Serve as the bridge between internal sales leaders and vendor operations, delivering regular readouts, escalating regional and program risks early, and aligning goals and priorities across the organization
Drive adoption and change management for new sales motions and performance processes, piloting new approaches and scaling proven solutions across programs and regions
Partner with Sales Enablement to define future vendor team requirements, share systemic best practices, and sustain high-performance behaviors across all vendor sites

As Stripe expands into new markets and products, we unlock revenue, advance trust, and set the standard for what responsible growth looks like at scale.

Build new processes and enhance existing processes to optimize for efficiency and automation, manage incoming non-compliance escalations from partners, and monitor our portfolio against rules and requirements
Perform research and analysis to assess Stripe's current market position and develop and prioritize long-term strategic plans for future growth
Challenge the status quo and provide multiple alternative solutions and key execution criteria
Execute special projects and ad hoc analyses as initiatives, products, risks, and opportunities are constantly evolving

Proven ability to take complex issues and turn them into actionable next steps, hold others accountable, and meet deadlines
Data-driven problem-solving skills, including the ability to distill complex, ambiguous regulatory issues into clear, concise, and reliable guidance for stakeholders and Stripe users
Demonstrated track record of deriving insights from complex or technical problem spaces and evangelizing actionable product recommendations
Strong stakeholder management skills and operating rigor, including the ability to take ownership, be accountable, and lead without formal authority to navigate ambiguity and solve problems with the end user in mind
Entrepreneurial and curious mindset, including motivation to develop deep subject matter expertise and understanding of risk-based frameworks
Strong operating rigor, executive presence, and presentation skills, including experience engaging with leadership

About the job
This position is needed to evolve our global Product Catalog platform. You will lead the development of foundational data models, API syndication layers, and internal tools defining how Twilio products are packaged and launched. Working across platform engineering, finance, and operations, you will own the backend lifecycle—from NPI governance to downstream billing—driving architectural unity and accelerating time-to-market for our diverse communication and data portfolios.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Define Unified Strategy & Taxonomy: Architect and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for a centralized, multi-tenant product catalog service that scales across Twilio's global infrastructure. Establish the global category hierarchies, data schemas, and parent-child variations required to represent complex developer APIs and consumption-based usage units.
Accelerate New Product Introduction (NPI): Design, standardize, and scale the end-to-end NPI launch framework. Reduce time-to-market by transforming manual commercialization workflows into automated, self-service paths that allow product teams to rapidly configure and launch new SKUs globally.
Standardize Catalog Governance & Tooling: Design developer-friendly API schemas and internal PIM (Product Information Management) UI tooling to allow distributed product teams (SMS, Voice, AI Agents) to self-serve catalog listings, localization attributes, and pricing metadata with zero friction.
Acquisition, Ingestion & System Consolidation: Lead the technical strategy to seamlessly migrate and ingest legacy configurations and acquired product entities (e.g., Twilio Segment) into a single, cohesive billing and product registry. Build robust ingestion pipelines and bulk operation tools to manage the state machine and lifecycle of thousands of SKUs.
Data Quality & Cross-Functional Consensus: Act as the strategic bridge between engineering, data infrastructure, finance, sales ops, and Twilio Trust Hub. Enforce strict normalization and de-duplication standards to ensure absolute downstream billing accuracy, zero margin leakage, and strict compliance with global telecom regulations during NPI rollouts.
Optimize Search & Downstream Discovery: Collaborate with core Console teams to optimize how high-performance catalog metadata flows into customer discovery workflows, customer portals, and AI-driven assistant frameworks. Ensure core catalog APIs deliver rapid, reliable synchronization across all global environments.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
Deep SaaS/PaaS Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience specifically focused on APIs, developer tooling, highly distributed backend cloud architecture, or master data orchestration.
Mastery of Enterprise Platform Data: Proven success building or heavily scaling internal platforms like Enterprise Product Information Management (PIM), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) engines, billing line registries, or multi-tenant graph architectures.
NPI & Go-To-Market Lifecycle Ownership: Proven track record of defining cross-functional NPI processes, managing SKU lifecycle state machines (Alpha/Beta to GA, deprecation, and sunsetting), and streamlining commercial readiness pipelines.
Architectural Acumen: Extreme comfort working directly with principal engineers on complex database schema designs, graph databases, data entity relationships, attribute modeling, and downstream service propagation times.
Ruthless Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to decode vague platform priorities, manage heavily conflicting internal stakeholder inputs, and confidently secure executive buy-in.
Academic Background: BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent highly technical practical experience.
Desired:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
Catalog Architecture & Monetization: Designed enterprise product catalog schemas and rules engines to drive complex usage-based pricing, consumption metering models, and multi-product bundle dependencies across billing systems.
Regulated Catalog Governance: Led product catalog data governance and master data management (MDM) across globally regulated environments (telecom, FinTech, KYC), ensuring legal compliance, schema auditability, and data integrity.
