We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career. Product Lead, Predictive Platform
Are you a strategic thinker with a deep background in predictive modeling and a passion for leading teams? At 6sense, our differentiation is built on our ability to accurately predict intent and buyer behavior. We are looking for a Product Lead to own our Predictive Platform—the foundational engine that powers our entire intelligence layer and defines how the world's leading B2B brands identify their next customers.
This is a Player/Coach role. You will be the primary driver of our core predictive foundation and cross-model initiatives while simultaneously serving as the people manager and program leader for a specialized pod of Product Managers. You will oversee the roadmap for how we train, measure, and scale the models that power everything from Fit and Intent to Engagement and Triage.
Why 6sense?
AI That Builds Pipe, Not Hype: Our Revenue AI™ identifies accounts ready to buy, crafts the right message, and qualifies meetings automatically. We don’t just surface data—we deliver intelligence and action.
Crack the Dark Funnel™: Less than 3% of buyers engage early. We uncover hidden buying signals, decode the “breadcrumb trails,” and help revenue teams connect with buyers in ways they never could before.
Orchestrate the Full Journey: From dynamic audience creation to multi-channel engagement, we empower marketers to reach the right accounts, at the right time, with the right message—across advertising, email, web, and sales.
Arm Operations Teams: Integrate insights, centralize audience creation, and maximize impact by connecting 6sense with your tech stack. We’re the single canvas for your entire GTM strategy.
Your Impact
As Product Lead, Predictive Platform, you will:
Lead and Scale a Specialized Pod. Act as a formal people manager for a pod of Product Managers focused on specialized modeling and intelligence initiatives. You will be responsible for their growth, performance, and alignment with the broader intelligence strategy.
Own the Core Predictive Foundation. Personally drive the strategy for our core models. You will define the roadmap for how these models are consumed by downstream applications across the entire 6sense ecosystem.
Drive Cross-Model Initiatives. Establish the global standards and methodologies for ongoing model training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement to ensure our predictions remain the industry benchmark.
Maximize Model Leverage. Enforce a "build once, use everywhere" philosophy, ensuring that platform engines provide maximum value to all surface apps and specialized use cases.
Be a Strategic Partner to Leadership. Partner directly with the Head of Intelligence Product to align the predictive roadmap with company strategy, surfacing model risks early and identifying opportunities for portfolio tradeoffs.
Strategic Themes You'll Drive
Customer Trust and Reliability. Drive the strategy for building high-integrity intelligence that is trusted by enterprise leaders and adapts to a wide range of global business requirements.
Leveraged Engine Strategy. Move toward an operating model where core predictive engines are seamlessly consumed by all App teams, reducing duplication and accelerating time-to-market.
Data-to-Model Integrity. Ensure the connective tissue between our data foundation and our predictive layer is robust and high performing.
What You'll Bring
People Leadership. Proven experience building and leading product teams. You know how to coach PMs through complex roadmaps and create a culture of high accountability.
Predictive Product Mastery. Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning lifecycles, and data science collaboration from a product perspective. You have a track record of shipping complex ML-driven products at scale.
Operating Rigor. You build operating rhythms that turn messy data and model dependencies into clean execution. You focus on the methodologies that ensure long-term product performance.
B2B Mindset. Strong understanding of B2B data models and how predictive scoring drives GTM outcomes.
Experience. 8-10+ years in Product Management, with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science products, including 3-5+ years of formal people management experience.
Why You’ll Love This Role
Impact: Your work creates the Predictive Core for the entire company, ensuring our foundational modeling engines remain the most accurate and trusted in the B2B market.
Innovation: You will define the Predictive Lifecycle Strategy, building the architectural leverage that allows our modeling teams to move from discovery to platform-wide deployment with high velocity.
Growth: Join a rocket ship, learn every day, and accelerate your career in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Fun: We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Expect GIFs, puns, and the occasional ABM meme.

Anthropic: Community Engagement Manager, Data Centers (Texas)
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-03
Headquarters: Austin, TX | Remote-Friendly, United States
About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.About the role
Anthropic is building AI systems that will shape the trajectory of one of the most consequential technologies in human history. That work requires physical infrastructure at significant scale, and building that infrastructure the right way means being a real, long-term partner to the communities where we operate.
We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager in Texas to join our Public Policy team and serve as Anthropic's on-the-ground presence in the communities where our data centers are sited, built, and operated. This is not a communications role or a government affairs role, though you will do elements of both. It is a relationship role: your job is to make Anthropic a trusted, visible, and valued neighbor, from the earliest stages of site selection through construction and long-term operations.
