that span multiple product offerings. You will be directly responsible for delivering a comprehensive Product Security program that includes Cloud Security, vulnerability management and penetration testing.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and execute against a Product Security target operating model (people, process, and technology) that incorporates forward-leading agile and DevSecOps best practices.

The Team

You will be joining the Detection team. The Detection team is responsible for keeping fraud rates low – and clients happy – by continuously training and deploying machine learning models. We aim to make model deployments as easy and error-free as code deployments. Google’s Best Practices for ML Engineering is our bible.

Our models are trained to spot multiple types of fraud, using a variety of data sources and techniques in real time. The prediction pipelines are under strict SLAs; every prediction must be returned in under 300ms. When models are not performing as expected, it’s down to the Detection team to investigate why.

The Detection team is core to Ravelin’s success. They work closely with the Data Engineering Team who build infrastructure and the Intelligence & Investigations Team who liaise with clients.

 

The Role

We are looking for a Staff Data Scientist to act as a technical leader on behalf of the Detection team, working on solving our most complex challenges. You will use your deep expertise to guide the team in investigating ambiguous cases and ensuring the fundamental integrity of our modeling approaches.

We have to build robust models that are capable of updating their beliefs when they encounter new methods of fraud.     • experience in SoC security (from BootROM, boot-loader, TrustZone, TEE, Android security … etc.)

    Languages:

    • native or fluent Mandarin, both written and spoken
    • fluent English, both written and spoken

    Knowledge:

    Knowledge in the following areas will be an advantage:

    • TrustZone
    • Arm Trusted Firmware
    • Hypervisor
    • Secure boot
    • Crypto experience
    • how security relates to communication protocols and the principles necessary to provide end-to-end security

    Technical skills: 

    • good C language knowledge
    • embedded development and debug (including hardware debugger)
    • ARM technology
    • system-on-chip (SoC)
    • Android OS
    • Linux kernel and drivers
    • Cryptography
    • Secure policies and practices
    • Methodological testing skills

    Desirable skills:

    • a first experience in embedded software or in Linux driver development
    • good familiarity with version control and building tools (Git / Maven / Jenkins)
    • awareness of PKI and cryptography principles
    • extensive experience in designing secure systems
    • experience of Rust (server/cloud or device side) or Scripting (e.g. Python)
    • experience of chip vendors, e.g. MediaTek, Samsung, Qualcomm … etc.
    • insight into or experience of working with the Automotive industry


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related IT/engineering
