Lithic: Senior Risk Associate
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-09-30
Headquarters: Remote
Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City. We are hiring a Senior Risk Associate to run Lithic's risk assessment function: the client risk assessment program, the third party risk management program, and the enterprise risk assessment. You will execute the assessments, own the operations that keep them on schedule and defensible, and continuously improve the rubrics, questionnaires, registers, and SOPs that govern them. You will also own program underwriting: the criteria, limit and reserve recommendations, and periodic reassessment that follow a client from diligence through scale.
This is an AI-forward role. Lithic is deploying agentic tooling across diligence and documentation workflows, and this role owns that build in the assessment domain: testing, tuning, and documenting the tooling so routine collection, review, and drafting are absorbed by automation, while you own the judgment calls, the exceptions, and the written product that goes to partner banks and examiners.
This role operates with limited guidance and owns its programs end to end. It is sized for ownership, orchestration, and judgment rather than queue/ticket processing.
What you'll do:
Execute client risk assessments end to end: document collection, interviews, scoring against the weighted risk typologies, written assessment, tier determination, and pre-launch conditions.
Own program underwriting: apply and maintain underwriting criteria, recommend spend, transfer, and reserve limits, and reassess programs as volume, product mix, and financial condition change.
Run third party risk operations: vendor intake and tiering, due diligence and certification report review, control effectiveness ratings, the vendor risk register, annual reviews, and vendor issue and incident tracking.
Support the enterprise risk assessment and the risk register: maintain the assessment inventory and calendar, collect and test control evidence, apply the enterprise rating methodology consistently across sub-assessments, and prepare Enterprise Risk Committee materials.
Continuously improve the programs: refine rubrics, weights, questionnaires, and templates based on observed outcomes, and author and maintain the SOPs that make each assessment repeatable by someone other than you.
Test, deploy, and tune agentic tooling across the assessment workflows, including document review, questionnaire analysis, vendor due diligence, and drafting, and document the context that makes the output repeatable and defensible.
Define and report the KPIs and KRIs for the assessment programs, and surface concentration, trend, and thematic findings to leadership and oversight forums.
Serve as the evidence owner for partner bank, audit, and examiner requests touching client, third party, and enterprise risk assessment.
Mentor and cross-train teammates on assessment methodology, scoring discipline, and the tooling.
What you'll bring:
Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments in fintech, payments, or banking, across client or counterparty, third party or vendor, and enterprise or operational risk.
Working knowledge of underwriting fundamentals: financial statement review, liquidity and runway analysis, loss and exposure monitoring, and limit setting.
Fluency with rubric-based scoring methodologies and the discipline to apply them consistently and defend a rating.
A track record of owning discrete risk programs end to end with limited guidance, including authoring the SOPs and defining the metrics that govern them.
Ability to read control reports (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS AOC) and translate findings into a residual risk position and a remediation ask.
Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic tooling, including how to test, tune, document, and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners and regulators
Self-starter who can create structure where none exists and knows when to escalate and collaborate
Clear, concise writing under a compliance standard: assessments, memos, and committee materials that hold up in front of a partner bank or an examiner.
The annual US salary range for this role is $86,000 - $144,000, plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Benefits for Full-Time US Employees:
Unlimited PTO
12-weeks fully paid parental leave
4-Week Fully Paid Sabbatical (earned at your 5-year anniversary)
Work From Anywhere: work from anywhere in the world 4-weeks each year
3% cashback on card purchases with your complimentary Privacy.com employee account
Health, vision, and dental insurance; HSA Contribution Match
401(k) match
Voluntary Life Insurance and STD/LTD
NYC-based employees work from our SoHo office three days a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are our core days, and you'll choose a third day that works for your schedule and team needs.
In-office employees receive:
Commuter benefit
Catered lunch every Tuesday and Thursday

