Vercel: Product Manager, Dashboard
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-01
Headquarters: Remote - United States
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the Vercel Dashboard, the control plane for every Vercel user, defining how developers and teams interact with Vercel from first login through daily use, across both individual accounts and enterprise organizations. You will lead the shift from what is a project listing page today to a personalized, agent-powered surface that proactively helps users ship and discover value. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What You Will Do:
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Vercel Dashboard, the primary surface through which all Vercel customers interact with the platform
Define how agents operate within the Dashboard, from surfacing errors and suggesting fixes to updating code and config on behalf of users
Shift the Dashboard from a passive "pull" experience to a proactive "push" experience, surfacing insights, notifications, and recommended actions
Define the information architecture and design patterns that product area teams build within, and partner with those teams (Billing, CI/CD, Observability) to keep their experiences consistent and high-quality within the Dashboard shell
Collaborate with Engineering to hold an uncompromising performance bar. The Dashboard must be the fastest, most delightful surface at Vercel
Run experiments and measure onboarding funnel performance, feature adoption, and engagement across user segments
About You:
You've built and shipped developer-facing products
You have experience with control planes, dashboards, or console products at infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools companies
You have strong opinions on information architecture and how to organize complex products so they feel simple
You think about the product from both a human and an agent perspective. You use AI tools in your own workflow and have a point of view on how agents should interact with product surfaces
You have experience running experiments and working with product analytics to drive roadmap decisions
Bonus If You:
Have worked on platform or horizontal product teams where you set patterns that other teams adopt
Have an engineering background or have built software yourself
Have worked on onboarding, activation, or growth loops in a product-led growth context
Have experience with personalization frameworks or systems that adapt to user segments and lifecycle stages
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. Headquarters: Remote, US
Senior Account Executive, Strategic Partnerships & AffiliatesLocation: Remote (required to live in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, NY, NC, TX, UT,VT)
Qualifications:
4+ years of sales or partnership experience, ideally in a role where you had to build a book of business from scratch.
A "Hunter-Farmer" Hybrid: You are fearless when cold calling potential partners to pitch a revenue-share opportunity, but you also possess the empathy and organization to nurture those relationships into a productive community over time.
Thrives in Ambiguity: You don’t need a playbook—you want to write it. You are comfortable testing new pitches, identifying new vertical targets (e.g., insurance, logistics consultants), and pivoting quickly based on what works.
Creative & Scrappy: You can see the angle that others miss. You understand how to frame a value proposition not just to a user, but to a partner looking to monetize their influence.
Community Builder Mindset: You understand that signing a partner is just day one. You know how to keep affiliates engaged, excited, and producing leads through constant communication and value-add interactions.
Genuinely Curious about Business Models: You need to understand how our partners make money (e.g., how a Credit Card Points Consultant operates) to effectively pitch how Melio fits into their ecosystem.
Proficiency in SalesForce, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
Identify & Recruit (The Hunt)
Prospect and Cold Call: You will aggressively hunt for high-leverage affiliates—think Credit Card Points Consultants, Insurance Brokers who don't accept cards, or Industry-Specific Consultants.
Pitch the "Business in a Box": You aren't just selling software; you are selling a revenue stream. You will convince these partners that referring their high-spend clients to Melio is a lucrative way to monetize their existing relationships through our Gross Profit revenue share model.
Creative Sourcing: You will experiment with different verticals to find the "hidden gems"—partners who have trusted access to UHV companies but haven't monetized that influence yet.
Onboard & Enable (The Setup)
White-Glove Onboarding: Once a partner says "yes," you ensure they (and their clients) are set up for success. You will help them identify the low-hanging fruit in their book of business to get their first wins on the board quickly.
Technical & Sales Enablement: Teach partners how to spot a Melio opportunity and how to pitch it to their clients.
Community Management & Nurture (The Flywheel)
Drive Portfolio Adoption: You will manage your book of affiliates like a community manager. Your goal is to keep them active, sending leads, and viewing Melio as a significant revenue driver for their business.
Relationship Moats: Build deep, personal relationships with your partners so that Melio remains their exclusive referral of choice.
Feedback Loop: Since this is a new motion, you will constantly feed insights back to growth and marketing teams. What segments provide deep opportunities for UHV? What incentives drive the most behavior?
