This hands-on role is positioned in the Digital Transformation function of People & Organization department. As an HR Automation Analyst (m/f/d), you will shape HR tech & system landscape by analyzing processes, identifying digital opportunities, and driving automation and system improvements in a scalable and g-local manner. 

About the Role

• Process Analysis & Tech Solution Design: Analyze HR processes & system landscape reviews using BPMN & lean methodologies, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable to-be processes 
• Tech Evaluation & Adoption: Scout emerging HR technology solutions and partner with FlixTech to design workflows, evaluate integration options (APIs, SFTP, etc.) and build system architecture designs. Create data-driven business cases for project budget allocation. 
• Automation: Script process/task automations using niche technologies like UiPath StudioX, Power Automate, Python and GenAI tools 
• Technical Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end HR Tech project lifecycle using Jira from requirement engineering till UAT/SIT and go-live 
• Project Reporting & Governance: Maintain process/project documentation, control points and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal controls/risk 

About You

• Degree in computer science, IT or a related technical field
• 3–5 years as a Business/Process/Automation Analyst or Technical consultant role 
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in delivering large-scale digital tech transformation projects leveraging Jira/Confluence 
• Strong skills in process mining, automation, product strategy, agile delivery and solution design 
• Hands-on experience with cloud technology (AWS, Azure) middleware integrations, APIs and designing automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Python or similar 
• Knowledge of HR systems 
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Certification in business/process analysis like Six Sigma or any agile project management certification like SAFe is nice to have
