We’re seeking a WordPress Support Engineer who wants to make the world a better place through thoughtful troubleshooting, clear communication, and excellent technical support.
This isn’t just about closing tickets – it’s about building relationships, understanding problems, and showing our clients that we’ve got their back.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into problems, figuring out why things broke, and helping clients feel confident that their website is in good hands.
Why work at Yoko Co?
Do good, better: We exclusively serve clients who make a positive impact on the world. This is your chance to build things that help create a better place for all of us.
4-day work week and lots of holidays. Mondays are flex days, meaning you’re free to take them off if you’re caught up on your work. Plus, we’re closed for nearly a full week at Thanksgiving (November), and two weeks at the end of the year, plus a bunch of other days, too.
High performance, no jerks. You’ll collaborate with good people who believe in doing great work.
Best Place to Work (and that’s not just our opinion). We’ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Inc. 5000 and Washington Business Journal.
We value team members who are motivated by our mission and driven to make a positive impact. If you have a passion for excellence, a growth mindset, and a commitment to collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
As part of our technical support team, you’ll troubleshoot client requests, implement fixes, and help ensure our clients’ websites continue running smoothly long after launch. The best candidates tend to be naturally curious problem-solvers who enjoy figuring out how systems work and helping people along the way.
As such, you’ll:
Provide hands-on technical support for client websites, troubleshooting requests and helping ensure sites run smoothly long after launch
Diagnose technical issues, implement fixes, and coordinate with teammates when deeper investigation is needed
Communicate clearly with clients throughout the support process, helping them understand issues and feel confident in the solutions provided
Respond to incoming support requests with clear, friendly, and thoughtful communication
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of WordPress issues, including plugin conflicts, functionality bugs, layout problems, integrations, and unexpected site behavior
Read, debug, and occasionally modify HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP within WordPress to diagnose problems and implement fixes
Apply WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates while ensuring compatibility and site stability
Monitor website health, performance, and security, proactively identifying potential risks or issues
Investigate and resolve issues related to hosting environments, DNS configuration, email delivery, analytics tracking, and third-party integrations
Conduct QA testing to confirm that updates and fixes function properly across browsers and devices
Provide CMS guidance or quick tutorials to help clients manage their websites effectively
Document support work clearly in the ticketing system to maintain visibility and accurate billing
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and strategists when requests require deeper technical investigation
Help maintain an organized support workflow so requests move forward smoothly
Contribute to improving internal support processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing
What we’re looking for:
We’re less concerned with rigid checklists and more interested in capable, thoughtful problem solvers who communicate well and enjoy helping people.
Strong candidates typically have:
3–5+ years of experience working with WordPress in a technical capacity
Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and site configuration
Comfort reading and modifying HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP within WordPress
Experience debugging issues such as plugin conflicts, integrations, or unexpected site behavior
Familiarity with WordPress hosting environments, migrations, and DNS basics
Experience working within a support workflow or ticketing system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English for written and spoken communication
Bonus points for:
Experience with Git workflows
Experience supporting websites in a multi-client or agency environment
Examples of support work:
To give you a better idea of the types of things you might encounter, here are a few examples of issues recently handled by our support team:
Help a client understand why protected content isn’t accessible to the correct users
Investigate the connection between WordPress and SendGrid to figure out why transactional emails aren’t being delivered
Give a client tips on how to better optimize and format banner images they upload to their website
Diagnose why Google Analytics tracking code appears to be capturing only a fraction of site visitors
Migrate an outdated WordPress site from another hosting provider to our servers, update plugins, and help the client adjust DNS records
Troubleshoot an SSO login issue that keeps kicking users out of the dashboard
Triage a malware notification, clean malicious code, and harden the WordPress installation
Send a short screencast showing a client how to create columns in their page builder
Fix a layout bug caused by a plugin update that unexpectedly broke styling on a landing page
However, maybe don’t apply if:
Client communication isn’t something you enjoy
You prefer highly predictable work instead of solving a variety of technical problems
You find it frustrating when the solution to a problem isn’t immediately obvious
Support work often requires patience, curiosity, and a willingness to dig into problems until the root cause becomes clear.
What you get:
You’ll get a flexible schedule, unlimited time off, a competitive salary, a profit share bonus (starting in your second year), the ability to work wherever you want, a personal development budget, and all US federal holidays and multiple weeks off at the end of the year to recharge. We’ll also offset your entire carbon footprint. If you’re in the US, we also offer health insurance, disability and life insurance, and 401(k) matching.
More about us:
We’re a group of people who are passionate about the work we do, the clients we serve, and improving our craft. We also care about each other — we don’t think of one another as coworkers or employees, but as fellow humans. From developers to designers, project managers to strategists, we bring out the best in each other.

