Legion: Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI

Company:
Location: Remote
Published: 2026-10-17

Headquarters: Remote, United States Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI REMOTE, United States JOB OVERVIEW Legion is building AI agents that carry out workforce management work, not agents that describe it. Much of what is presented as AI in workforce management today is a conversational layer over an existing scheduling screen. The more substantial problem — software that reasons over demand, labor regulation, and employee preferences, then acts, with a person in the loop wherever the stakes require one — remains unsolved across the category. Legion intends to solve it, and this role leads the product work to get there. You will take an agent surface from operational research through specification, prototype, evaluation, and enterprise deployment, working hands-on throughout. You will work closely with Legion's AI Lab engineers and with our CEO, who is engaged in this work daily.   RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Agent definition. Determine what an agent is responsible for, which tools it may call, what it must escalate, what it must never do, and what a manager sees when it acts. These decisions affect employee pay and legal compliance. Much of this work is pre-launch, so you will shape the direction rather than inherit it.  Problem selection. The hardest judgment in agentic product work is identifying which workflows suit an agent and which do not. You will spend substantial time inside customer operations — district managers, store managers, labor operations, frontline employees — and return with a ranked, defensible view of where an agent creates measurable value and where it does not. The human-in-the-loop contract. Scheduling decisions affect income, childcare arrangements, and legal protections. For each agent action you will define where autonomy is appropriate, the escalation thresholds, how a manager overrides the system, what is logged, and how a compliance team audits the outcome. Legion treats this as a first-class design problem. Build quality. You are accountable for what ships, not for what was specified. That means staying engaged through implementation: reviewing the build against the specification as it comes together, using the product yourself before anyone else is asked to, joining bug triage and design review, catching drift from intent while it is still cheap to correct, and holding a release when the quality is not there. Our customers experience the build, not the document. A well-written specification that produced a product managers do not trust is failed product work, and we assess it that way. Evaluation. Build and maintain the evaluation sets that determine whether an agent is ready to ship and whether it is degrading in production — writing the cases, reviewing failure traces, setting the pass criteria. You will be the person who holds a release when the demonstration is persuasive and the evaluation is not. Specifications. Legion uses Functional Requirements Documents as its ground-truth specification layer; release notes, enablement material, and sales content are generated from maintained specifications rather than reconstructed from code or institutional memory. Write FRDs that meet that standard and keep them accurate after release. A specification is where the work begins, not where your responsibility ends. Commercialization. Partner with go-to-market on packaging, metering, pricing inputs, and field readiness. Agentic products raise difficult commercial questions — what unit to meter, what a customer is paying for when software performs work a person previously did — and you will be expected to hold a considered position on them. Design-partner delivery. Lead agent deployments with large enterprise design partners: scoping the pilot, establishing success criteria before it begins, joining failure reviews, and determining what becomes generally available and what remains bespoke. TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS Legion is looking for a product manager who builds, rather than one who directs others who build. In a typical week, this role involves: Writing and iterating on prompts and system prompts directly, and explaining why a change improved a behavior Standing up a working prototype of a proposed agent — tool definitions, structured outputs, retries, guardrails — before engineering is asked to build anything Using agentic coding tools (Claude Code or equivalent) daily: prototyping, data analysis, specification work, and reading the codebase behind your specifications Reviewing an execution trace and diagnosing whether a failure originates in a tool description, a retrieval gap, a context-window constraint, an under-specified output schema, or a genuine model limitation Building and running evaluation sets, and interpreting the results without a data scientist to translate them Holding an informed position on retrieval design, tool-use patterns, structured output, model routing, latency and cost trade-offs, and multi-tenant safety in enterprise SaaS Opening pull requests against our codebase — a prototype, a prompt change, an evaluation fixture, a specification stub. Pushing code is permitted and actively encouraged for product managers who want to work that way. It is not a requirement of the role, and the same review standards apply to everyone. Following model releases, agent frameworks, and protocol changes, and translating them into roadmap implications within days rather than quarters We recognize that this is a demanding technical bar for a product role. It reflects what the work actually requires. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years in product management (Senior) or 10+ years (Principal), including at least 2 years shipping LLM-backed features to external, paying users — not internal tools, proofs of concept, or hackathon projects Demonstrated hands-on capability of the kind described above. Expect to show your work. Substantial enterprise B2B SaaS experience: multi-tenant architecture, role-based access control, audit trails, single sign-on, data residency, security review, and enterprise procurement. You should be able to anticipate what a customer's security questionnaire will ask about an LLM feature. A record of taking an ambiguous, operationally complex domain problem through to a shipped product with demonstrated adoption — not only launch Evidence of staying with a product through implementation and owning its quality at release. We will ask about a release you delayed or stopped, what you found, and how you found it. The judgment to recognize what current models cannot do reliably, and the willingness to say so when a room expects a different answer Comfort working inside a codebase. An engineering background is not required, but you should be able to read the code behind what you are specifying, run it locally, and open a pull request. Strong written communication. Legion runs on documents, and candidates are evaluated substantially on how they write. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES Direct experience in workforce management, HCM, ERP, supply chain, or another operationally complex enterprise domain with compliance exposure Familiarity with labor compliance regimes — predictive scheduling ordinances, meal and rest break rules, union work rules — or demonstrated ability to become fluent in a comparable regulatory domain quickly Background in demand forecasting, optimization, or decision systems Experience building platform or authoring surfaces that customers configure themselves An engineering or technical degree, or prior experience as an engineer or data scientist Experience with products sold into frontline-heavy industries: retail, hospitality, healthcare, or manufacturing SCOPE OF ROLE, STATED PLAINLY So that candidates can assess fit early: This is an individual contributor role. There is no team to inherit and no management responsibility at present. The role is accountable for what ships, not for what is specified. Writing the specification is a portion of the work, not the whole of it. This is not an AI strategy or vendor-evaluation role. The work is product definition, prototyping, specification, evaluation, and delivery. The role requires forming an independent point of view from operational research. Direction will not be handed down in detail. The environment carries genuine ambiguity. The category is being defined as we work in it, and model capabilities shift underneath the roadmap. SELECTION PROCESS  Our process includes a practical exercise: a sanitized workforce management problem, for which candidates produce an agent design — scope, tools, failure modes, human-in-the-loop contract, and evaluation plan — together with a working prototype they built themselves, using any model provider they prefer. The exercise is then discussed with the people the candidate would work alongside. We weigh it heavily, and we compensate candidates for the time.   COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary Range: $280,000-$300,000 +bonus (tied to business outcomes) +Stock Equity At Legion, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to all employees. Join us in making hourly work rewarding and fulfilling. BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY  There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion’s mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion’s Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today’s hourly employees.  Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals from all backgrounds and experiences, globally distributed across all time zones. Abnormal: Area Vice President, West/South Central

