In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide. Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.We are looking for a results-driven SDR to join our intake pod - the team that runs new clients through their first three months at Belkins. Each pod is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy through the pilot, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This structure means the technical side of outreach is handled for you - your focus is on calling and converting prospect responses into booked appointments.
You will work across multiple pilot-stage client projects at once (typically 3-4), running high-volume cold calling via power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Because every account is brand new, the meetings you book in the first weeks carry extra weight - they're often a client's first real proof that the engagement is working.
Things You’ll Be Doing:Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns via power dialer (Koncert) across multiple (3-4) pilot-stage client projects at once - every account brand-new, so there's no history to lean on and no slow ramp-up;
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script;
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern - with only three months on the clock, a slow week can't go unnoticed.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning every reply that comes in from automated email (Reply.io / Inbox AI) and LinkedIn (Expandi) campaigns -responding within 4–8 working hours, handling objections in writing, and nurturing prospects until they convert into confirmed meetings;
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in HubSpot and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years of outbound SDR experience with a strong cold calling background;
Fluent English - written and spoken - comfortable working across US and European time zones;
Metrics-driven: you track your dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers and know how to improve them;
Strong objection handling and a consistent track record of landing next steps;
Comfortable working brand-new accounts with no track record yet, and able to manage multiple pilot-stage client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;
Reliable CRM hygiene and disciplined follow-up across all open threads;
Self-starting and proactive - you hold your pace without needing external pressure.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview (~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task (~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview (~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview (~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding — if it's a yes, we move fast.

Job description
Headquarters: Americas Remote
About Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day. Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Eric Anderson, Senior Controller at Customer.io, and I'm looking for an AP Contractor to keep our T&E engine running clean through a busy stretch. Our Accounting team relies on Ramp and Navan to keep expense and travel spend moving, and we need someone who can own the day-to-day grind — coding, reconciling, chasing exceptions — without losing sight of the bigger picture. This is a 6-month contract with real ownership from day one, working closely with Terre Holmes and the AP team.
What we value
Ownership — you drive the exception queue to zero, not someone else.
Directness — you enforce policy clearly and kindly, without dodging hard conversations.
Precision — a mismatched dollar amount doesn't get past you.
What you’ll do
Own Ramp expense management end-to-end — review, code, and approve expense reports, chase missing receipts, and enforce policy compliance.
Administer Navan travel — reconcile bookings and spend, flag policy exceptions, and support employees through out-of-policy approvals.
Review AP bills for accuracy, coding, and approval routing — catching duplicate invoices and mismatched amounts before they hit the payment queue.
Reconcile Ramp and Navan activity against the GL and drive the exception queue to zero before every close.
Serve as the responsive point of contact for vendors — confirming payment details, tracking status, and resolving disputes.
Spot recurring T&E headaches and propose (and document) process fixes.
What we're looking for
3+ years of AP & T&E experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment
Hands-on experience with Ramp and/or Navan (or comparable — Concur, Expensify, TravelPerk)
Sharp eye for detail and a solid grasp of expense policy enforcement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a recurring, deadline-driven workload
Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
This is a contracted engagement at $45–60/hr USD, depending on experience, for an estimated 6-month term.
Our Process
No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.
30-minute video call with a Recruiter
45-minute video call with the Hiring Manager
45-minute cross-functional screen with a member of the AP team
All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process.
Customer.io recognizes the stifling impact of systemic injustice on diverse communities. We commit to using our influence to increase inclusion and equity within the tech industry. We strive to build an inclusive team culture, implement bias-free hiring practices, and develop community partnerships to expand our global impact.
Zoom is the only video conference platform that we use, virtual interviews will be conducted using the video capability (i.e., not via the chat), and offers will be extended in writing on official Customer.io letterhead. Please be vigilant in all of your job search activity, and if you have any questions please contact jobs@customer.io.
Join us!
Check out our careers page for more information about why you should come work with us! We believe in empathy, transparency, responsibility, and, yes, a little awkwardness. If you’re excited by what you read — apply now.

Headquarters: Hurst, TX

We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, and persistent Business Development Manager to help us build and maintain relationships with representatives across the entertainment industry, including music, sports, film/TV, digital media, and more.
This is an outbound-heavy role. A large part of the job involves researching contacts, sending high-quality emails, following up consistently, tracking conversations in HubSpot, and working toward clear outreach and response goals.
This is not a passive data-entry role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, managing a large pipeline of contacts, and staying disciplined with follow-ups even when people don’t respond right away.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct high-volume outreach to entertainment industry representatives through email and social media.
Write polished outreach emails that are clear, professional, natural, and personalized when needed.
Follow up consistently with contacts who have not responded and keep conversations moving over time.
Manage a large contact pipeline and make sure outreach, follow-ups, notes, and next steps are accurately tracked.
Use HubSpot or similar CRM tools to organize contacts, tasks, follow-ups, communication history, and outreach progress.
Work toward measurable goals around outreach volume, follow-ups, responses, verified updates, and relationship-building activity.
Build long-term industry relationships so representatives are more likely to respond, share updates, and view us as a reliable industry resource.
Think creatively about outreach and develop new ways to improve response rates, keep relationships warm, and strengthen our network.
Who We’re Looking For:
Excellent written English—you’re comfortable writing professional messages and outreach emails with clarity and polish. Must have strong English writing and speaking abilities.
Extremely organized—you can juggle many accounts and keep your outreach and follow-ups on track.
Self-motivated and driven—you take initiative, meet goals, and stay focused without constant supervision.
Relationship-minded—you enjoy connecting with people and maintaining positive, long-term communication.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
A genuine interest in the entertainment industry—especially music, sports, film/TV, or digital media—will help you succeed in this role.

