Position Summary:The Grid Operator plays a critical role in the real time monitoring, operation, and control of the electrical distribution system for New Providence. This position ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of electricity to customers by overseeing system performance, responding to alarms and events, coordinating field crews, and executing switching operations under established protocols.This is a non-management yet high responsibility role within the System Operations Control Room, requiring sound judgment, technical expertise, and continuous awareness of grid conditions. FieldRecruiters are how that infrastructure expands into new territories.THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a contract role with performance based compensation and noearnings ceiling. You take a territory in South America or NorthAmerica, build a local network of video contributors, and earn basedon what that network produces, every week, ongoing.Scouts with 50 active contributors onboarded doing 2h per day, 5 days a week. Is 500h/week. 2000h+/month. At ±$1.5h per hour of referral the payout is $3,000/month. If scouts hire really active users doing 3-4h they go to $6-8k in referral only.The most effective Field Recruiters earn significantlymore and grow into expanded regional responsibility: larger territories, team coordination, and leadership within Hub’s ground operations structure.This is not a role where effort and reward are decoupled. If you builda serious network, you earn serious money. The ceiling is yours to set.WHAT YOU’LL DOBuild a local contributor community using any outreach approach thatworks in your territory. Past Scouts have succeeded through personalnetworks, WhatsApp community groups, social media, local businesses,universities, gig worker platforms, NGO contacts, and direct in personrecruitment. There is no prescribed method. The best Field Recruitersidentify the fastest path to contributors in their area and execute.- Recruit individuals in your territory to join Hub as video  contributors through HubApp- Onboard contributors: set them up on the app, support their first  recording sessions, and help them reach production targets- Build your portfolio toward 50+ active contributors as an  initial milestone- Track contributor output and territory performance through  Hub’s real time dashboard- Iterate your outreach strategy based on what drives results  in your specific territory- Report territory progress to your Hub point of contactCOMPENSATIONPerformance based contractor compensation tied to the verifiedproduction output of your contributor network. Your income growsas your network grows and continues as long as your contributorsare active.Scouts with 50 active contributors reach $1,500+/month. About the roleAs an Insights Analyst supporting Chime’s Trust & Safety Pillar at OMX, you will play a criticalx role in strengthening the integrity of our platform by delivering deep analytical insights across Dispute Operations, Fraud Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and Risk. Your work will directly influence how Chime protects members, drives operational efficiency and resilience, reduces losses, and prevents abuse.In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with Fraud Ops, Disputes Ops, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams to diagnose emerging risks, quantify operational impacts, and develop recommendations that improve decision accuracy, automation effectiveness, and operational performance.You will bring strong analytical rigor, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data signals into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders. This role requires a strategic thinker who can proactively identify gaps, drive analytical frameworks, and ensure cross-functional alignment in a rapidly evolving Trust & Safety environment.The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $138,000.00 and up to $190,000.00 Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