Company:
Location: Remote
Published: 2026-10-17

Headquarters: Remote - USA About the Role Cybercrime doesn't wait for anyone to catch up to it, and neither do we. As a second-line sales leader reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales, you'll own the sales teams across your defined area, overseeing multiple frontline Sales Leaders and their teams, with a mandate to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota for the region, not just meet it. You'll be leading through one of the more exciting stretches in the company's history: we're growing 40%+ year over year, protecting more than 4,500 customers including over 25% of the Fortune 500, and expanding fast from email into identity, AI security, and insider threat. That means your teams have more surface area to sell, more room to build, and more impact to make than they would leading an area at a mature market leader. What You Will Do Work with your leaders and their teams to run the full deal cycle on named enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations): first conversation, contract signature, and the upsell conversations that follow once they're a customer. Recruit and hire a world-class team of enterprise sellers and leaders, on time and on budget, meeting the area's projected productive capacity and building a bench of future candidate relationships so you're never caught flat-footed by team changes. Set clear productivity metrics and growth milestones for your leaders and sellers, and enable them to consistently hit them. Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation, activating every resource available: field sales, marketing, channel partners, and sales development, to accelerate new business. Build the sales execution strategy for your area and drive the execution and collaborative team selling that brings it to life. Lead a data-driven business that develops each Leader and Account Executive in the areas that matter most for their skillset and their NARR results. Partner closely with Sales Engineering Leadership to deliver outstanding product demonstrations and a repeatable proof-of-concept program, especially as our platform expands beyond email into identity, AI security, and insider threat. Maintain and deepen relationships with key customers around value realization and retention: high renewal rates, fast upsell expansion, and strong referrals. Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue to executive leadership through disciplined deal inspection and a consistent forecast methodology. Grow strategic relationships with existing channel partners while developing new ones. Run Quarterly Business Reviews that give a clear read on sales productivity, plan execution, and progress against strategic objectives. Be the customer's advocate inside Abnormal, working with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to get the right things prioritized so more revenue closes. Identify, cultivate, and close new business at the executive level (CISO/CIO/CTO) in enterprise accounts across your designated territory. Must Haves 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a demonstrated track record of exceeding quota selling security, networking, and/or software solutions. 5+ years leading a sales team focused on new business and new logo growth, including 2+ years of second-line leadership experience managing frontline sales managers, not individual contributors directly. Proven ability to lead and develop other leaders: coaching managers on pipeline discipline, performance management, and their own team-building, with a track record of promoting from within. Experience owning strategic planning and execution across a multi-team or multi-region area, including territory design, headcount and capacity planning, and resource allocation to hit an area-level revenue target. A genuine hunter mentality: direct experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer acquisition, and sourcing new pipeline. A track record to back it up: consistent, sustained over-achievement, not a single good year. Success closing complex Enterprise sales with multiple buying influences, ideally in new or emerging solution categories. Experience managing and closing deals of $200K+, along with high-value transactions above $1M+. A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers at the executive level. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value. Fluency in consultative, value-based sales methodologies (Force Management, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC, etc.). Comfort operating in a fast-paced, still-scaling environment where the playbook is being written as you go.   #LI-ML2Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.Base salary range:$233,750—$275,000 USDA note on AI in our process: Abnormal AI uses AI-assisted tools to help our recruiting team prepare for candidate interviews. These tools analyze resume content and role requirements to suggest interview questions and areas for the interviewer to explore. They do not make hiring decisions or screen candidates automatically. Every decision about a candidacy is made by a person. Further, if your application is successful and Abnormal AI makes a conditional offer of employment, we will carry out pre-employment checks which must be successfully completed to progress to a final offer. All processes and pre-employment checks are in line with prevailing legislation and Abnormal AI's policies relevant to our security and privacy standards. Celonis: Client Director - Financial Services