Level: Senior Frontend Engineer

Published
Job description
Headquarters: Asheville, NC
URL: https://level.io
Level is a modern RMM platform built around real-time data, automation, and an uncompromising focus on UX. We're profitable, growing, and shipping fast with a small team. Our platform manages devices across thousands of organizations. We're hiring because there's more to build than one frontend developer can handle. You'll be the second UI developer on the product. The surface area is large, the problems are complex, and the pace is fast. You'll work on peer-to-peer remote control, a powerful automation engine, and an AI-powered virtual technician we're bringing to market this year. We need someone who can carry that weight, not someone looking for a place to settle in.What you'll work onLevel isn't a CRUD app.
Scale — Our platform manages a distributed network of user devices. You'll build interfaces that surface real-time data across that network reliably and fast.
Real-time remote control — WebRTC peer-to-peer connections that let users manage devices with low latency across unpredictable networks.
Automation — A visual engine that lets IT teams build complex, multi-step workflows. The kind of UI that's easy to use and hard to build.
AI virtual technician — A new feature we're building this year. You'll help shape and ship the interface from the ground up.
Everything else — This is a small company. You'll touch dashboards, data visualization, forms, real-time updates, and things we haven't thought of yet.
Who you are
You have deep, senior-level JavaScript and frontend experience.
You use AI tools extensively — Codex, Claude, or whatever works — and you've spent real time figuring out how to get the most out of them. You also know when the output is wrong and can fix it. AI makes experienced developers faster. It doesn't replace the experience.
You're a builder. You want to shape the product, not just execute a list of tasks someone else defined.
You don't need to be managed. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
You've worked with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and GraphQL. If you haven't used all of them, you're the kind of person who picks things up fast because you understand the fundamentals.
Why you might want this job
The problems are genuinely hard — real-time systems, peer-to-peer connections, complex UIs on top of a large, distributed device network.
You'll have enormous ownership. There are no layers between you and the product.
We're profitable and growing. This isn't a company burning through runway hoping for a miracle.
Small team, no bureaucracy. When you ship something, it's in front of customers immediately.
Why you might not
We're a small team. There's no one to hand things off to and no one to share the load with when it's heavy.
We move fast and expect you to keep up. If you're used to spending months on a single feature, this will feel different.
You'll own the entire frontend surface area alongside one other developer. If you want to specialize in one corner, this isn't the role.
You'll context-switch. A lot. You might fix a gnarly WebRTC bug in the morning and build a new dashboard view in the afternoon.
We rely heavily on async communication. You need to write clearly and work effectively without waiting to be told what's next.
Details
Compensation: $180,000 USD
Location: Fully remote. Level is based in the US. International candidates are welcome — we require at least 5 hours of overlap with US Eastern time (9am–5pm ET).
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (US employees). Hardware, software, and books — whatever you need to do your job.

