Overview

As part of Gallagher's global digital experience team, the Digital Content Writer will help move our business forward by creating dynamic digital experiences that drive leads to Gallagher websites through compelling and optimised written content.

 

It’s an exciting time to be a part of our Corporate Digital Marketing team as we work to unify our global and regional business units. As the company navigates its digital transformation, the Digital Experience team will lead the Digital Marketing team on user-centric research, user experience, content strategy and SEO to improve digital customer experience on our digital marketing platforms.

 


How you'll make an impact

  • Write and edit compelling content for digital properties, including new global and existing websites, using SEO best practices to engage audiences and drive leads.
  • Initiate and plan content from conducting research, gathering information and developing content briefs with stakeholders to interviewing stakeholders and reviewing drafts with stakeholders to approve optimized content including prototypes of content in Figma.
  • Work on day-to-day requests from stakeholders, such as reviewing, editing and optimizing new web content requests within Workfront.
  • Ensure your conxtent uses the proper tone of voice and styles for each
  • Understand the design and functionality behind the content with a focus on how to serve the audience and drive leads to deliver the right
  • Assist with content audits on all Gallagher domains to measure content effectiveness, recommend changes, draft enhancements and discuss content opportunities with stakeholders.
  • Use Google Analytics, search, business data, interviews and UX research data to improve and scale content across digital

About you

Our client is a high-growth payment service provider (PSP) operating in high-risk verticals such as iGaming, Forex, and Crypto.
They process millions each month across cards, APMs, and crypto, building next-generation infrastructure with AI-based routing, advanced fraud prevention, and cascading systems across Europe, LATAM, and Africa.

The company is at the perfect stage- mature enough to have real traction, revenue, and merchants, yet still young enough for you to build and shape the product from scratch.

This is an opportunity to work directly with founders and a strong engineering team, owning the product end-to-end and driving measurable growth in conversion, speed, and user experience.

About the Role

The Product Owner / Product Manager will be responsible for building and scaling the company’s PSP platform, leading integrations across multiple regions and payment methods, and continuously improving conversion performance and merchant experience.

You’ll take full product ownership-from integrations, routing, and fraud rules to UX and analytics and help define how high-risk payments are done in 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: roadmap, execution, delivery.

  • Drive payment integrations (cards, APMs, crypto) and ensure stability and scalability.

  • Design and optimize routing, cascading, and anti-fraud logic for multiple regions (Europe, LATAM, Africa).

  • Improve conversion rates, merchant onboarding time, and payment UX.

  • Research competitors’ PSP products and identify best practices and trends.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, business development, and regional teams.

  • Define, track, and act on key metrics (conversion rate, NPS, latency, onboarding time).

  • Build and maintain a data-driven roadmap with clear priorities and measurable impact.


Success Metrics

After 6 months:

  • 85%+ conversion rate in at least 2 regions

  • 10+ live integrations

  • Merchant onboarding under 4 hours

  • Merchant NPS 40+

After 12 months:

  • 85%+ conversion across all regions

  • NPS 50+ and organic referrals

  • Top-3 PSP product rating regionally

  • Clear 18-month roadmap and growing team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in PSP, fintech, or high-risk industries (iGaming, Forex, Crypto).

  • Solid understanding of payment infrastructure-APIs, routing, cascading, retries, and webhooks.

  • Proficiency with Amplitude, GA4, or BI tools for data-driven decisions.

  • Technical fluency: ability to read and discuss API documentation with developers.

  • Experience launching payment integrations across multiple regions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian; English-Intermediate+ for internal and external communication.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven routing or fraud detection systems.

  • Knowledge of local APMs (PIX, SPEI, M-PESA, CVU, etc.) and crypto payment rails.

  • Background in iGaming, Forex, or other high-risk merchant environments.