JOB SUMMARY
As the Director of Product Marketing at Storyblok, We're looking for a Product Marketing Director to shape how we position, launch, and grow our product in the market- particularly in the US, UK and EMEA. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can translate complex technical capability into compelling, credible narratives — and who's comfortable in the room with engineers as much as with executives. You'll own the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing at a stage where positioning decisions have outsized impact on growth.
You will guide a talented team, focusing on sales enablement, website conversion, feature adoption, and Storyblok’s market positioning with industry analysts and customer review platforms. A key responsibility is to elevate our product marketing function to influence revenue, customer acquisition, and market leadership.
Your mission is to enable Storyblok to win in the market by clearly articulating our value, differentiation, and future direction.
What you’ll bring:
You're genuinely comfortable operating in technical territory, not just translating it secondhand. You can read API documentation, understand headless CMS architecture, and hold a credible, detailed conversation with engineers and technical evaluators about how the product actually works — its components, integration points, and trade-offs versus alternative approaches. This fluency shows up in the quality of your messaging: you write positioning that developers trust because it's accurate, not just persuasive.
You've likely worked hands-on with developers before, whether as a technical product marketer, solutions engineer, technical product manager, or in an engineering-adjacent role, and you know how to earn credibility with a technical audience rather than assume it.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Product Positioning & Messaging
Own and evolve our core messaging and differentiated value proposition across all audiences (developers, marketers, partners, enterprise buyers), setting the strategic framework the wider team executes against
Direct ongoing customer, market, and competitive research programs to ensure messaging stays relevant, differentiated, and current
Set the standard for translating product capabilities and roadmap into solution-oriented, benefits-led messaging that resonates across the buyer journey
Ensure messaging consistency and governance across all channels — website, campaigns, sales assets, analyst briefings, and customer communications
Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
Own GTM strategy for major product and feature launches, driving alignment across Product, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and Content leadership
Define phased rollout strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact across key customer segments
Set the standard for launch toolkits — messaging frameworks, FAQs, competitive positioning, product one-pagers, internal training — and build the team capability to produce them at scale
Establish the measurement framework for launch performance and adoption, using it to continuously improve release execution
Sales Enablement & Sales Plays
Build a structured sales playbook program aligned to product capabilities, customer pain points, and vertical use cases.
Equip revenue teams with high-impact content (battlecards, ROI calculators, solution briefs, demo scripts, objection handling).
Partner directly with Sales Leadership on rep onboarding, conversion effectiveness, and keeping messaging aligned to evolving sales motions
Use sales performance data, win/loss interviews, and customer feedback to identify and prioritize enablement investments
Analyst & Review Site Strategy
Define and lead the analyst relations strategy to secure meaningful participation in key analyst evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape).
Orchestrate analyst briefing cycles, submission processes, and relationships that enhance Storyblok’s visibility and influence.
Own our presence and growth strategy on review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights), including review acquisition and profile optimization
Establish ongoing monitoring and response mechanisms for public reviews and rankings
Website & CRO Performance
Partner with Growth Marketing and Web leadership to ensure product positioning is clearly and consistently represented site-wide
Set priorities for CRO initiatives that improve engagement, conversion, and self-serve funnel performance
Define messaging strategy and success metrics for key product pages, feature highlights, and trial flows
Direct ongoing testing and optimization of messaging, CTAs, layouts, and journey flows based on data
Lead, mentor, and inspire the Product Marketing team to deliver high-impact outcomes aligned with company goals.
Set team structure, priorities, and ways of working in partnership with marketing leadership
Coach the team on messaging craft, technical fluency, and cross-functional collaboration
Foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Develop individual growth plans, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure team members have access to relevant coaching and training opportunities.
Ensure strong collaboration across Product, Growth, Brand, and Sales teams to drive alignment and accountability.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of PLG motions, SaaS business models, and the product lifecycle.

Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketing Automation, G2, and PMM platforms (e.g., Klue) a plus.
Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.