You will be the connective tissue between Anthropic's Policy and Infrastructure teams and the local officials, community organizations, economic development partners, and residents who have a stake in what we build. You will surface concerns before they escalate, translate our technical and operational plans into clear local benefits, and build the coalitions that allow us to move quickly and responsibly. Because Anthropic's infrastructure footprint is still early in its growth, you will also help write the playbook: the processes you build in your first markets are the ones we will use as we expand.
You will travel regularly within your region, up to 50% of the time, and occasionally to other Anthropic data center markets.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted, sustained relationships with local elected officials, government agencies, economic development organizations, community groups, civic leaders, educational institutions, and workforce partners in the data center markets you cover
Develop and execute a community engagement strategy for each of your markets, spanning site selection, pre-development, construction, and ongoing operations
Build external coalitions, host education and listening sessions, and design local solutions that deliver real benefits to the communities where we operate
Represent Anthropic in public forums, town halls, planning hearings, community events, and local media
Monitor community sentiment and local political dynamics, and advise internal teams on risks, opportunities, and the right pace and posture for engagement
Partner with the Real Estate and Infrastructure team to bring community input into how projects are planned, communicated, and delivered, not just how they are announced
Work with the Communications team to develop proactive, locally relevant messaging
Coordinate charitable giving, community investment, and economic development commitments in your markets, including managing nonprofit partner relationships
Partner with the Energy and Sustainability team to explain our approach to environmental stewardship and respond to questions about power, water, and land use
Build a community engagement playbook and repeatable processes that scale as Anthropic's infrastructure footprint grows
Minimum qualifications
Experience in community affairs, public affairs, economic development, government relations, local or regional government, or a closely related field
Direct experience working for or engaging with local governments and a broad set of community stakeholders on behalf of large infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects, with a working understanding of how local politics and community dynamics actually play out
A skilled relationship and coalition builder who earns trust with a diverse group of stakeholders, and who maintains relationships through difficult conversations
The ability to represent a company credibly in public settings — town halls, hearings, press interviews
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn a complex operational plan into plain language that a local official or reporter can understand and respond to
The ability to work independently, get up to speed quickly on complex policy issues, and manage multiple concurrent engagements across different markets without losing track of any of them
Based in Texas or willing to relocate there, and prepared to travel regularly across the region
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in community engagement specifically on data center, utility, energy, or large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, or in local government
Familiarity with land use, zoning, and permitting processes at the local and regional level
Experience managing corporate social responsibility programs
Established relationships with economic development, workforce, or civic organizations in the markets this role covers
Experience working with real estate, legal, communications, and policy teams at the same time
A genuine interest in the communities where you work, not just the projects you are managing
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.Annual Salary:$265,000—$295,000 USDLogistics
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic: Capacity Deployment Lead - Data Center Operations
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-03
Headquarters: Remote-Friendly, United States
About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.About the role
As a Capacity Deployment Lead within Anthropic's Data Center Operations (DCO) organization, you will support and scale how we bring new compute capacity online across a growing fleet of partner-operated data centers. Deployment runs from construction kickoff to ready for service (RFS). You are engaged during planning and construction, and on-site and hands-on from EFA through infrastructure delivery and receiving, integration QA, power-on and network turn-up, burn-in and validation, and acceptance. You work with hardware vendors and operations partners for completion of each CU (capacity unit) with a structured handover into production operations and the maintenance program. The scope is compute: accelerator systems, racks, and the infrastructure around them - at the sites in service today and the ones coming online behind them.
This is a program and execution role. You will work with the Global Capacity Delivery Program Lead and the broader Data Center Operations organization, to extend its coverage across more sites and platforms as the fleet grows. Expect 50%+ travel: you get eyes on via boots-on-the-ground for each site in preparation for and during delivery, deployment, QA, and close-out, and your authority comes from being there. Working with vendors and partners, you set direction, priorities, and standards for execution, and you prove results with Anthropic-owned data rather than self-reported status. What you learn at one site - what worked, what slipped, what should become standard - becomes the playbook for the next wave. If you have delivered data center hardware at scale, are passionate about HPC data centers, & enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments, we welcome you to apply.
Responsibilities Include:
Own deployment outcomes for your assigned sites and data-hall waves: CUs and hall ready-for-service dates met, with exceptions closed out, or risk called early enough for leadership to act.
Engage from construction kickoff and confirm deployment readiness ahead of each wave - floor access, power, network, receiving paths, and partner staffing - working the gaps with the site operations partner and facilities counterparts before racks arrive.
Be on site at key points before and during delivery, deployment, QA, and close-out; verify the work with your own eyes rather than from a dashboard, and support the on-site teams with your direct expertise.
