José Salado, han presentado esta mañana en rueda de prensa la nueva edición de la Feria de Empleo, Emprendimiento y Empresa, regresando en formato online tras su última celebración en 2019.Lorenzo Molina ha destacado que el Área que preside tiene entre sus objetivos el apoyo a la igualdad de oportunidades y derechos entre el mundo rural y el urbano, la puesta en marcha de iniciativas innovadoras y el fomento del emprendimiento. Para lograr esos objetivos se cuenta con la Oficina de Emprendimiento que dirige sus actuaciones al medio rural provincial, afectado por el reto demográfico. Destaca la organización de las Ferias de Empleo, Emprendimiento y Empresa como evento que apuesta por fortalecer la empleabilidad y el crecimiento empresarial de la provincia.Por su parte, J. José Salado ha explicado que desde que se celebró la primera feria en el año 2015 han asistido mas de seis mil ochocientas personas, tanto empleadas como desempleadas con distintos perfiles, se han presentado y creado más de 500 currículums vitae, más de 300 empresas de la provincia han participado realizando entrevistas y recogiendo CV, 670 ofertas de empleos presentadas y más de 2.500 entrevistas de trabajo realizadas.También indicó que este año, junto con la Diputación de Badajoz, tienen como reto organizar conjuntamente las ferias de empleo de manera virtual, una modalidad novedosa que persigue los objetivos de identificar empresas con necesidades de contratación y personas con la cualificación suficiente, impulsar, estimular y promover el emprendimiento y el empleo, atender los retos del mercado laboral real basados en la creatividad, el impacto social, la innovación y la tecnología, así como adquirir nuevas habilidades y competencias para el constante cambio, reforzando lazos de cooperación con entidades, instituciones y personas.Esta nueva edición constará de tres ferias virtuales segmentadas por áreas de interés para la provincia de Badajoz como son la AgroEconomía, 29 y 30 de junio, el Tecno Empleo, el 5 y 6 de octubre, y el Empleo Verde, el 26 y 27 de octubre.
