Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-06

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to improve reliability and stability of Webflow’s customer-facing, production infrastructure, serving millions of page views per hour. Our product is used by over 2 million users world-wide across 190 countries, and you’ll help ensure our platform is secure and scalable for these users as tens of thousands of projects are launched on Webflow each month.
Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
Application Information:
Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
This posting is for a new position.
As an Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will:
Own and evolve the cloud platform that Webflow's product and engineering teams depend on, including our compute layer, EKS fleet, serverless infrastructure, networking, and cloud operations across AWS and GCP.
Help design and maintain our infrastructure-as-code foundation, evolving the patterns and shared components other teams build on.
Design and maintain the networking layer that connects Webflow's services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across our cloud environments.
Help make observability data the foundation of how we operate, improving the dashboards, alerts, and SLOs for the infrastructure you own so that issues are caught before customers notice, and on-call pages are actionable instead of noisy.
Build and maintain AI-powered automation that improves how we manage cloud infrastructure, from policy-as-code and drift detection to LLM-assisted runbook generation.
Help define the culture of this growing team as it expands its international presence.
About you
You’ll thrive as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer if you:
Have a background as an infrastructure, site reliability engineer or cloud engineer with an enthusiasm for automation and code, or a background as a software engineer with deep enthusiasm for cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
Have 5+ years of experience owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment that allows for little to no downtime.
Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and a strong opinion on what good cloud operations look like.
Have experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale, including upgrades, node group management, autoscaling, and cluster add-on lifecycle.
Have experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform, and a strong preference for changes made through code, not consoles.
Have experience navigating multi-region or multi-cloud environments on AWS or GCP.
Stay curious and open to growth, demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
It would be a bonus if you had even one of the following:
Experience with Karpenter, cluster autoscaler, or other Kubernetes-native scaling tooling.
Have experience with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Prometheus or Grafana
Experience building AI-assisted infrastructure tooling, including cost optimization loops, anomaly detection, or policy-as-code with LLM assistance.
Experience contributing to multi-region architecture including data residency, regional failover, or latency-based routing.
You Are:
Collaborative: You possess a collaborative spirit, thriving when working with both your immediate team and cross-functional partners.
Strategic thinker: You're a strategic thinker, adept at defining clear business needs and evaluating solutions to make informed build-versus-buy decisions.
Comfortable with ambiguity: You navigate ambiguous situations with ease, gathering data and making progress even with incomplete information or unclear requirements.
If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role’s requirements.
Our Core Behaviors:
Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
Benefits
Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.

Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.

Backend Engineer
About LaunchDarkly Engineering
LaunchDarkly helps engineering organizations ship software and AI with speed, safety, and control. Our platform gives teams the confidence to release gradually, target experiences to the right audiences, learn through experimentation, understand what is happening in production, and respond quickly when risk appears.
Our engineers build the systems, services, SDKs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, and product experiences that make this possible. The work spans high-scale distributed systems, reliable data and event pipelines, intuitive enterprise workflows, and AI-powered capabilities that help teams manage the next generation of software delivery.
LaunchDarkly’s SDKs are used in systems that perform trillions of feature flag evaluations each day, giving our engineering work a direct connection to the reliability and customer experience of software around the world. As the company grows, we are expanding beyond traditional feature management into experimentation, observability, and AgentControl—helping customers control more of the software and AI lifecycle. That creates an unusually broad set of technical challenges, visible customer impact, and room for engineers to shape what comes next.
We believe in the power of teams. We work with humility, openness, curiosity, and care; we value clear communication, thoughtful technical judgment, inclusive collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership. We encourage people to apply even when they do not meet every qualification listed below. We are interested in the experience, perspective, and potential you would bring to the role.
About the role
We have multiple backend engineering roles open on various teams. The specific level, scope, and technical focus will be aligned to the opportunity and the candidate’s experience. Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, developer tools, SDK engineering, data infrastructure, observability, or AI/agent systems may be relevant for some teams.
As a Backend Engineer at LaunchDarkly, you will design, build, and operate the services that power reliable software delivery for our customers. You may work on APIs, distributed systems, configuration and event pipelines, data services, SDK-related infrastructure, platform capabilities, or backend systems supporting our product experiences.
You will work with experienced engineers, Product, Design, and partner teams to turn customer and business needs into simple, scalable solutions. You will have the opportunity to own work from early design through production, learn from real customer impact, and contribute to systems that operate at meaningful scale.
What you’ll do
Design, implement, test, and operate production services and APIs.
Lead projects or meaningful components of projects from problem definition through deployment and iteration.
Make thoughtful tradeoffs across scalability, performance, reliability, security, maintainability, and delivery speed.
Improve the observability and operability of the systems you own, including metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and incident learnings.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Support, Customer Success, and other engineering teams to understand needs and deliver useful outcomes.
Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews, sharing constructive feedback and learning from teammates.
Investigate production issues calmly and help turn operational lessons into lasting improvements.
Contribute to a culture of inclusive collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality engineering.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience building and operating production software in a professional environment, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, testing, debugging, and API design.
Experience with a backend language such as Go, Python, Rust, or an equivalent language. (Most of our teams use Go)
Experience designing or contributing to services that need to be reliable, observable, and maintainable as usage grows.
Ability to explain technical decisions and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.
A collaborative approach and a sense of ownership for both your work and its downstream customer impact.
Comfort learning unfamiliar systems and working through ambiguous problems.

Reporting to the Director, Education Video
As a Senior Developer Educator you’ll …
Build the reference websites that anchor Webflow University courses, tutorials, and live training — real, production-quality sites and components that hold up to scrutiny from developers and designers, not just demos that survive a screen recording (see examples in our videos at Webflow University)
Shape technical curriculum in partnership with instructional designers and video producers, scoping what each lesson needs to demonstrate and why, before anything gets built or shot
Present technical content on camera for tutorials, course lessons, and live sessions — walking through code and craft with the clarity of someone who actually built the thing
Work alongside video producers and instructional designers through pre-production, shooting, and review, so what's on screen empowers learners to do the thing
Serve as the education team's technical subject matter expert, reviewing content for accuracy and pressure-testing it against how people really work and build
Keep the technical library current as the platform ships, deciding what's gone stale, what needs rebuilding, and what's newly worth teaching
Partner with product and engineering to understand what's coming, so education is ready when it launches rather than catching up after
About you:
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in technical education and web development and/or design
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write, review, and explain code - leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and refine quality.
Demonstrated experience teaching technical concepts to a mixed audience through video, documentation, courses, workshops, or community work
Willingness and ability to present on camera - from an outline or word-for-word script, in studio or from your own home setup
You’ll thrive as a Senior Technical Educator if you:
Build things because you need to understand them, not just to ship them
Can address multiple audiences — the visual developer who's never opened a code editor, the engineer evaluating how Webflow can help them build better, and the marketer who’s been handed off components and templates to build with
Take feedback on your on-camera work as craft input rather than personal critique
Enjoy collaborating with technical and less technical education teammates alike, recognizing the unique role each person plays in the success of a project
Are passionate about learning, education, and helping others succeed
Are equally confident showing the messy middle of a build or the polished result
Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact
Our Core Behaviors:
Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible
