About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company with an unusually large organic top-of-funnel, where tens of thousands of people discover and sign up for Netlify every day. That organic motion is real and meaningful, but paid acquisition is a new investment area for the marketing team, and there's a clear opportunity to build that capability from the ground up.
As Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Performance Marketing, you'll own paid acquisition end to end - strategy, channel selection, budget, and the agency relationship that supports execution. You'll report to the CMO, with a planned transition to the VP of Growth Marketing as that function scales, and work closely with Marketing Operations, Data, Lifecycle, and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users don't just land, but convert and stick. This is a builder role at a company where the organic foundation is already strong, and your job is to build the paid layer that extends its reach.
What You'll Do
Build and own Netlify's paid acquisition strategy end to end, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsorships, and any other channels worth testing and proving out.
Own the call on where paid creates incremental value for Netlify. Design the tests, prove which channels and audiences drive growth our organic funnel wouldn't have delivered anyway, and decide where to scale, where to hold, and where not to spend at all.
Manage the agency relationship(s) supporting paid/performance work by setting the brief, holding the agency accountable to targets, and deciding what to bring in-house as the function matures.
Own budget planning, pacing, and ROI reporting for all paid spend, and make the case for where to double down or pull back.
Partner with Marketing Operations to get attribution and UTM tracking right before scaling spend, so every dollar is measurable.
Define target audiences and channel mix aligned to Netlify's ICP; partner with Product Marketing on messaging inputs for paid creative.
Build the measurement framework for CAC, signup/pipeline contribution, and payback by channel.
Partner with Lifecycle and Campaigns to make sure paid-acquired users flow into the right onboarding and activation journeys, not just land and drop off.
As the program proves out, build the roadmap and case for a fully staffed paid/performance team.
What You'll Bring
6+ years in demand generation or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a paid acquisition budget in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
Hands-on experience running paid search, paid social, and retargeting programs yourself - not just briefing agencies or reviewing their reports
A track record of standing up or significantly scaling a paid acquisition program at an early stage, where you had to build the infrastructure and not just optimize what was already there
Experience managing an external agency or partner relationship, including setting performance expectations and holding partners accountable to them
Working knowledge of attribution and marketing measurement, and a history of partnering with Marketing Ops or Data teams to get tracking right before spend scales
Some experience marketing to developers or technical audiences, or with a PLG motion where paid acquisition runs alongside a large organic and self-serve funnel
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You're energized by building and scaling a new paid program, not just optimizing one that's already mature.
You think like an owner of budget and outcomes, not just a briefs-and-reports manager of an agency.
You're comfortable moving between strategy (channel mix, targeting, budget allocation) and getting into the details yourself when it matters.
You care about attribution being right before spend scales, not as an afterthought.
You want to build in close partnership with Lifecycle, Campaigns, and Marketing Ops rather than run paid as a separate lane that hands off a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter

Netlify: Customer Success Associate (Denver, CO)
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-10
Headquarters: Remote
About the Team
Netlify's Customer Success team is responsible for making sure customers get real, lasting value from the platform - from onboarding through renewal and beyond. The team works closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to help customers grow their usage, see clear outcomes, and stay engaged over time. Every motion the team runs - whether it's a renewal conversation, a feature adoption push or customer escalation - is designed to build trust and relationships that compound.
This role exists because we have a growing book of SMB accounts that need a dedicated, consistent point of contact. As our Customer Success Associate, you’ll drive broad-stroke outreach and build the workflows to manage them well. You'll carry a book of 120+ accounts with roughly $2M in ARR, and your job is to make sure those customers are engaged, getting value, and set up for renewal. This is an entry-level role with real ownership from day one, and you'll have mentorship from senior teammates as you ramp into the commercial side of the work.
What You'll Do
Own the day-to-day relationship for your book of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and keeping customers informed, engaged, and successful on the platform
Contribute ideas to dashboards and workflows to track your book of business - renewal timelines, health signals, engagement levels, and expansion indicators - so nothing falls through the cracks
With guidance of leadership, drive outreach to customers ahead of renewal, lead those conversations, handle objections, and negotiate terms on flat renewals and smaller expansions, looping in Sales when a meaningful expansion opportunity emerges.
