Qualifications: •       3+ years in a full-stack marketing, marketing ops, or growth role, ideally with a DTC, e-commerce, or omnichannel lifestyle brand. •       Proven experience managing external paid media teams or agencies, with a focus on performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV. •       Multi-channel mindset—comfortable juggling DTC, retail, and B2B audiences with different goals and cadences.