If you're ready to start your journey as a remote worker, this could be your opportunity! Leave that commute and call center cubicle behind!
You’ll handle calls, texts, and DMs from prospects, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth client experience. Ideal candidates thrive in a high-volume, process-oriented, growth environment and enjoy connecting with clients. This is a script-driven role. During the call, you will follow the script word‑for‑word. If you dislike running proven scripts and prefer to “freestyle” or “make it your own,” this will not be a fit.
Brief Background
Our environment is built for ambitious appointment setters who want more:
More structure. More mastery. More confidence. More skill. More earning potential.
Less chaos. Not less accountability.
This is a high-accountability, KPI-driven environment:
You’ll be on the phone and text most of your day.
You’ll be measured on dials, contacts, bookings, and show rate.
We rank performance and coach from real numbers, not feelings.
If you:
Want total schedule flexibility or “work when you feel like it”
Dislike scripts or prefer to change them based on comfort
Are looking for a big guaranteed salary with low performance pressure
This will not be the right role.
General Overview
Daily Duties
Run a word‑for‑word call script for the entire call, from greeting to booking, on every conversation. The only time you go off script is to answer a client’s specific question (e.g. directions, timing) or collect unique information. Any changes to wording are tested and approved by the Salon Director first.
Responding to inbound SMS, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs that are escalated to a human when AI cannot handle it
Creating follow up tasks in the CRM
Booking appointments, rescheduling, and cancelling
Calling no-shows to get them back on the calendar
Communicating with hair stylists regarding client requests and scheduling needs
EOD Reporting
Weekly Duties
Weekly review meeting
Review KPI targets, own your numbers, and bring data‑backed ideas to improve them (no freelancing on scripts or processes; changes go through a structured process).
Schedule: This is a full-time role, we want someone who will become an integral part of the team and is looking for an opportunity to eagerly learn and earn great commissions proportional to the value they provide to the team. This is your primary role, not a side gig. We expect a minimum 12‑month commitment
This is a full time role (40 hours per week) that must meet with the following schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM PST
1 hour of break (30 min lunch, + 2 -15 min. or 1 -30 min. break)
This schedule is fixed. If you need flexible or rotating hours, or plan to hold another job during these times, this role will not be a fit.
Requirements
Language: Near native English
Sales Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience, with the ability to perform discovery, build rapport, and handle objections.
Communication: Confident, articulate, and friendly on the phone; extroverted personality.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Able to read tones, detect hesitation, and proactively address it.
Process-Oriented: Detail and process-oriented, capable of following instructions and SOPs.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve edge case scenarios independently and overcome objections
CRM Literacy: Experience using a CRM and keeping leads organized. Experience using GoHighLevel is a big plus.
Internet: Fast and reliable internet and back up in case of outages. 25-50 Mbps minimum speed
Computer: 8 GB computer RAM minimum required, 16+ preferred. Must have a wired headset and mouse. Second monitor preferred
Preferred Qualifications
1 year+ sales experience.
Salon/beauty service industry familiarity (or any B2C appointment-based service business experience).
Personal interest in beauty/self-care industry.
Experience dealing with female clientele
AI literacy, specifically with AI agents or AI-powered tools for business/sales applications
Benefits
100% Remote – work from anywhere.
Opportunity to work closely with a growing company
Collaborative and creative work environment
Competitive salary: Base salary range is $900 per month plus attractive commission structure based on successful appointments completed, and performance bonuses.
What it takes to be successful:
Calls/Day: Finish all assigned tasks each day.
High call volume is normal and non‑negotiable in this role. If 150–250 calls per day sounds overwhelming instead of energizing, this will not be a fit.
We’re looking to supply 25-35 leads per day, possible more depending on how much you can handle.
Calls include new leads, follow-ups, no-shows, reactivations, rebooking confirmations, and overdue tasks from prior days.
Lead to Booking Rate: 25%+
Show Rate: 75%+
Bookings/Day: 7-10+
Showed Appointments/Month: 130+

What you’ll do
Own the product design function - take responsibility for the UI and UX direction of TimeZest

A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design skills and thoughtful UX solutions
Deep expertise with Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and design tokens