Track and forecast your renewal book on a rolling basis, proactively surfacing risks and creating plans to address them before they become problems
Use product usage data and customer outcomes to demonstrate value in renewal conversations and ongoing check-ins
Identify opportunities for feature adoption and product expansion within accounts, and flag those signals to the Sales team to build expansion pipeline
Gather and synthesize customer feedback and share it with Product and internal stakeholders to inform roadmap decisions and improve the customer experience
Work closely with senior CS teammates and your manager to develop your skills in account management, commercial negotiation, and customer communication
What You'll Bring
Some experience in a customer-facing role - this could be internship work, customer service, sales support, retail, or anything that required you to build rapport and solve problems for people
Comfort working with data and spreadsheets, and a genuine interest in using that data to spot trends and make decisions
A track record of following through: when you commit to something, you close the loop
Clear written and verbal communication - you can explain things simply, listen well, and adapt your approach to different audiences
An interest in building a career in customer success, and curiosity about the commercial side of the business - including how renewals work, how contracts are structured, and how value gets communicated to customers
You’re based in the Denver, Colorado area and are comfortable working remotely while participating in occasional in-person meetings and engagement with Denver-based stakeholders.
This Role is a Great Fit If
You're energized by building relationships and want to be the person customers actually look forward to hearing from
You thrive when you have ownership over a defined body of work and the freedom to figure out how to make it run better
You enjoy the process of organizing complexity - tracking multiple accounts, spotting patterns, and keeping everything moving without things slipping
You're drawn to roles where you learn by doing, and you're comfortable asking questions and taking feedback as you develop your skills
You get excited about connecting customers to features or capabilities they didn't know they needed, and seeing that translate into real adoption
You work well within a team structure and are looking for mentorship, but you also want to take real ownership rather than just support someone else's book

We’re excited about what’s next, and we’re looking for others to join us on our journey.Tines is investing in its quote-to-cash platform and process. This role contributes to how that platform is built and administered. You will be the systems owner for our quote-to-cash configuration in DealHub and Salesforce, inputting to the design direction, and technical build and administration.
What you'll do
Own DealHub build-out, configuration and day-to-day admin. Be the accountable owner of the platform: product catalog and SKU architecture, pricing and discounting rules, playbooks and quote flows, approval workflows, document and template management, and the Salesforce integration.
Contribute to the platform roadmap. Working with Senior team members, translate where the business is going into a sequenced buildout plan as our products and commercial models evolve, and make the design calls that keep the configuration extensible rather than accumulating rework with every pricing change.
Support our implementation partners. Scope and prioritise third-party services work, translate their the specifications and execute the builds, review and test what comes back, and hold quality and timeline.
Set standards and governance. Define how change gets made: intake and prioritisation, sandbox and release practice, testing expectations, documentation standards, and the data-quality rules that stop bad data being created at the point of entry.
Own the wider GTM stack in your scope. Maintain Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reporting) and the adjacent GTM tools that integrate with quote-to-cash.
Be the systems partner to the business. Run requirements discovery with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal, push back when an ask will not scale, and turn ambiguous business problems into specs people can build from.
Maintain standards. Create the documentation and delivery standards for GTM Systems, mentor more junior analysts as the team grows
What you'll bring
3+ years in GTM systems, business systems analysis, revenue systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment, including ownership of a revenue-critical platform.
Hands-on DealHub administration experience. You have configured, not just used, DealHub: product catalog, pricing and discount rules, playbooks, approval workflows, templates, and the CRM integration. This is a requirement for this role.
Strong Salesforce administration fluency: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards.
Extensive knowledge of quote-to-cash: quoting, approvals, order forms, amendments, renewals, and the downstream handoffs into billing and compensation.
Demonstrated solution design, not just configuration: you can take an ambiguous business problem, choose an approach, and defend the trade-offs behind it.
Experience scoping and managing external implementation partners or contractors, and holding them to a standard.
Confidence advising and influencing senior stakeholders, including saying no to a request that will not scale, and settling disagreements across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, and a service mindset toward the reps who depend on the platform.
Bonus points
Exposure to a second enterprise CPQ platform alongside DealHub.
Experience configuring CPQ through a pricing or packaging change
Experience working alongside external implementation partners or systems integrators.
Exposure to CaptivateIQ, NetSuite, or comparable ICM and ERP integrations.
