This means coordinating with Product and customer-facing teams to ensure every release reaches the right audience with the right message across all marketing channels, using AI and automation to scale tactical execution where appropriate. You’ll turn these insights into actionable strategies to improve conversion and product-market fit. You will own our social proof: You take ownership of our profiles on platforms like G2, Capterra, and OMR, ensuring they are accurate, compelling, and used strategically as social proof and as an asset for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