Preql AI: Product Design
Company

Job description
Headquarters: NYC
URL: http://preql.ai
About Preql
Preql is building the AI-powered financial data platform for the modern enterprise. We're developing agentic AI workflows that help finance teams clean, transform, and structure their data without writing code. Think "Lovable.com for data pipelines" - just as website builders help users refine ideas into working apps, Preql helps users refine messy, fragmented financial data into production-ready workflows using natural language.
Our customers include media companies, media networks, retailers, and manufacturers who need reliable metrics and automated reporting. The company is backed by tier 1 venture firms and previous data company founders.
The Role
We're seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience of our AI-powered platform. Working with the lead Product Manager and technical leadership, you'll make complex data transformation feel intuitive and trustworthy for finance teams.
What You'll Design:
Conversational interfaces that make AI-powered data transformation feel as simple as chatting with a colleague while building sophisticated workflows behind the scenes
Interactive workflows where users refine data cleaning through natural language feedback and see results in real time
Dashboards and visualizations that surface transformation logic in terms finance teams understand and auditors trust
Design systems and component libraries that scale across web applications and integrations
Onboarding and education patterns that help non-technical users confidently adopt AI-powered tools
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end product design from discovery through high-fidelity prototypes and production handoff
Conduct user research with finance teams to understand workflows, pain points, and mental models
Translate complex data operations into clear, approachable interfaces
Develop and maintain a coherent design system that balances speed with consistency
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design intent survives implementation
Participate in customer demos to observe user reactions and gather feedback firsthand
Iterate rapidly based on product specifications and real-world usage patterns
Requirements
4+ years of product design experience shipping web applications
Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflows simplified into intuitive interfaces
Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred)
Experience with interaction design, not just visual design—you think in flows and states
Ability to produce everything from rough wireframes to polished, production-ready specs
Strong Advantages
Nice-to-haves, but not strict requirements.
Data/Analytics Product Experience: Previous work on dashboards, data tools, BI platforms, or analytics products
AI/LLM Product Design: Experience designing for AI-powered features, conversational interfaces, or products with non-deterministic outputs
Enterprise Software: Understanding of enterprise UX patterns—audit trails, permissions, bulk operations, admin workflows
Financial Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with finance team workflows, accounting concepts, or fintech products
Front-End Familiarity: Ability to read code, prototype in HTML/CSS, or work directly in design-to-code tools
Founding Team Experience: Previous experience at early-stage startups where you wore multiple hats
What Makes This Role Special
You'll define the experience layer for a product that sits at the intersection of AI capabilities and critical business workflows. Finance teams are skeptical of AI for good reason—your work determines whether they trust it.
Impact: Your designs directly shape whether enterprise finance teams adopt AI for their most important data
Ownership: Small team means you own design end-to-end, not just one piece of a larger system
Learning: Hands-on experience designing for agentic AI—a problem space with few established patterns
Team & Culture
Small, focused team where your contributions have immediate impact. Direct exposure to customer feedback, rapid iteration cycles, and well-funded runway to build something significant.
Next Steps
Ready to design the experience for the future of data transformation? Send us a 50-word note introducing yourself and why this role interests you. Include a portfolio link with examples of your work—especially anything involving data tools, complex workflows, or AI-powered products.

We’re hiring an AI Growth Strategist to own the most critical phase of the customer lifecycle: turning new customers into confident, long-term partners who see real growth and choose to expand with us.
This role is customer-facing, outcome-driven, and consultative. You are accountable for onboarding customers, leading early strategy and execution, and converting successful pilots or initial engagements into full-time contracts.
You are not just managing delivery — you are owning momentum.
You’ll work hands-on with customers to define growth strategies rooted in SEO, content, and AI visibility, translate those strategies into execution with our editors and specialists, and ensure customers clearly understand what’s working, why it’s working, and what to do next.
What You’ll Do
Own customer onboarding through early delivery and conversion to long-term contracts.
Lead customer strategy across SEO, content, and AI visibility with a clear focus on outcomes.
Run weekly or bi-weekly customer meetings and manage all day-to-day communication.
Translate performance metrics (traffic, rankings, AI visibility, conversions) into clear business impact.

Execution & Ownership: Deliver against roadmap commitments with a focus on quality, maintainability, and iteration — especially on user-facing surfaces.
Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and the Director of Engineering to align technical work with customer and business needs. Work alongside designers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of user experiences.
Knowledge Sharing: Document, mentor, and contribute to a culture of learning and openness.