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
Experience working in an agile or sprint-based delivery model.
Compensation: $126k- 150k OTE + equity

Instacart: AI Solutions Lead, Marketing
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-10
Headquarters: Canada - Remote (ON, AB, BC, or NS Only)
We're transforming the grocery industry
At Instacart, we invite the world to share love through food because we believe everyone should have access to the food they love and more time to enjoy it together. Where others see a simple need for grocery delivery, we see exciting complexity and endless opportunity to serve the varied needs of our community. We work to deliver an essential service that customers rely on to get their groceries and household goods, while also offering safe and flexible earnings opportunities to Instacart Personal Shoppers.
Instacart has become a lifeline for millions of people, and we’re building the team to help push our shopping cart forward. If you’re ready to do the best work of your life, come join our table.
Instacart is a Flex First team
There’s no one-size fits all approach to how we do our best work. Our employees have the flexibility to choose where they do their best work—whether it’s from home, an office, or your favorite coffee shop—while staying connected and building community through regular in-person events. Learn more about our flexible approach to where we work. Why this role is on the menu
Most companies are layering AI onto existing processes. This role is about something different: rebuilding those processes from the ground up, so teams can do work that actually matters.
Instacart's Marketing team has set ambitious AI goals — and this is the person who makes them real. You'll be the first role of this kind in Marketing, embedded in the org with a clear mandate: identify what's slow, manual, or broken across the Marketing organization and rebuild it into something fundamentally better. The benchmark isn't marginal improvement. It's transformation — building solutions that make people wonder how they ever worked without them.
This is a builder role. Strategy is a means to an end. The end is something shipped, adopted, and measurable. You'll also be the connective tissue for Marketing's AI ambitions — convening the people who own AI goals, unblocking what's stuck, and creating internal momentum that makes the whole org move faster.
What you'll cook up in your first year
Building (60%)
Identify high-impact workflows, systems, and processes across Marketing that are slow, manual, or duct-taped together — and rebuild them AI-natively, from the ground up
Own the full cycle: understand the current state, design the solution, build it, ship it — then measure what changed. Establish the before, prove the after, and make the case to leadership
Walk in with work already queued. Early builds include:
Recurring leadership and planning narratives — transforming how Marketing produces its MBR, quarterly planning summaries, budget variance write-ups, and channel performance narratives; currently manual synthesis across multiple inputs, rebuilt into a faster, more consistent, AI-native output
Integrated campaign launch process — automating key steps from campaign ideation to launch, reducing the manual handoffs and coordination overhead that slow campaigns down across teams
Brief quality and standardization — an AI review layer that evaluates briefs before they leave the building, flags what's missing or unclear, and raises input quality across the org before downstream teams absorb the cost of a bad brief
Build with portability in mind — your solutions should be constructed so others can pick them up, adapt them for their own context, and extend what you've built without starting from scratch; you're not just solving a problem, you're creating infrastructure others can build on
Develop and maintain an intake framework: gather inputs from across the org, evaluate feasibility and impact, and make a defensible call on what gets built next — including what doesn't; prioritization discipline means saying no to low-value requests as readily as yes to high-value ones
Driving Adoption (20%)
Own the change management side of every build: create the conditions for people to trust what you've built, use it consistently, and not revert to old habits when something feels unfamiliar
Evangelize internally — write up wins, build case studies, show other teams what's possible; your goal is to generate more demand than you can supply, which means the org needs to see what AI can actually do, not just hear about it
Create energy around AI across Marketing — not as a cheerleader, but as someone who shows people things they didn't know were possible and makes it easy for them to take the next step
Orchestration & Thought Partnership (20%)
Lead the MarComms AI KR forum: convene AI KR owners across Marketing, create momentum behind shared goals, surface blockers, and hold the operating cadence
Act as a working partner to AI goal owners — unblocking vendor delays, solving capability gaps, helping people get unstuck
The secret ingredients we're looking for
Must-have pantry staples (Minimum Qualifications)
7+ years in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a closely adjacent discipline — you understand how marketing orgs work, where the friction lives, and what it costs to leave it unfixed
Proven builder with a track record of impact — you have shipped AI-powered workflows and processes that demonstrably changed how teams work; you can name the problem, describe the solution, and quantify the result. You’re so invested in AI that you’ve applied it beyond the scope of your current role.