Work with partner's site leadership to ensure success through rack delivery and receiving, integration QA, power-on and network turn-up, and burn-in and validation, setting daily priorities and quality gates and confirming results against Anthropic-owned ticket and telemetry data.
Validate the handover gate for each CU and data hall: acceptance criteria met, burn-in complete, documentation delivered, spares positioned, ticketing live, and a structured handover into production operations and the maintenance program.
Turn best practices, optimization, and lessons learned from each deployment into program-wide improvements: procedures, checklists, acceptance standards, and metrics, so the next wave runs faster and cleaner than the last.
Extend the deployment program to new sites and platforms, adapting standards and acceptance criteria as the hardware changes.
Communicate deployment status, dependencies, constraints, and risk to engineering, capacity planning, the team that owns the overall site schedule, and leadership.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware deployment as a manager, technical lead or related role, including accountability for delivery milestones.
Can demonstrate a proven track record leading compute or network hardware deployments at a large scale across multiple sites or data-hall waves, from early floor access through ready for service.
Have managed vendors, OEMs, or contract workforces to measurable outcomes: milestones, quality gates, operational reviews, and corrective action.
Possess hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack-level hardware, enough to independently verify deployment quality and audit vendor claims.
Have built or substantially improved operational processes.
Are comfortable working with schedule, ticket, and telemetry data to drive decisions.
Can travel heavily and work on site for extended stretches, including during delivery surges and turn-up windows. 50% Travel expected.
Possess a bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience.
It’s a bonus if you have:
Experience with GPU/accelerator or high-density liquid-cooled infrastructure, including bring-up of liquid-cooled racks.
Experience standing up operations at a new site or data hall, from commissioning handoff through first deployment.
Experience deploying more than one accelerator platform, or introducing a new hardware platform into an existing deployment program.
Experience delivering deployment outcomes inside partner-operated or colocation sites where on-the-floor operations are staffed via third parties.
Familiarity with dense accelerator network cabling, optics, and high-speed interconnect at rack and pod scale.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.Annual Salary:$320,000—$405,000 USDLogistics

Clover Health: Chairman Programs Lead
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-03
Headquarters: Remote - USA
Own the white space. Operate with autonomy. Drive the programs that move the company.
We’re hiring a high-agency operator into the Office of the Chairman to drive Clover’s most important cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution and results.
This is a rare role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems design, and executional rigor. You’ll operate as a force-multiplier to the Chairman and executive team: orchestrating execution across organizational boundaries, defining innovative pilots, testing hypotheses, structuring problems that don’t yet have owners, and driving initiatives that directly shape Clover’s growth and operational leverage.
As a Chairman Programs Lead, you will:
Architect Strategic Programs: Translate high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear interfaces, owners, and timelines.
Drive Execution with Chairman-Standard Rigor: Own initiatives from kickoff through outcomes. Set the pace. Maintain altitude and detail without losing either.
Align Stakeholders Across Levels and Functions: Influence without authority. Drive accountability through clarity, not escalation.
Translate Ambiguity Into Action: When no playbook exists, build one. When priorities are unclear, force rank them. When coordination breaks down, rebuild the system.
Collaborate Across Boundaries: Manage projects that touch internal teams and external partners — vendors, regulators, and strategic collaborators. Align internal readiness to external dependencies.
Success in this role looks like:
First 90 days: Quickly grasp Clover's business model, establish key relationships, identify 2-3 high-priority initiatives, and implement a structured framework for tracking strategic projects.
First 6 months: Successfully drive multiple cross-functional initiatives to completion, develop systems improving operational efficiency, and establish yourself as a trusted Chairman advisor on strategic priorities.
First year: Create scalable coordination mechanisms that improve execution across teams, resolve strategic misalignments, and deliver measurable business impact on growth and operational leverage.
You should get in touch if:
You’ve had 3–10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), in BizOps at a tech company, or in a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff-type role.
You think in structured logic, write with precision, and speak in synthesized insights.
You’re not a deck-maker. You’re a system builder who wants to see the impact of your thinking play out in operations.
You’ve driven complex, multi-org initiatives to the finish line — not just advised on them.
You’re energized by ambiguity, allergic to bureaucracy, and motivated by direct proximity to decision-making and value creation.
You don’t need positional authority to lead. You earn trust and create alignment through clarity, quality, and velocity.
Benefits Overview:

6sense: Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-03
Headquarters: United States, Remote
Our Mission:
6sense's mission is to multiply what matters: growth, retention, and efficiency. We envision a future where companies, teams and people reach their full potential.
