This role is offered on a fixed-term basis for 2 years.

About the Role

  • Ensure the smooth and technically flawless operation of our headquarters, including infrastructure, utilities, and safety compliance
  • Process and resolve facility-related tickets efficiently, serving as the first point of contact for employees' technical and service requests
  • Carry out minor repairs and electrical tasks, as well as coordinate with external craftsmen, suppliers, and landlord facility management
  • Support renovation projects and maintenance work, ensuring smooth planning and execution
  • Handle furniture setup, moves, and internal relocations to support team needs
  • Monitor building-related compliance (fire protection, occupational safety, etc.) and maintain proper documentation
  • Assist with large-scale FM projects, including planning, cost tracking, and communication with stakeholders

About You

  • Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, building services engineering, or similar) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical profession, ideally in a coordinating role
  • Solid knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and facility operations; hands-on mindset for minor repairs.
  • Strong coordination skills to manage external service providers, contractors, and landlord facility management.
  • Fluent in German (C1+); good English skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); AutoCAD and ticketing systems are an advantage.
  • Organized, solution-oriented, and resilient when handling multiple projects or competing priorities.
  • Team player with an open mindset and the physical ability to support office moves (up to 15 kg).

  • Vendor Transitions: Drive large-scale vendor transitions, e.g. global payroll vendor 
  • Project Structure & Reporting: Build agile project structure by maintaining complex Jira project plans on Jira, BPMN process flows, test plans, sign-off and hypercare readiness, change and impact-risk management frameworks 
  • Governance: Embed processes in HR service delivery model, run project governance & stakeholder bodies, set internal control points, compliance and data privacy frameworks as per internal and external regulatory standards 

About You

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred). 
  • 7+ years of digital transformation project/program management in a top-tier consulting firm or in-house PMO. 
  • Proven track record leading complex global HR Tech initiatives with hands-on experience with product strategy, hybrid/agile or stage-gate delivery and solution design 
  • Hands-on experience managing Jira portfolios, Confluence documentation, BPMN process modelling and analysis and working with technology & system landscapes 
  • Strong tech literacy in system architecture, cloud technologies, and integrations (e.g. API, SFTP, etc.), especially with HR systems like Workday is required 
  • Certification in project management (PMP, SCRUM, SAFe, etc.) or business/process analysis like Six Sigma is a must-have 
  • Fluent written and communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Experience delivering HR digital transformation, especially payroll vendor replacement and HRIS architecture redesign is a huge plus

About This Role:

  • Designing and developing modern architectures using React, AWS technologies, Microservices, NoSQL & RDBMS, Event-driven architectures, etc.

  • Logical, analytic thinking, structured and target-oriented approach, very good problem solving skills.

  • Ability to write clean, concise and readable code.

  • Design and develop modern architectures using React, AWS technologies, Microservices, NoSQL & RDBMS, Event-driven architectures, etc.

Your Profile:

  • Experience with React / Vue.js / Angular, having built reusable libraries using them in Atomic design system
  • Object-oriented programming concepts with application to concurrent event-based systems
  • Good grasp of TypeScript, its environment and type system
  • Experience with a front-end JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, Vue.js, etc
  • knowledge of GraphQL
  • Extensive experience working with Design systems
  • Understanding of MVC code hierarchy
  • Knowledge of E2E testing (WebdriverIO, Selenium or similar)
  • Keen eye for architecture and application design patterns
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English

  • Proven commercial Expertise in React.js