Hands-on daily experience with frontier AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4o, or Gemini, including writing prompts that produce reliable, production-quality output at scale
Experience building agentic systems where AI components interact with each other, including multi-agent design, orchestration layers, and workflows that run without a human in the loop at every step
An adoption-minded approach to building: designing for adoption from day one and taking accountability for whether what you built actually gets used
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain what you're building, why it matters, and where it stands, for audiences from ICs to CMO-level leadership
Prioritization discipline — you can evaluate a request and tell someone their problem isn't a good AI candidate right now, or that the cost of building outstrips the benefit; you know what not to build
Optional garnishes (Preferred Qualifications)
A framework for evaluating AI vendors and tools quickly, including running comparison pilots and making principled decisions about what earns a place in the stack

BeyondTrust: Cyber Defense Engineer
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-10
Headquarters: Remote Manchester, UK
BeyondTrust is a place where you can bring your purpose to life through the work that you do, creating a safer world through our cybersecurity SaaS portfolio.
Our culture of flexibility, trust, and continual learning means you will be recognized for your growth, and for the impact you make on our success. You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.
The Role
BeyondTrust is a global leader in privileged access management. Our products provide remote access and privileged control capabilities that are deployed across thousands of enterprise environments worldwide. That makes us a high-value target. Nation-state actors, ransomware operators, and sophisticated threat groups actively target companies like ours—not just to compromise our corporate environment, but to reach the customers who trust our software to protect their most sensitive systems. A compromise of BeyondTrust is a compromise of the privileged access layer inside our customers’ networks. We take that responsibility seriously.
As a Cyber Defense Engineer on our Cyber Defense Operations team, you will serve as a front-line defender responsible for protecting both BeyondTrust’s enterprise infrastructure and the integrity of the products our customers depend on. You will monitor, investigate, and respond to security events in an environment where the stakes are real and the adversaries are capable. You will work alongside experienced threat hunters, incident responders, and detection engineers in a collaborative team that values sharp analytical thinking over checkbox compliance.
This team is building toward an AI-augmented operating model. You will be expected to use AI-driven tools in your daily work and to contribute to how we integrate these capabilities into our detection, triage, and response workflows. We are not looking for people who are waiting to be told what to do—we are looking for people who want to build something.
What You’ll Do
Alert Triage & Monitoring
Monitor and triage security alerts across SIEM, EDR, and CSPM platforms covering both corporate and product environments.
Investigate alerts to determine scope, severity, and whether escalation is warranted.
Leverage AI-assisted triage and enrichment tools to accelerate analysis and reduce mean time to detect.
Classify, document, and track alerts through the full lifecycle using ticketing and case management systems.
Incident Response & Investigation
Participate in or lead incident response engagements from detection through remediation, including evidence collection, forensic analysis, root cause determination, and stakeholder communication.
Conduct investigations across SIEM, EDR, CSPM, and cloud-native log sources including identity provider logs, cloud audit trails, and network flow data—spanning both corporate and product infrastructure.
Execute established IR runbooks across identity, endpoint, cloud, and email investigation workflows.
Manage or assist with evidence handling, forensic artifact collection, and chain-of-custody procedures.
Produce clear, decision-ready incident summaries and post-incident reports for both technical and leadership audiences.
Detection Engineering & Threat Intelligence
Contribute to the design, implementation, and tuning of detection rules across SIEM and EDR platforms, with a focus on reducing false positives and closing coverage gaps.
Translate threat intelligence (CVE advisories, CISA alerts, vendor bulletins, open-source feeds) into actionable detection content, with particular attention to threats targeting privileged access tooling and supply chain attack vectors.
Help maintain and evolve detection coverage mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.
Partner with threat hunting peers to validate detection logic through hypothesis-driven hunts.
AI Integration & Automation
Use AI-driven tools for alert triage, enrichment, and investigation as a standard part of daily operations.
Contribute to the evaluation, integration, and optimization of AI and automation capabilities across the team’s workflows.
Assist in designing prompts, agent workflows, or LLM-based pipelines that augment analyst capabilities and reduce manual effort.
Partner with engineering teams to improve log ingestion, data quality, and tool integrations.
Operational Excellence
Maintain daily operational notes and shift handoff documentation.