We are looking for a freelance developmental editor to review B2B SaaS content written by our in-house and freelance writers. You’ll focus on long-form content, from SEO/AEO/GEO to thought leadership, though editors are occasionally called upon to review copy for LinkedIn, landing pages, or other formats.
Editors at Animalz play a key role in ensuring the work we deliver meets our internal bar for quality and helps our clients meet their business goals. To ensure each piece of content we deliver answers these questions, you’ll review content and provide writers with actionable feedback, from big-picture guidance down to inline edits. You’ll be dedicated to a specific pool of customers so you can get deeply familiar with their business and brand and provide feedback that takes into account their holistic strategy, not just each individual piece.

Squarespace: Senior Staff Operations Manager, Office of the President (PED)

Job description
Headquarters: Remote, California
We are looking for a Chief of Staff–style operator to serve as the President’s right hand and help run, maintain, and continuously evolve the Product, Engineering & Design operating model and cadence.
This role will turn strategy into a durable execution system. You will own the connective tissue across the President’s leadership cadence: preparing the right inputs, creating clarity on decisions and tradeoffs, ensuring commitments are followed through, surfacing risks early, and improving the operating model as the organization changes. You will work across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Finance, People, and your peers in Business Operations, partnering with senior leaders who do not report to you and influencing through judgment, trust, and clarity.
The successful candidate will combine executive judgment, operational rigor, business acumen, comfort with ambiguity, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to move fluidly between strategic questions and the execution details required to make the system work.
AI fluency is an important part of this role. You will use approved enterprise AI tools, including tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Glean, Cursor, or comparable platforms, to automate repeatable operating work, synthesize information across functions, improve leadership preparation, surface risks and dependencies, and accelerate strategic-initiative delivery.
This role reports to the VP of Operations at Squarespace and is based remotely in California or locally at our New York City headquarters.
You’ll Get To…
Run the President's operating cadence. Own end-to-end orchestration of the leadership rhythm: staff meetings, WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs, finance and portfolio reviews, priority updates, and annual operating-plan inputs. Ensure each ritual has a clear purpose, owner, input, output, decision authority, and downstream cascade.
Drive decision quality. Synthesize diverse inputs into concise narratives that make priorities, risks, options, tradeoffs, and recommended decisions clear to the President and leadership team. Document decisions in the room, assign owners and deadlines, track commitments, and escalate unresolved issues with context and a proposed path forward.
Improve execution velocity. Identify alignment and execution risks before they surface as leadership surprises, and facilitate resolution across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Operations, Finance, People, and Business Operations, connecting planning, performance, financial, organizational, and roadmap inputs. Use AI and advanced tooling to make decisions faster and better-informed.
Evolve the operating model. Treat the operating system as a living thing. Establish health measures such as decision latency, action closure, cascade reach, pre-read quality, participation, recurring issue themes, and use them to assess whether rituals, artifacts, and escalation paths are producing the right outcomes. Recommend and implement changes to cadence, governance, templates, roles, and channels as strategy and priorities evolve, codifying what works so the model is easy for leaders to understand and operate.
Lead high-priority strategic initiatives. Drive complex, ambiguous, cross-functional work on behalf of the President, from framing and workplan through decision, implementation, and follow-through, including emerging problems that don't yet have a clear owner. Support annual strategy, goals, headcount, and budget processes by connecting them to the department's operating rhythm.
Represent the President and build transparency. Stand in for the President in meetings, events, and discussions, exercising the remit of the position. Navigate difficult conversations and cross-functional tradeoffs without relying on formal authority. Support two-way access to the President through Town Halls, Roundtables, Office Hours, and written follow-up, using sound judgment about what should be broadly communicated, selectively shared, or handled privately.
Serve as a trusted thought partner to the President and senior leadership team, offering an independent perspective and respectfully challenging assumptions when needed.
Who We’re Looking For
Significant experience in Chief of Staff, Product Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or management consulting
A track record of owning an operating model, leadership cadence, or portfolio of complex cross-functional initiatives, preferably in tech companies
Knowledge of the product / software development lifecycle
Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Glean, Cursor, or comparable approved tools, and experience integrating them into daily workflows to automate repeatable tasks, optimize processes, improve synthesis, and accelerate project delivery.
Exceptional written communication: you can turn a large volume of input into a concise, decision-ready narrative tailored to the audience
Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand metrics, forecasts, resource tradeoffs, product or portfolio performance, and organizational implications.
Strong executive presence and facilitation skills; you can create clarity and momentum in high-stakes or ambiguous settings.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, build consensus, resolve conflict, and push for decisions without formal authority.
High judgment and discretion when handling sensitive organizational, people, financial, and strategic information.
Comfort operating in ambiguity, switching between strategic altitude and detailed execution, and taking ownership of problems that cross organizational boundaries.
A continuous-improvement mindset: you distinguish between process and content, challenge ineffective routines, and make change practical and durable.
A bias toward action, paired with the judgment to know when to decide, when to seek input, and when to escalate.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 6–12 months, you will:
Implement a dependable operating rhythm in which leadership forums are well-prepared, decision-oriented, and followed through.
Improve the quality and consistency of pre-reads, decision logs, action tracking, portfolio updates, and quarterly communications.
Make it easy to see what changed, what matters now, what decisions are needed, who owns the next step, and where risk is accumulating.
Establish a small number of reliable AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual preparation and reporting effort, improve the timeliness and quality of leadership inputs, and make follow-through more visible.
Increase the organization’s ability to reuse knowledge, detect recurring issues, and move from raw information to clear decisions without adding unnecessary process.
Build strong working relationships and trust with the President and his leaders across the department and company, leading with tact, discretion and respect.
Help the President and leadership team make faster, clearer, better-informed decisions without adding unnecessary processes or meetings.
Leave the system more scalable and more resilient than you found it.

