WHAT YOU'LL DO• Managing merchant account setup processes with payment partners and providers • Configuring and maintaining routing rules for transaction flows across multiple providers and payment methods • Performing manual routing adjustments based on performance, limits, GEOs, or provider restrictions • Monitoring transaction processing stability, approval rates, routing efficiency, and provider performance • Handling incidents and operational issues: investigating failed transactions, reviewing logs and operational data, identifying root causes, communicating with providers and internal teams, maintaining proper incident documentation • Mapping provider errors and improving troubleshooting processes • Launching and configuring new payment methods and partner connections • Managing transactional limits, routing capacities, and provider restrictions • Working closely with Risk, Compliance, Product, Technical Support, and Finance teams • Participating in optimization of payment orchestration flows, routing logic, and operational processes • Supporting testing and rollout of new integrations and routing scenarios • Maintaining operational documentation related to routing, providers, limits, and incidents WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE• 4+ years of experience in payment operations, payment orchestration, routing, acquiring, or payment infrastructure • Strong understanding of payment infrastructure: payment providers, merchant accounts, payment flows, approval rates, routing logic, settlements, transaction lifecycle • Hands-on experience with merchant account setup and payment integrations • Experience with manual routing and operational management of payment traffic • Strong understanding of transaction decline reasons, provider limitations, and routing optimization • Experience investigating incidents and operational payment issues • Ability to work with logs, databases, dashboards, and technical information during troubleshooting • Understanding of provider error mapping and transaction statuses • Experience launching new payment methods or onboarding new payment partners • Experience setting and managing transactional limits and capacities • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech or payment environment • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with external providers and internal stakeholders • English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) and fluent russian WOULD BE A PLUS• Experience in high-volume transaction environments • Experience with payment orchestration platforms or gateway products • Knowledge of SQL or ability to work with databases for incident investigation • Experience with monitoring and analytics tools • Understanding of 3DS, anti-fraud flows, and card payment processing • Understanding of payment routing optimization strategies and approval rate management WHAT WE OFFER• An opportunity to make something great even greater, you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become the best fintech company on the market!
