The Product Manager will oversee the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of software products that support Aonâs internal operations. This leader will work closely with global stakeholders to identify needs, define priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.

What the day will look like
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Aonâs strategic goals and operational requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML and data technologies. Familiarity with workflow, automation and machine learning preferred.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT, and end-users to understand internal needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Roadmap Execution: Be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights and metrics to prioritize features, measure impact, and continuously improve products.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all software solutions adhere to Aonâs data protection, security, and compliance standards.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a global organization, with at least 3 years focused on data platforms, ML infrastructure, or related fields.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with FinTech, cloud computing, insurance, or financial services operations is desirable.
- Technical Acumen: Experience working with software tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence, and writing Epics and Stories.
- Leadership: Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including in a distributed or remote setting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and get results.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience in business, Computer Science, or an equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Location Flexibility: Based virtually in US, with occasional travel to global offices as required.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $90,200 to $125,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicantâs education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicantâs geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aonâs annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
