At Calm we believe in making relaxation, better sleep, and mindfulness accessible to the entire world, and we hope you will help us achieve our mission. The Product & Design team is responsible for delivering Calm to our customers, ensuring that it is easy to use, supports their goals, and maintains a high level of quality across web, iOS, Android platforms.
As a Senior Product Designer on our Consumer team, you'll shape experiences used by tens of millions of people to sleep better, stress less, and live more mindfully. People often reach for Calm in their most vulnerable moments, so the craft of what we make (how it looks, moves, and feels) matters enormously.
This is a builder's role in the truest sense: you'll use AI and modern prototyping tools to move from insight to interactive prototype to shipped experience, not as a shortcut on quality, but to spend less time producing and more time on the judgment and detail that make an experience great. When anyone can generate a hundred screens in an afternoon, taste and judgment are the differentiators!
The heart of this role is balancing velocity and craft in service of making our users healthier and happier, and building intuitive, engaging and impactful experiences that drive acquisition, engagement and retention. You'll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing, and set the standard for craft across iOS, Android, and web. You will be a thought leader in design, helping to establish best practices and setting the bar for exceptional product design at Calm.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end product design initiatives that cover the whole product experience (visual, interaction, motion, brand integration), to create thoughtful, high-quality user-centered mobile experiences.
Prototype quickly in Figma and with AI and low-code tools like Replit, Lovable, and Claude, so you can get real, testable ideas in front of people early.
Present your design work clearly and persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders (including senior leadership), give and take feedback well, anchoring your rationale to both user needs and business goals.
Maintain strong attention to detail and collaboration through engineering implementation (build and QA) and post launch-iterations, to ensure high-quality execution.
Use data and drive research to inform the experiences you build, and leverage performance insights to evolve your approach.
Champion system-level thinking (improving how the team works and evolving Calm's design system) so the whole team works faster and smarter.
Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of execution.
Who You Are
Experienced Product Designer: 7+ years of experience in UX and UI design with 5+ within consumer mobile and web applications.
AI-native and tooling-fluent: Highly proficient in Figma for design, and already using AI and low-code tools (Replit, Lovable, Claude) to prototype and move fast, with the judgment to know when the output is good enough and when it isn't.
Technical agility: Comfortable shipping small code changes without engineering support, bridging the gap between design and engineering by personally shipping copy and UI polish directly.
A builder: Biased toward shipping and iterating over perfect plans. You'd rather put a working prototype in front of people than write a doc about one.
Data- and research-informed: You fold both qualitative and quantitative insight into your design decisions, and you measure whether the work landed.
A strong collaborator: A low-ego, trusted partner to Product, Research, and Engineering who makes the people around them better and helps sharpen how the team works.
High craft standards: A strong advocate for accessibility, consistency, visual storytelling, brand integration, and motion design to create engaging user experiences, while still maintaining velocity.
A clear communicator: You present your thinking persuasively to stakeholders and senior leadership, give and take feedback well, and champion an experience while staying open to being wrong.
Nice to Haves
Experience with conversational or AI-native UX.
Experience working at multiple organizations, ideally including time at a consumer product in a fast-paced startup environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design and ship beautiful, functional, and user-friendly experiences.
Comfort shipping small copy and UI changes directly in code, without engineering support.
A passion for Calm's mission and a point of view on how digital products can support mental health.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years in UX/UI design with 5+ within consumer mobile (and web) applications.
Proven experience driving user testing and research.
Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and usability best practices.
Experience designing and shipping mobile applications at scale.
Hands-on proficiency in Figma and modern AI/prototyping tools.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger design vision and strategy.

As a Growth Product Manager on Calm's direct-to-consumer business, you'll help more people discover, adopt, and build daily habits with Calm. You'll own the growth product strategy and roadmap, accountable for driving subscriber growth, activation, revenue per user, and retention. You'll set the priorities, design and run the experiments that test them, and partner with engineering, product design, marketing, data, and research to ship what works. Your goal is to make it effortless for users to form a lasting mindfulness habit while helping Calm reach and sustain its growth goals.
As a Product Manager working on Calm’s direct-to-consumer business, you will drive measurable impact across top-of-funnel conversion, trial-to-paid transitions, user activation, and long-term retention. You will design, execute, and analyze product experiments in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams.
Day to day, you will:
Own growth strategy and roadmap: Develop and own Calm's growth product strategy and roadmap, translating company revenue, subscriber, and DAU goals into a prioritized set of bets across activation, conversion, and retention.
Run a high-velocity experiment program: Form sharp hypotheses, design and ship A/B tests with engineering and data science, and read results honestly — including the ones that don't win.
Remove friction from key journeys: Use quantitative and qualitative data to find where users drop off in onboarding, habit-building, and account flows, then test simpler paths through them.
Ship habit mechanics: Build the features that help users plan, track, and celebrate progress, so a first session becomes a daily practice.
Write PRDs that make decisions easy: Spell out the job to be done, the opportunity, success metrics, and the plan to ship and iterate — then bring engineers, designers, marketers, and leadership along as the plan changes.
Who You Are
A growth PM, or equivalent, who's owned the number: 4+ years in consumer product, with a track record of owning a growth metric (subscriber growth, conversion, retention) and setting the strategy to move it, across consumer mobile (iOS and Android) and web.
A subscription-business operator: Fluent in the economics of consumer subscription (trial and paywall conversion, LTV, churn) and how product decisions show up in them.
A rapid experimenter: Experienced in fast experiment design and analysis (A/B tests, holdouts, sequential testing), with the statistical judgment to know when a result is real and when it's noise.
Data-fluent: Adept at sourcing quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize a roadmap and make feature calls, and decisive when the data won't settle it.
A student of habit formation: You know what drives repeat daily usage and how to build the mechanics (streaks, reminders, progress, celebration) that turn a new user into a daily one.
AI-native and tooling-fluent: Highly proficient in leveraging AI tools to drive team velocity and build lasting workflows, with the judgment to know when the output is good enough and when it isn't.
Technically agile: Comfortable discussing complexity and tradeoffs with engineers, and able to prototype your own ideas rather than wait in a queue.
Exceptional at documentation and organization: You keep the experiment log, results archive, and roadmap docs in a state where anyone can find what was tested, what it showed, and what's live (so the team builds on its own learnings instead of rediscovering them.)
A low-ego, persuasive partner: You present your thinking clearly in writing and in the room, to stakeholders and senior leadership alike, hold positions with conviction and update them on evidence, and make Product Design, User Acquisition, Research, and Engineering better for working with you.
Nice to Haves
Experience in subscription-based consumer tech (onboarding, paywalls, or retention initiatives).
Familiarity with product analytics or experimentation tools (e.g., Amplitude).
Experience working with or passion for the health & wellness domain.
Experience in developing features that drive habit formation and lifestyle change.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in growth, product management, or equivalent.

Affiliate marketing has emerged as one of the most popular ways for individuals to earn money online. One key component of successful affiliate marketing is being part of an affiliate network. Affiliate networks act as intermediaries between publishers (affiliates) who promote products or services, and merchants who provide those products or services. These affiliate networks provide a platform where affiliates can find suitable products to promote and earn commissions for their referrals.
