Clinical Marketing Director
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-05-12
Our CompanyGenomenon is an AI-driven genetic intelligence company on a mission to save and improve lives by making biomedical information actionable. Rare diseases and cancer affect more than 30 million people in the U.S. alone and hundreds of millions globally, yet most patients still face long diagnostic journeys and limited treatment options. Our goal is clear and ambitious: to deliver the information that shapes diagnosis and treatment for every rare disease and cancer patient. We sit at the intersection of AI, genomics, and real world evidence. Genomenon transforms the global scientific literature into a literature derived, real world evidence (RWE) engine for precision medicineâcombining large-scale AI with expert human curation to deliver clean, clinically actionable datasets. This approach fills critical gaps left by EHR and claims data, especially in rare disease and oncology, by showing how patients actually present, progress, and respond to therapy. We turn vast, complex biomedical dataâspanning genomics, clinical evidence, and scientific literatureâinto trusted intelligence that helps clinicians make better diagnostic and therapeutic decisions, and supports life sciences organizations in bringing better therapies to market faster. Our work has real, measurable impact. Genomenonâs platforms and services are used by more than 250 clinical laboratories and pharma organizations worldwide to support diagnostic interpretation, variant curation, and evidence-based decision-making across the drug development lifecycle. Each year, our technology helps inform care for tens of thousands of patients facing rare, complex, and time-sensitive conditionsâreducing uncertainty and delivering answers when they matter most. What makes Genomen

We are looking for a sharp, systems-minded professional who thrives on keeping a fast-moving agency engine running. You are the "source of truth" for our internal teams—someone who doesn’t just track tasks but owns the flow of work across Marketing, Seller Ops, and Creative. You are not an order-taker; you are an accountability partner who ensures nothing slips through the cracks, holding everyone from Analysts to Directors to their commitments.
If you are a systems thinker who "speaks" Amazon (ACoS, Buy Box, Brand Registry), masters ClickUp, and takes pride in running a tight, async operation, this is the role for you. We are a U.S.-based e-commerce consultancy where our Delivery Managers are the backbone of our execution. You are proactive, comfortable "managing up," and expert at turning complex discussions into clear, actionable SOPs and workflows.
We are selective about who joins our team, and our hiring process reflects that. We want people who follow through, pay attention, and take initiative—starting with how they apply.

Vinculum is a U.S.-based Amazon agency hiring an Amazon Delivery Manager to keep our Marketing, Seller Operations, and Creative teams executing on time and on standard. If you have or had hands-on experience in Amazon advertising or seller operations, then you’re a fit. If you love building systems that make teams run better, we’d love to have you apply for this role.A few things to know up front:
This is an internal project coordination role, not a client-facing one
This is not a hands-on-keyboard PPC or seller ops role.
You won’t be running campaigns or fixing listings yourself.
What you will do is coordinate the people who do, and that *requires* being conversational in core Amazon concepts so you can follow the work and keep it moving.Concepts you should be comfortable with, for example:
ACoS, TACoS, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands
A+ Content, Brand Registry, Brand Store
Buy Box, listing health, account health, Seller Central
What you’ll own:
ClickUp as the source of truth across all delivery teams
Internal meetings, agendas, and follow-through
Holding team members accountable to commitments, including senior staff
Converting Looms into structured SOPs
Driving cross-functional projects from scope to completion