About the team:
Melio is on a mission to keep small businesses in business. We simplify B2B payables and receivables so business owners—and the professionals who support them—can focus on what they do best. You will be joining the Ultra High Value team but operating as the spearhead for this specific Affiliate/Partnership motion. This is a role for a pioneer—someone who wants to look back in a year and say, "I built that channel." You will have high visibility and the autonomy to experiment with creative strategies to drive volume.
About Melio USA:
Competitive compensation packages: We strive to make each and every employee feel valued and appreciated.
The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000 with an additional bonus component.
Medical, Dental, and Vision: We offer generous and highly competitive plans with up to 100% employer-paid coverage, FSA and HSA.
401K matching: Feel the investment of working at a high-growth company.
Wellness: We take a holistic approach to wellness at Melio with a focus on providing financial, physical, emotional, social, and community support for our employees.
Time Off: Time to rest and recharge is a priority for us. We offer competitive vacation time, sick days, holidays, parental leave and wedding days to allow you to take the time you need, when you need it.
Food perks: Enjoy a weekly Seamless stipend.
Growth and development: Lean on the diverse team to foster professional and personal growth through workshops, mentorship programs, and team building activities.
Melio builds business-to-business (B2B) payment tools so small business owners can spend less time in the back office and more time on their craft. As the fastest-growing B2B payment platform in the US, Melio is working hard to find new and better ways to help small businesses succeed in the ways that work best for them.
Melio's diversity, equity and inclusion efforts have always been a top priority within our team. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all of our employees encompass different strengths, experiences and backgrounds. DEI within Melio prioritizes race, gender, age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion and many other parts that make up one's identity. Having a diverse team across all offices is key to our success, and inclusion is each #TeaMelio member's responsibility. Melio accepts job applications on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. If you are interested in applying for this job opportunity, please do so directly on our careers page (or if you’re here already, scroll down and apply now!). Hex Technologies: Legal Ops
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-10-01
Headquarters: NYC or Remote (EST or CST)
About the role:
Hex’s legal function has gone from zero to a fully operating system in under a year. Now we need someone to own and scale the operating layer so it holds as the company grows. This is a builder role.
You’ll run contract operations end to end: CLM administration, workflow optimization, template and playbook maintenance, enablement and training for the revenue team, and first-pass review and redlining of standard agreements against our playbook. Beyond contracts, you’ll build structured intake for every legal workstream across the company, own the legal governance record (privacy registers, AI inventory, compliance calendars), manage outside counsel relationships, and own the legal tech stack. We sit at the nexus of data, AI, and collaboration, which means our legal operations have to be as thoughtful as our product.
We use AI tooling across legal operations, and you’ll work the same way: building agents and automations to move faster, not as a side project but as the default way things get done here. If you see a manual workflow and instinctively want to build it away, you’ll feel right at home.
What you will do:
Drive CLM adoption and enablement so the revenue team self-serves on standard deals
Own workflow optimization, templates, and playbooks as deal structures and products evolve
First-pass review and redlining of standard agreements; draft from templates as volume requires
Build and own structured intake for legal workstreams across the company
Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations that replace manual processes
Maintain the legal governance record: privacy registers, AI inventory, compliance calendars
Train cross-functional teams on self-service tools and escalation paths
Manage outside counsel relationships and the legal tech stack
About You:
3-5+ years in legal operations, paralegal, or contract management, with at least 1-2 years in-house at a tech or SaaS company
You’ve implemented or rebuilt a CLM (Ironclad preferred), designed intake workflows, and stood up reporting someone relied on
Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements on both sell-side and buy-side paper
You build with AI and automation as a natural part of how you work. You’re comfortable across AI-assisted legal tools, LLMs, and automation platforms, and willing to experiment with new ones as they emerge. This isn’t a nice-to-have at Hex.
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a role with a lot of white space
Good judgment about what you can handle and what needs a lawyer
You care whether people actually use what you build
Nice to have:
Experience at a company navigating exponential growth
Experience with corporate governance (entity management, board materials, annual filings)
Has used Hex
Strong opinions about the best way to organize a Notion workspace
We know job posts like this can feel like a checklist, and nobody checks every box. If you’ve built legal ops infrastructure, you’re excited about AI, and this role sounds like the kind of work you want to do, we’d love to hear from you.
In addition to our unique culture, Hex proudly offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched salary & equity, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible paid time off.
The salary range for this role is: $124,125 - $165,500.
The salary range shown may be a reflection of additional factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience. Our Recruiting team will be able to provide more details during the interview process.
