Bitwarden: Channel Marketing Manager (Partner Growth)

Company:
Location: Remote
Published: 2026-10-12

Headquarters: Remote US Bitwarden is the trusted identity security leader for millions of users worldwide, empowering enterprises, developers, and individuals to securely manage and share sensitive information anywhere. Bitwarden makes it easy for all users to extend robust security across their devices with password management, secrets management, and passwordless and passkey innovations. The company is headquartered in Santa Barbara, California with team members located across the globe. Learn more at bitwarden.com. We're hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to own partner marketing end-to-end — from partner onboarding and enablement to demand generation and events — across MSP, reseller, and VAR motions, prioritizing effort based on revenue potential and business urgency rather than spreading evenly across all three.  This is an all-remote team and we're looking for someone located in the U.S. (Preferred East Coast/Central for EMEA support)  RESPONSIBILITIES Grouped by sequencing, not just importance. This role is expected to partner with leadership to actively triage and prioritize as the programs and opportunities evolve. Own the MSP channel marketing motion end-to-end: partner onboarding content, lifecycle email programs, enablement webinar series, and support the annual event calendar (e.g., MSP Summit, IT Nation Connect). Develop the annual Channel Marketing Plan: event selection, budget, campaign strategy, and executive approval process, in partnership with the Marketing and Sales leadership. Serve as the marketing primary point of contact for Channel Sales (MSP, reseller, VAR) — running the biweekly Channel Marketing meeting, managing the event intake process, and building/evolving the deliverables (templates, briefs, self-serve assets) that empower Sales to execute quickly and independently. Own reporting on program performance: pipeline influenced, partner engagement, event ROI, and progress against the $5M combined reseller/MSP revenue target, presented to marketing and sales leadership. Extend proven partner playbooks — onboarding sequences, enablement content, partner toolkits, prioritizing by revenue contribution and need (starting with enabling active partners). Build and drive a proactive, always-on partner demand generation strategy to drive net-new target partner interest (e.g., partners in uncovered territories/regions) with a coherent plan tied to pipeline and ARR targets. Manage the channel marketing budget across sponsorships, campaigns, and partner enablement programs, and make prioritization trade-offs as new event and partner requests come in. Partner with Marketing Operations, Comms, and Product Marketing to keep partner-facing content, campaigns, and the partner portal current and aligned to brand and product roadmap. Wherever possible, focus on public facing web documents that are visible globally by individuals and AI agents. Assist with the administration of the Bitwarden partner portal and ensure content is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with go-to-market priorities WHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN 7+ years of B2B channel, partner, or field marketing experience — ideally including work with MSPs, resellers, or VARs in a SaaS or technology company. Proven ability to own a marketing program end-to-end: strategy, budget, execution, and reporting, without heavy hands-on direction. Experience planning and executing in-person or virtual partner events, from sponsorship negotiation through post-event lead follow-up. Experience building or running partner lifecycle email programs (onboarding, engagement, re-engagement) — comfort partnering with marketing ops/automation owners to execute them. A track record of turning a reactive, request-driven function into a proactive, planned one — you build the calendar instead of just reacting to what lands in your inbox. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — this role sits at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Channel Sales, and Marketing Operations, and will need trust from all three. Comfort with ambiguity and prioritization — you'll be handed more inbound requests (events, campaigns, partner asks) than one person can execute, and part of the job is deciding what not to do. Collaborative and adaptable mindset Openness and authenticity combined with excellent communication skills Excitement and enthusiasm for open source and for better internet security Excellent problem-solving skills – you might not know all the answers, but you know how to find and communicate the solution WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE INTERVIEW PROCESS Meeting with our Recruiting Manager Interview with the Head of Growth Marketing and Operations Interview(s) with Channel Sales stakeholders (e.g., Channel Sales Manager, Channel Sales AE) Interview(s) with Growth Marketing team members (e.g., Demand Generation, Product Marketing) Interview with the Chief Customer Officer Reference calls A FEW REASONS TO WORK WITH US Our user community loves us and we love them. Come to work each day with a sense of purpose as we bring a more secure internet experience to everyone from our friends and family to the world's largest organizations. Become an expert. You'll get immersed in the prominent technology markets of security and open source software. We are dedicated to building a diverse and talented team. Work remotely with motivated and supportive team members across the world. Learn and grow. Take on new challenges with the support of your team, and join our #growth-club to continue personal and professional development. Amwell: Sr. Counsel, Government & Commercial

