QUALIFICATIONS Required: 7+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong background as an HRBP, People Partner, or equivalent strategic role. Demonstrated experience in coaching business leaders, driving organizational design, and leading change management initiatives. Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and good judgment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Experience supporting technical or go-to-market teams in a high-growth SaaS environment. Advanced proficiency in leveraging HRIS data to build compelling, data-driven business cases. A passion for teamwork and contributing to the success and reputation of the broader People function.