By submitting an application the candidate consents to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Hex Privacy policy: https://learn.hex.tech/docs/trust/privacy-policy.Hex Technologies uses AI-assisted tools as part of our application review process, including for resume screening and fraud detection. These tools help our team evaluate applications and verify applicant information. All AI-generated recommendations are reviewed by a member of our recruiting team before any hiring decision is made. Vercel: Design Engineer
AI Gateway gives developers one place to connect applications and agents to hundreds of models with one API key. It handles provider routing and fallbacks, unifies billing and observability, and lets teams manage spend and security controls across production AI workloads.
Designing this well is a systems problem. A developer should be able to choose the right model, make and verify a first request, diagnose a failed request, and configure routing, budgets, credentials, and security controls without losing sight of the application they are trying to build. The right interface might be in the dashboard, on the public model catalog, in the CLI, in an API response, or in code.
You will be the Design Engineer for AI Gateway, owning product design and frontend implementation across those surfaces. You will work with customers, a Product Manager, and engineers to understand the problem, explore solutions, build the production experience, ship it, and learn from what happens after launch.
AI Gateway is live, the model ecosystem changes every week, and the team can move from an observed problem to production quickly. This is a rare chance to use your product judgment, design craft, and code to shape a developer product and ship the experience yourself.
You will be the design owner embedded with a Product Manager and a dedicated engineering team. You will also have the Product Design team around you for critique, collaboration, and support. AI Gateway will be your main product area, with room to pursue design-led improvements across Vercel. You will report to the Design Team.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What You Will Do:
Own product design and frontend implementation for meaningful parts of the journey from discovering a model to making a first successful request and operating AI in production.
Design and build production experiences across the website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs, choosing the right medium for each problem.
Make models, providers, credentials, routing, budgets, logs, performance, privacy, and governance understandable, then create patterns that extend across new providers, modalities, and workloads.
Talk directly with customers and use product data to understand problems, define success, make tradeoffs, and improve what ships.
Own quality after launch, including visual and interaction craft, accessibility, performance, resilience, instrumentation, and edge cases.
Use coding agents to explore and implement ideas quickly, while testing, debugging, and taking responsibility for what ships.
About You:
Your work shows what you personally identified, designed, built, shipped, and learned after launch.
You build production-quality web applications with React and TypeScript and can contribute confidently in a large, existing codebase.
You bring strong visual and interaction craft and have made technical or data-rich products understandable without removing the control advanced users need.
You can move between graphical interfaces, CLI workflows, API behavior, and implementation details, treating accessibility, performance, failure recovery, and instrumentation as part of the design.
You use customer research and product data to make decisions, communicate your reasoning clearly, challenge ideas constructively, and change direction when the evidence changes.
You use coding agents in your daily work, but you can explain, test, debug, and take responsibility for the code they help produce.
There is no required path into this role. You may come from product design, frontend engineering, creative development, or a career that does not fit a standard title. We care about the quality of what you have shipped and the judgment behind it.
Bonus If You:
Have experience with developer tools, infrastructure products, model marketplaces, or observability experiences.
Have worked with AI models, providers, inference platforms, guardrails, or AI application tooling.
Have experience with APIs, command-line tools, structured product content, or agent-facing interfaces.
Have built an application or agent with Vercel’s AI SDK or AI Gateway.

Own end-to-end product design initiatives that cover the whole product experience (visual, interaction, motion, brand integration), to create thoughtful, high-quality user-centered mobile experiences.
Prototype quickly in Figma and with AI and low-code tools like Replit, Lovable, and Claude, so you can get real, testable ideas in front of people early.
Present your design work clearly and persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders (including senior leadership), give and take feedback well, anchoring your rationale to both user needs and business goals.
Maintain strong attention to detail and collaboration through engineering implementation (build and QA) and post launch-iterations, to ensure high-quality execution.
Use data and drive research to inform the experiences you build, and leverage performance insights to evolve your approach.
Champion system-level thinking (improving how the team works and evolving Calm's design system) so the whole team works faster and smarter.
Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of execution.
Who You Are
Experienced Product Designer: 7+ years of experience in UX and UI design with 5+ within consumer mobile and web applications.
AI-native and tooling-fluent: Highly proficient in Figma for design, and already using AI and low-code tools (Replit, Lovable, Claude) to prototype and move fast, with the judgment to know when the output is good enough and when it isn't.