Contribute to and refine IR runbooks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours incident escalation.
Track and report on operational metrics (MTTD, MTTR, MTTC, false positive rate) and identify improvement opportunities.
Participate in tabletop exercises, purple team activities, and post-incident reviews.
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of experience in a SOC, security operations, or incident response role.
Understanding of common attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK), network protocols, and endpoint behavior.
Experience with at least one SIEM platform and familiarity with writing search or detection queries.
Familiarity with EDR platforms and cloud environments (IaaS preferred).
Comfort using AI systems (e.g., LLM-based assistants, copilots, or AI-driven analysis tools) as part of security workflows.
Strong written communication skills; able to document findings clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice To Have
Experience leading or co-leading complex incident response engagements from triage through remediation.
Experience with identity and access management platforms and cloud security posture management tools.
Scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, or equivalent) applied to security workflows.
Familiarity with SOAR platforms or orchestration tools for automated response and enrichment.
Experience designing or implementing AI agent architectures, LLM-based automation pipelines, or prompt engineering for security use cases.
Experience building or contributing to threat intelligence programs or detection-as-code pipelines.
Understanding of the privileged access management landscape and the threat actors that target it.
Track record of evaluating and adopting emerging technologies in a production security environment.

We're hiring an Account Manager II to make Instacart Ads the place CPG advertisers and agencies trust to grow their business, by improving campaign performance, widening how brands invest across our ad products, and shaping the advertiser experience. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy and campaign performance, and the person who fills it will have a direct line of sight to advertiser growth and retention. The Team + The Role
Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo.
As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team.
This is a remote role supporting a West Coast territory.
What this looks like day-to-day
New customer acquisition and selling: Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition, product expansion, and expansion across lines of business. You identify customer pain, craft and deliver tailored demos, and lead technical evaluations through requirements gathering, success criteria, installation guidance, and hands-on workshops.
Complex implementations and value realization: Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, integrations, and training. You build customer-specific implementation playbooks, guide complex deployments with executive visibility, and ensure customers realize value during onboarding and over time.
Adoption, expansion, and growth: Identify opportunities to expand adoption across underutilized features, untapped products, and new lines of business. When adoption stalls, you diagnose root causes, design a path forward, and connect technical work to measurable business outcomes.
Technical escalation: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges raised by other Customer Engineers. You resolve ambiguous problems with multiple variables and tradeoffs, involving Product or Engineering only when truly needed.
Team capability building: Build playbooks, document repeatable fixes, coach peers, and improve how Customer Engineering work gets done across the team. You use AI tools to accelerate content creation, surface patterns across accounts, and share practical workflow findings with the broader team.
Early account impact: Assess account health, risks, stakeholder relationships, and the highest-priority problems to solve within your portfolio. You establish trust with Account Directors and customer stakeholders, then independently lead complex customer interactions that move accounts forward.
Quarterly business outcomes: Drive measurable improvement in customer health, retention, expansion, and technical resolution across strategic accounts. You contribute reusable frameworks, playbooks, or processes that other Customer Engineers use and become a trusted advisor to Account Directors on account health and technical strategy.
Who You Are
Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work.
You're a builder, not a maintainer.
You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Senior Customer Engineers don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work.
You're AI-curious - genuinely.
You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut.
Must-haves
5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, implementation, professional services, or solutions architecture.
Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs, with the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex front-end implementations.
Proven experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive-level stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex technical or business requirements.
Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems involving multiple variables, constraints, and tradeoffs.
Experience connecting technical execution to business outcomes such as retention, expansion, ROI, and value realization.
Hands-on use of AI tools for account research, content creation, or workflow automation, with demonstrated integration into day-to-day work rather than light experimentation.
Experience mentoring or coaching more junior technical team members.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Pendo, digital adoption platforms, product analytics, or in-app experience tooling in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with mobile app development, including Swift, Android, or React Native.
Familiarity with data architecture, AI or machine learning concepts, or advanced analytics instrumentation.
Track record of building reusable frameworks, playbooks, or processes that were adopted by a broader team.
About Pendo

Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split.
Benefits: Pendo offers highly competitive United States benefits, including employer-heavy coverage with $0 premium options, strong 401(k) match, equity, and flexible time off.
