Strong experience with WordPress and web technology services, and their impact on client KPIs (ie. understanding how improving site organization can improve lead generation).
Demonstrated ability to identify and close account expansion opportunities.
Comfortable with direct commercial conversations: pricing, scope, renewals, upgrades.

Title: Paralegal, Contract Management & Legal OperationsReports to: Associate General CounselLocation: Remote (West coast hours preferred) SummaryThe Paralegal will provide a diverse range of legal and contract management support within the Legal Department, managing a high volume of documents, including end-to-end contract administration, ensuring contracts are accurately formatted, properly routed, and efficiently executed. This role will be responsible for tracking and organizing agreements, maintaining contract records, and supporting workflow optimization using tools such as SharePoint and Ironclad. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, and the actual salary may vary based on factors including experience, education, geographic location, internal equity, and market data. This position is also eligible for annual bonus, equity, benefits, and participation in the Companyâs stock plan.
