What You'll Do

Your core responsibilities will include ownership of the sales process:

Our Onboarding Process

We don't “train” you to sell, but we will set you up to succeed.

You'll go through our 3-step hiring process first.

  • First Interview: We assess mindset, energy, and alignment.
  • Second Interview: We test your approach, not your scripts. 
  • Once successful, you'll move onto the Incubator Period (30 Days): You'll receive everything you need to succeed. Your goal? Close one deal. That unlocks a paid 3-month contract, with the potential for long-term. 


Compensation Structure

This role is 100% commission-based. Designed for ambitious, self-motivated individuals who want uncapped earning potential. Commissions start at $250USD per close. This structure directly reflects your effort. The more you put in, the more you will earn.