Technical agility: Comfortable shipping small code changes without engineering support, bridging the gap between design and engineering by personally shipping copy and UI polish directly.
A builder: Biased toward shipping and iterating over perfect plans. You'd rather put a working prototype in front of people than write a doc about one.
Data- and research-informed: You fold both qualitative and quantitative insight into your design decisions, and you measure whether the work landed.
A strong collaborator: A low-ego, trusted partner to Product, Research, and Engineering who makes the people around them better and helps sharpen how the team works.
High craft standards: A strong advocate for accessibility, consistency, visual storytelling, brand integration, and motion design to create engaging user experiences, while still maintaining velocity.
A clear communicator: You present your thinking persuasively to stakeholders and senior leadership, give and take feedback well, and champion an experience while staying open to being wrong.
Nice to Haves

Experience working at multiple organizations, ideally including time at a consumer product in a fast-paced startup environment.

Comfort shipping small copy and UI changes directly in code, without engineering support.
A passion for Calm's mission and a point of view on how digital products can support mental health.

7+ years in UX/UI design with 5+ within consumer mobile (and web) applications.

As a Growth Product Manager on Calm's direct-to-consumer business, you'll help more people discover, adopt, and build daily habits with Calm. You'll own the growth product strategy and roadmap, accountable for driving subscriber growth, activation, revenue per user, and retention. You'll set the priorities, design and run the experiments that test them, and partner with engineering, product design, marketing, data, and research to ship what works. Your goal is to make it effortless for users to form a lasting mindfulness habit while helping Calm reach and sustain its growth goals.
As a Product Manager working on Calm’s direct-to-consumer business, you will drive measurable impact across top-of-funnel conversion, trial-to-paid transitions, user activation, and long-term retention. You will design, execute, and analyze product experiments in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams.
Day to day, you will:
Own growth strategy and roadmap: Develop and own Calm's growth product strategy and roadmap, translating company revenue, subscriber, and DAU goals into a prioritized set of bets across activation, conversion, and retention.
Run a high-velocity experiment program: Form sharp hypotheses, design and ship A/B tests with engineering and data science, and read results honestly — including the ones that don't win.
Remove friction from key journeys: Use quantitative and qualitative data to find where users drop off in onboarding, habit-building, and account flows, then test simpler paths through them.
Ship habit mechanics: Build the features that help users plan, track, and celebrate progress, so a first session becomes a daily practice.
Write PRDs that make decisions easy: Spell out the job to be done, the opportunity, success metrics, and the plan to ship and iterate — then bring engineers, designers, marketers, and leadership along as the plan changes.
Who You Are
A growth PM, or equivalent, who's owned the number: 4+ years in consumer product, with a track record of owning a growth metric (subscriber growth, conversion, retention) and setting the strategy to move it, across consumer mobile (iOS and Android) and web.
A subscription-business operator: Fluent in the economics of consumer subscription (trial and paywall conversion, LTV, churn) and how product decisions show up in them.
A rapid experimenter: Experienced in fast experiment design and analysis (A/B tests, holdouts, sequential testing), with the statistical judgment to know when a result is real and when it's noise.
Data-fluent: Adept at sourcing quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize a roadmap and make feature calls, and decisive when the data won't settle it.
A student of habit formation: You know what drives repeat daily usage and how to build the mechanics (streaks, reminders, progress, celebration) that turn a new user into a daily one.
AI-native and tooling-fluent: Highly proficient in leveraging AI tools to drive team velocity and build lasting workflows, with the judgment to know when the output is good enough and when it isn't.
Technically agile: Comfortable discussing complexity and tradeoffs with engineers, and able to prototype your own ideas rather than wait in a queue.
Exceptional at documentation and organization: You keep the experiment log, results archive, and roadmap docs in a state where anyone can find what was tested, what it showed, and what's live (so the team builds on its own learnings instead of rediscovering them.)
A low-ego, persuasive partner: You present your thinking clearly in writing and in the room, to stakeholders and senior leadership alike, hold positions with conviction and update them on evidence, and make Product Design, User Acquisition, Research, and Engineering better for working with you.
Nice to Haves
Experience in subscription-based consumer tech (onboarding, paywalls, or retention initiatives).
Familiarity with product analytics or experimentation tools (e.g., Amplitude).
Experience working with or passion for the health & wellness domain.
Experience in developing features that drive habit formation and lifestyle change.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in growth, product management, or equivalent.