Our People:
People are the heart and soul of 6sense. We serve with passion and purpose. We live by our Being 6sense values of Win as One Team, Stay Curious, Do The Right Thing, Own the Outcome, and Create Belonging. Every 6sensor plays a part in defining the future of our industry-leading technology. 6sense is a place where difference-makers roll up their sleeves, take risks, act with integrity, and measure success by the value we create for our customers. We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career.
Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager – Foundation Pillar
Team: Product MarketingReports to: VP, Product Marketing
About the Role
6sense is the GTM Intelligence Platform, and Foundation is the layer the rest of it stands on — "platform, data, infrastructure: the backbone everything builds on." It owns account and people data, matching and identity, the APIs and MCP framework, security and connectors, signal publication, and the workflows that move data through the system. When buyers ask whether 6sense is accurate, extensible, secure, and composable, the answer lives here.
We're looking for a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for the Foundation pillar. This is the most technical seat on the PMM team. You'll translate deep capabilities — identity resolution, data coverage and accuracy, API extensibility, the MCP framework, security and compliance — into differentiated stories that win over the technical and economic buyers who scrutinize them: RevOps architects, IT and security teams, data leaders, and increasingly developers building agentic GTM stacks.
You'll also carry one of the most strategically important narratives in the company: that 6sense is a composable intelligence layer other systems and AI agents plug into — "AI to the data, not data to the AI" — rather than a closed destination. With the MCP framework moving to GA, this is a present-tense story, and you'll be the one who tells it credibly.
What You'll Own
Positioning and messaging for the Foundation pillar — platform, data, infrastructure, identity and matching, APIs and the MCP framework, security and connectors, signal publication, and workflows. You set the narrative and keep it coherent with the Intelligence and Activation pillars.
Technical proof. Turn capability into credibility: architecture explainers, technical briefs and whitepapers, benchmarks, and reference narratives that substantiate the "backbone everything builds on" claim — especially around data accuracy, coverage, and identity resolution.
The composable / MCP-agent story. Own the infrastructure-layer narrative — 6sense as the data and intelligence layer that agentic GTM stacks compose with. Lead GTM for the MCP framework and the developer / technical-buyer audience it opens up.
Differentiation for the data and identity layer. Make the case against point data providers and infrastructure alternatives — coverage, match rates, identity quality, enrichment, security posture — and arm the field to win on it.
Field and partner enablement for technical evaluations. Build the battlecards, objection handling, FAQs, and solution content that win RFPs, security reviews, and technical POCs. Partner with Sales Engineering to make the technical buyer's diligence a place 6sense wins.
Launches. Drive end-to-end GTM for Foundation releases: new data assets, API and MCP capabilities, security packages (SCIM, SSO role mapping, audit, custom roles), connectors, and workflow features.
Cross-functional partnership. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Foundation Product and Engineering leaders to shape roadmap-to-market, and with Customer Success to surface the post-sale and admin/security use cases that prove the platform's breadth.
Market and competitive intelligence for the data and platform layer, feeding insight back into roadmap and pricing/packaging conversations.
What You'll Bring
8+ years in product marketing, technical product management, or a closely related function, with substantial technical PMM experience for platform, data, infrastructure, API, or developer products.
A proven ability to translate technical concepts — APIs, data pipelines, identity resolution, integrations, security, and AI/agent architectures like MCP — into crisp positioning and business value, without losing the engineers in the room or the buyers outside it.
A track record owning messaging for technical products and enabling technical sales motions (Sales Engineering, RFPs, security reviews, POCs).
Hands-on, not hand-wavy. You'll personally call the APIs, stand up and configure the MCP server, connect it to an agent, and build the demo — and your messaging is sharper because you've done the thing, not just read the spec.
Strong writing — you can produce content that is technically rigorous and genuinely clear, from a one-line value prop to an architecture whitepaper.
Fluency with the B2B SaaS buyer, ideally in martech, RevTech, or data platforms, and comfort selling to technical and economic buyers (RevOps architects, IT, security, data teams, developers).
The judgment and presence to operate as a senior individual contributor: set strategy, lead cross-functionally without authority, and influence product and executive stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Hands-on familiarity with data enrichment and identity (waterfall enrichment, matching, intent data), MCP and agentic AI architectures, or composable/API-first platforms.
Experience marketing to developers or technical evaluators, including documentation-adjacent and developer-community work.
Background in or adjacent to GTM intelligence, ABM, sales intelligence, CDP, iPaaS, or identity platforms.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6–12 months, Foundation has a differentiated, defensible position that technical buyers recognize; the composable/MCP infrastructure story is landed with the field and the market as something that exists today, not a roadmap promise; the data and identity credibility story is substantiated with proof, not assertion; and the field has the enablement to win the technical evaluation every time it comes.
