This role will play a pivotal role in orchestrating our event marketing efforts as well as some account based marketing across the West regions which includes curating branded experiences, partner events, and regional industry events. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with GTM and marketing teams to ensure event messaging and goals are aligned with broader company objectives. Vendor and Partner Liaison: Manage relationships with event vendors and partners, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes. Implement programs specific to channel reseller partners that increase metrics from events. Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budget for regional events, ensuring cost-effective strategies without compromising event quality. Reporting and Analysis: Work with Marketing Ops to track event attendance, manage list uploads and evaluate the success of each event based on predetermined KPIs and metrics. Provide post-event reports and insights. SWAG Management: Oversee inventory, coordinate distribution at events, and ensure the quality and relevance of SWAG to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement.