Salesloft: Principal Software Engineer, AI
Company: Location: Remote Published: 2026-09-30
Headquarters: United States, Remote
Job Title: Principal Software Engineer, AI
Location: Remote - US
Salesloft is building the next era of enterprise revenue — one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we're building the industry's first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.
With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won — the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.
Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.
THE OPPORTUNITY
At Salesloft, our Principal Engineer for AI sets the technical direction for how machine intelligence works across our Predictive Revenue System. This is the most senior individual-contributor role on our AI engineering team: you will architect the systems that turn LLMs, machine learning models, and agentic workflows into production capabilities that thousands of enterprise revenue teams depend on.
This is deep, ambiguous, frontier work. You will make the foundational architectural decisions for AI at Salesloft — how we serve models at scale, how we build reliable systems on top of non-deterministic components, how we evaluate and guardrail agentic behavior, and how we keep pace as the underlying foundation models evolve. You will set the standards other engineers build on and act as a technical multiplier across the AI organization.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Set the technical architecture and direction for AI systems across the platform — model serving, LLM-powered features, agentic workflows, and the infrastructure beneath them.
Design production-grade systems that are reliable and observable despite being built on non-deterministic, probabilistic AI components.
Architect evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and quality systems that make AI behavior safe, measurable, and trustworthy at enterprise scale.
Lead the most complex AI engineering problems end to end — from research-adjacent prototyping through hardened production delivery.
Establish engineering standards and best practices for building AI-native systems, and mentor senior engineers across the org.
Keep the platform at the frontier by evaluating and integrating advances in foundation models, agent frameworks, and the modern AI stack.
This role lives at the heart of how we Lead From the Front: you'll work at the edge of applied AI, prototype rapidly, and make architectural bets ahead of the field. And in the spirit of how we Make Your Mark, you'll set the AI engineering standards and systems that the entire organization builds on — engineered for scale, not for a demo.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an engineer who operates at the highest level of technical authority in AI systems — someone who has architected and shipped production AI at scale and understands the deep challenges of building reliable systems on probabilistic foundations. You lead through technical credibility and make the engineers around you better.
You embody what we call Evidence Over Ego — you make architectural decisions from evaluation data and evidence rather than hype, you invite rigorous challenge, and you change direction when the models or the data move. You bring systems thinking to a genuinely unsolved problem space and build for durability.
This is the right role if you want to define how AI works on a platform at the center of enterprise revenue.
THE TEAM
The Salesloft AI Engineering organization builds the machine intelligence at the core of the Predictive Revenue System. The team works at the intersection of applied research and production engineering, in close partnership with Product, Data Science, and Data Platform Engineering.
The team Moves as One — AI engineering, product, and data science share ownership of shipping trustworthy AI and make hard technical calls together. And we are relentlessly Customer Inspired: every AI capability is measured against whether it makes revenue teams genuinely more successful and more confident in the system.
THE SKILL SET
Extensive experience building and architecting production software systems at scale, with significant depth in AI/ML systems.
Hands-on experience building production systems on top of LLMs or machine learning models — including designing for the challenges of non-deterministic behavior.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, model serving, and the infrastructure required to run AI reliably at scale.
Proven experience designing evaluation frameworks, guardrails, or quality systems for AI-driven features.
A track record of setting technical architecture and standards across teams and mentoring senior engineers.
Strong command of a major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or Go) and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
Hands-on experience with agentic systems — designing and hardening AI agents that take autonomous action in production.
Depth in the modern AI stack — retrieval-augmented generation, vector stores, agent frameworks, model orchestration, or evaluation tooling.

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and provide employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Experience designing and maintaining production-grade data models and pipelines.
Deep understanding of modern data modeling principles and best practices.
Strong SQL skills and confidence working with complex datasets and schemas.
High attention to detail, with high standards for data accuracy and validation.
Flexibility and resourcefulness in navigating manual tasks or imperfect systems.
Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and incrementally reducing complexity over time.
Ability to manage time, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical collaborators.
Willingness to flexibly support other domains (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Engineering) as the team grows.
Nice to Have
Experience at a high-growth PLG SaaS company.
A track record of transforming manual, ad hoc workflows into scalable data pipelines.
Familiarity with billing systems, GAAP accounting, revenue recognition, or audit support.
Exposure to Stripe, Salesforce, or Orb in billing and finance contexts.
Familiarity with financial cycles and the need for fast iteration during month- and quarter-end.

Affiliate marketing has emerged as one of the most popular ways for individuals to earn money online. One key component of successful affiliate marketing is being part of an affiliate network.