About Gusto
At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.
All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.
AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.About the Role:
As a Partner Manager at Gusto, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and growth of a portfolio of Gusto Pro's largest and most strategic accounting firm partners. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding current revenue and usage within these firms, as well as identifying, pitching, and facilitating growth opportunities. You should be comfortable building deep relationships at all levels of a partner organization, from staff accountants to managing partners, and adept at managing complex partner relationships and product configurations. Use AI-powered workflows as a core part of how you sell: running assigned tools daily, surfacing friction and inefficiencies as you find them, and collaborating with your team to influence what gets built or improved next. You will also work cross-functionally with senior members of Gusto’s team to strengthen the partner relationship, coordinate joint efforts, and provide input as we evolve our Gusto Pro product roadmap and processes.
About the Team:
Gusto Pro is a game-changing, cloud-based platform built specifically for accounting firms. It empowers firms to streamline payroll, people operations, and advisory services for their clients, all within a single, integrated platform. Gusto Pro boasts powerful features like client dashboards, automated workflows, robust reporting, and seamless integrations with other accounting software, enabling firms to elevate their client service and skyrocket their practice growth. Learn more about Gusto Pro
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Take a portfolio-based approach to your book of business to identify areas of risk and opportunities for revenue growth within your assigned accounting firms.
Build detailed territory and account plans to lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) within your large partner portfolio to identify opportunities for growth, including aligning the Gusto Pro Partner Program with the partners strategic growth objectives.
Balance both new partner acquisition (in collaboration with dedicated Partner BDR) and development of active partners.
Act as a single point of contact for partners on behalf of aligned cross-functional sales supporting roles.
Coordinate outreach strategy and partner enablement with cross-functional supporting functions to grow cross-sell/up-sell product adoption.
Lead frequent discussions (weekly status calls, upsell calls, QBRs) with partners to ensure they are leveraging the Gusto Pro platform to achieve successful business outcomes for their clients and their firm.
Drive awareness and usage of new or updated Gusto Pro features and integrations to the partners in your book, showcasing how these advancements can benefit their clients.
Own end-to-end execution of contract renewals and upsells, negotiating mutually beneficial terms and ensuring seamless transitions.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide informed recommendations for Gusto Pro’s product roadmap, based on partner feedback and market trends, to enhance the partner and client experience.
Navigate and update internal and external stakeholders, inclusive of C-suite executives at Gusto, partners, and cross-functional teams.
Communicate and report to leadership on sales activity, pipeline progress, and market trends.
Travel to meet with prospective partners. This includes representing Gusto at Industry Events and Conferences.
Here’s what we're looking for:
5+ years of experience as a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or other Sales-related function.
A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and building long-term client relationships. Including negotiating complex six-figure contracts.
Deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape, including their business models, challenges, and technology needs.
Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to partners, internal senior leaders, and executive leaders.
A strong drive to succeed, and comfortable pushing the pace of action with partners and internal teams.
Proven, day-to-day experience integrating AI into how you work — across writing, research, prep, and summarization as a core part of your workflow, with a track record of giving clear, useful feedback that helps improve your tools and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – you're a strategic thinker.
Work collaboratively but autonomously: asking for what you need, but not expecting micromanagement.
Experience with CRM and Sales Software (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Tableau).
Proven, day-to-day experience integrating AI into how you work — across writing, research, prep, and summarization as a core part of your workflow, with a track record of giving clear, useful feedback that helps improve your tools and processes.

This OTE is structured with a target 70% base pay and 30% commission pay with an uncapped commission structure. Interview process
The interview process will include an initial application & reference check, technical assessments & interviews, and a research discussion.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY
There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy, make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion’s mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion’s Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today’s hourly employees. Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals from all backgrounds and experiences, globally distributed across all time zones.

For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth.
