Assure Scratch & Dent are seeking an experienced Vehicle Repair Assessor to join their growing team. This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, supporting their Australian operations.You will assess customer-submitted vehicle photos and videos, determine repair eligibility, prepare accurate repair quotes, and allocate repairs to our mobile repair technicians.This role requires real-world panel beating or automotive repair experience and a strong understanding of cosmetic vehicle repairs.Minimum 3 years' experience as a Panel Beater, Estimator, Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar automotive repair role.Strong knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair techniques.Excellent understanding of cosmetic SMART repairs.Ability to determine what repairs can safely and effectively be completed by a mobile repair van.Ability to identify repairs that require workshop facilities or replacement parts.Experience preparing repair estimates and quotations.High attention to detail.Excellent written English.Strong computer skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage from photos and videos submitted by customers.Identify repair methods suitable for mobile cosmetic repair.Determine when damage requires a traditional body shop rather than a mobile repair.Prepare accurate repair quotations using company pricing guidelines.Estimate labour times and material requirements.Assess scratches, dents, paint damage, bumper repairs, alloy wheels, mirrors and other cosmetic repairs.Identify pre-existing damage and multiple repair areas.Escalate complex repairs where required.Liaise with customer service, sales and scheduling teams.Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring assessment accuracy.Keep detailed assessment notes within the CRM.Highly RegardedExperience with cosmetic/mobile repair businesses.Knowledge of Australian vehicle repair standards.Experience working with Australian customers.

What’s the Role?The OSP Technician is responsible for performing plant-related troubleshooting calls, surveys, locating cabling, outage repair, on-call duty, shift work, tracking/repair, power supply maintenance, and construction maintenance in accordance with company procedures and practices. The OSP Technician will be called upon to troubleshoot and resolve service failures related to our company’s products and services. Furthermore, the technician will be part of the team responsible for the construction of new outside line plant as and when required by the company.What You'll DoPerforms routine troubleshooting calls and reports troubleshoots to the plant through the distribution cable to the node to restore the customer's service.Performs Cumulative Leakage Index (CLI) ride-out; tracks; and repairs leakage in accordance with Broadcasting Commission and Spectrum Management regulations.Perform construction and construction maintenance duties such as splicing aerial, underground cable, and equipment to build or restore cable plant to system specification; splices and activates new cable plant as required.Performs RF test on basic and advanced cable test equipment.