Company:
Location: Remote
Published: 2026-10-12

Headquarters: US - Remote Company Description At Amwell, we’re transforming healthcare for all—powered by technology and inspired by people. Here, your ideas don’t just matter—they drive real change, improving lives on a global scale. We marry technology and innovation with clinical excellence to provide trusted solutions that solve the healthcare industry’s biggest pain points and are on a mission to enable greater access to more convenient, affordable, and effective care. We do this through our technology-enabled care platform that is designed to help our clients achieve their digital care ambitions – today and in the future. We offer programs spanning the full care continuum, including urgent, acute and specialty care, behavioral health, and services for the treatment of chronic conditions such as heart and cardiometabolic diseases. Programs are powered by Amwell as well as our growing partner network. For almost two decades, Amwell has proudly served some of the largest and most sophisticated healthcare organizations in the U.S. and worldwide. Our team is passionate about technology’s role in transforming care delivery and making it more equitable, accessible, efficient, cost-effective and navigable for all.Brief Overview    We're looking for a practical, business-minded attorney to join Amwell's Legal team as Senior Legal Counsel. The heart of this role is federal commercial contracting and compliance—you'll be our go-to person for prime contracts, subcontracts, flow-down requirements, and the program compliance obligations that come with doing business with the government. From that foundation, you'll also get plenty of variety: supporting clinical contracting and lending a hand on employment, privacy, regulatory, and litigation matters as they come up. If you enjoy being close to the business, like the mix of deep specialty work and broad generalist support, and get satisfaction from being the person teams turn to for a clear, sensible answer, you'll feel right at home here. You'll partner with colleagues across Sales, HR, Clinical, Finance, Operations, and Compliance. We care about your judgment, your curiosity, and your willingness to roll up your sleeves—so if you don't check every single box below, we'd still love to hear from you.   Core Responsibilities    • Lead federal government contracting. Legal subject matter expert for the commercial and compliance side of Amwell's federal government contracts—prime contracts, subcontracts, flow-down requirements, and program compliance obligations. This is the core of the role. • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements. Independently handle time-sensitive contracts with U.S. and international customers, partners, vendors, and healthcare providers—including SaaS, software licensing, clinical services, professional services, business associate, reseller, and data protection agreements. • Be a trusted advisor to the business. Help stakeholders think through contract structure, risk allocation, procurement requirements, healthcare regulatory considerations, privacy and data terms, and operational commitments—translating all of it into plain, actionable guidance. • Support RFI/RFP responses. Provide legal and compliance review on customer proposals, including government procurement materials, certifications, contractual exceptions, and risk review. • Help us stay compliant. Pitch in on regulatory and compliance work and special projects—especially where commercial, healthcare, privacy, and government program requirements intersect. • Support employment matters. Work alongside HR and the Head of Legal on employment and separation agreements, workplace policies, and the everyday employment questions that come up at a growing company. • Lend a hand on disputes and litigation. Help manage litigation holds, gather relevant information, coordinate with internal teams, outside parties, and outside counsel, support discovery and subpoenas, and weigh in on legal risk and settlement strategy. • Collaborate across the company. Partner with cross-functional teams to land approvals on non-standard terms, take part in deal desk review, and make sure our commitments are accurately captured and realistic to deliver. • Make us better as you go. Contribute to our contract templates, playbooks, processes, compliance controls, and self-service tools so the whole team works smarter over time. • Get to know our world. Build a solid understanding of Amwell's healthcare technology platform, product roadmap, and provider services model so your advice is grounded in how the business actually works.   Qualifications   • A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active, good-standing membership in at least one U.S. state bar. • Fifteen more years of relevant legal experience, including meaningful commercial contracting work. In-house experience at a technology, healthcare, digital health, or SaaS company is a plus. • Strong experience with federal, state, or local government contracting—procurement requirements, flow-down clauses, subcontracting, compliance obligations, public-sector RFPs, and regulated program support. This is central to the role, so it's a strong preference. • Experience drafting and negotiating a range of agreements (technology, SaaS, software licensing, healthcare provider services, business associate, data protection, and professional services). • Sound, practical judgment: the ability to spot what really matters, explain it clearly to non-lawyers, and offer a sensible path forward. • Comfort with ambiguity—you can assess legal and operational risk, make a recommendation, and keep things moving without perfect information. • Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail, with a knack for tracking complex contract, compliance, and stakeholder requirements. • Clear, friendly written and verbal communication. • A collaborative spirit—you genuinely enjoy working across teams and meeting people where they are. Nice to have • A T1 public trust clearance (or eligibility for one). • Familiarity with healthcare technology, digital health, telehealth, health plans, providers, privacy, or data security.   Do Well. Live Well. At Amwell.  Driven by our mission and values, we foster a workplace where Delivering Awesome, being Customer First and operating as One Team aren’t just aspirations – they are how we work, every day.   Our people are our greatest asset. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission, and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation. Further, the above range is subject to change based on market demands and operational needs and does not constitute a promise of a particular wage or a guarantee of employment. Your recruiter can share more during the hiring process about the specific salary range based on the above factors listed. Fraud Prevention Notice As part of Amwell's commitment to maintaining a secure and trusted hiring process, Amwell uses fraud detection capabilities within its hiring platform to help identify potentially suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity during the recruitment process. These tools are designed to help protect candidates, Amwell, and the integrity of the hiring process by identifying indicators that may be associated with impersonation, account misuse, or other forms of recruiting fraud. Information generated through fraud detection is reviewed by authorized personnel and is not used as the sole basis for hiring decisions. Personal information collected or processed in connection with fraud detection will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Amwell's Applicant Privacy Notice.
