The Retail Strategy Associate plays a key supporting role within the retail field organization, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and to the Chief of Staff (dotted), who partners closely on strategic frameworks, analysis, and initiatives that drive business performance.In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy and executionâsupporting revenue growth, streamlining operations, and strengthening communication across a 100+ studio fleet.