Company:
Location: Remote
Published: 2026-10-17

Headquarters: Remote, US, New York Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. The Team The Client Director is a senior member of our sales organization, responsible for the long-arc commercial trajectory of Celonis’s most strategically important accounts. You sit at the intersection of enterprise sales leadership and platform strategy—owning a focused portfolio of one to few large accounts generating significant ARR, and working in close partnership with Value Engineers, Client Value Partners (CVP), and Professional Services to grow, protect, and compound that revenue over multi-year horizons. The Role As the Client Director of our Financial Services accounts, your primary objective is to develop, maintain, and expand resilient sponsorship and sticky business critical use cases across the client’s business. You are accountable for moving accounts from solving individual pain points to an Enterprise AI platform of record—embedding the Celonis platform as a strategic pillar within the client’s operations. You are the client’s most senior commercial partner, engaging at the C-suite level on business strategy, platform investment, and multi-year transformation. Where a CVP is deployed, you own the commercial relationship and expansion strategy; they own value realization and adoption. The work you’ll do Own the commercial relationship: Serve as the primary executive point of contact across the C-suite—CEO, CFO, CSCO, COO, CIO—building relationships that transcend any individual deal cycle and anchor Celonis to the customer’s long-term strategic agenda. Drive ARR and NRR growth: Develop and execute a structured expansion roadmap—identifying new business units, geographies, use cases, and platform capabilities that compound ARR over time. Lead commercial negotiations for expansions, renewals, and multi-year enterprise agreements in partnership with Deal Desk and Legal. Translate adoption into commercial momentum: Partner with the CVP and Value Engineering teams to convert adoption milestones and realized value into renewal confidence and expansion urgency. Own executive business reviews that are forward-looking and commercially anchored. Embed Celonis as a strategic platform: Position Celonis within the customer's AI strategy—connecting Process Intelligence to their LLM, automation, and agentic AI investments so the platform becomes a foundational data and orchestration layer, not a point solution. Protect through transformation: Proactively identify and mitigate commercial risk: sponsor departures, competitive displacement, implementation fatigue, and budget consolidation. Ensure multi-threaded executive relationships and a documented value story that survives the leadership transitions common in large enterprise accounts. Scale the practice: Codify account strategies, expansion motions, and transformation navigation approaches into reusable assets for the broader Strategic Accounts practice. Maintain disciplined account plan, pipeline strategy and coverage to any growth targets, and forecast accuracy across a small, complex account set. The qualifications you need 12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management, with at least 5 years managing accounts with $5M+ ARR. Deep industry expertise in Financial Services— with the credibility to engage customers on industry-specific challenges, benchmarks, and transformation priorities, not just platform capabilities. Preferred direct experience with large financial institutions leading transformation initiatives or acting as a strategic consultant or Client Director. Demonstrated track record of growing ARR within named accounts over multi-year horizons—expanding platform footprint, not just renewing contracts. Executive presence and credibility at the C-suite level—able to lead strategic conversations with CFOs, COOs, and CIOs and influence large, complex buying decisions. Experience navigating enterprise transformations—ERP consolidations, cloud migrations, M&A, organizational restructuring—without losing commercial momentum. Fluent in business case construction: ROI modeling, TCO analysis, and value benchmarking at a level that withstands CFO scrutiny. Comfortable with long deal cycles and ambiguity; skilled at managing internal and external stakeholders across 12–24+ month expansion arcs. Background in ERP, Supply Chain, Finance transformation, or AI-native enterprise platforms strongly preferred; familiarity with agentic AI, automation, or intelligent process orchestration a plus. Proven ability to work in a team-selling model alongside value engineering, professional services, partners, and extended GTM teams like Growth, Industry, and Transformation experts. This role will be expected to spend the majority of their time in the field meeting with clients. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role. The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
